2. Card gallery: https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Set_Card_Galleries:Lightning_Overdrive_(TCG-EN-1E)
                               Rating: 2 | LIOV-EN100 | Synchro Monster
Black Rose Dragon
FIRE | Dragon-Type Synchro | Level 7 | ATK 2400 | DEF 1800
1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can destroy all cards on the field. Once per turn: You can banish 1 Plant monster from your GY, then target 1 Defense Position monster your opponent controls; change that target to face-up Attack Position, and if you do, its ATK becomes 0 until the end of this turn.
(Starlight Rare)

Back when this originally came out, I overlooked the fact that when it nukes the field, it takes itself out too, making the whole task of bringing it out pointless. Gave it 2/5 for the other effect, which at least doesn't cost as much and can be somewhat useful.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN099 | Spell Card
Sunvine Cross Breed
Continuous Spell
Tribute 1 Link Monster, then target 1 other Plant monster in your GY; Special Summon it, but negate its effects. You can only use this effect of "Sunvine Cross Breed" once per turn.
(Common)

Being Continuous doesn't help when the revived Plants don't gain their effects and you lose a monster each time the effect is used too.

                              Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN098 | Link Monster
Sunavalon Melias
EARTH | Plant-Type Link | ATK 0 | Link-3
Active Link Arrow(s):
Top, Left and Right
2+ Plant monsters, including a Link Monster
If this card is Link Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Sunseed Genius Loci" from your GY. This card cannot be targeted for attacks, but does not prevent your opponent from attacking you directly. Once per turn: You can target 1 "Sunvine" Link Monster you control that this card points to; this turn, it can attack a number of times each Battle Phase, up to the number of "Sunavalon" Link Monsters you currently control.
(Super Rare)

I've already gone through these pitiful plants earlier this year. They're all diseased and beyond help.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN097 | Link Monster
Sunavalon Daphne
EARTH | Plant-Type Link | ATK 0 | Link-2
Active Link Arrow(s):
Left and Right
2 Plant monsters
This card cannot be targeted for attacks, but does not prevent your opponent from attacking you directly. You can Tribute 1 monster, then target 2 Plant Link Monsters in your GY, except "Sunavalon Daphne"; return them to the Extra Deck. You can only use this effect of "Sunavalon Daphne" once per turn.
(Common)

Plenty of monsters can't be targeted for attacks without requiring 2 monsters and they actually have some ATK so if the effects go down, you won't take as much damage.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN096 | Link Monster
Binary Blader
EARTH | Cyberse-Type Link | ATK 1800 | Link-2
Active Link Arrow(s):
Left and Right
This card gains these effects based on the number of monsters co-linked to this card.
● 1+: When this card declares an attack on an opponent's monster: You can activate this effect; this card can make a second attack during each Battle Phase this turn, also if this card battles an opponent's monster this turn, that opponent's monster cannot be destroyed by that battle.
● 2: After damage calculation, if this card battled an opponent's monster: You can banish that opponent's monster.
(Common)

Binary may be nothing but 1s and 0s but all I can give this guy is a 1/5.

                               Rating: 2 | LIOV-EN095 | Pendulum Monster
D/D/D Supersight King Zero Maxwell
DARK | Fiend-Type Pendulum | Level 7 | ATK 2800 | DEF 2500 | Scale 4
You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; its DEF becomes 0 until the end of this turn (even if this card leaves the field). You can only use this effect of "D/D/D Supersight King Zero Maxwell" once per turn.
Before damage calculation, if this card attacks an opponent's Defense Position monster: You can change the DEF of that opponent's monster to 0 until the end of the Damage Step. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage. You take no battle damage from battles involving this card.
(Common)

It only works with DEF but also protects you from taking battle damage at least.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN094 | Effect Monster
Staysailor Romarin
LIGHT | Plant-Type Tuner | Level 4 | ATK 1600 | DEF 300
(Quick Effect): You can target 1 face-up monster you control; send 1 other Plant monster you control to the GY, and if you do, the next time the targeted monster would be destroyed by battle or card effect this turn, it is not destroyed. If this card is sent to the GY by a card effect: You can send 1 Level 5 or lower Plant monster from your Deck or Extra Deck to the GY. You can only use each effect of "Staysailor Romarin" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

Why bother protecting 1 of your monsters if it means losing 1 in the process? You can just use Safe Zone or Stardust Spark Dragon for that, neither of which cost you anything in return.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN093 | Effect Monster
Eda the Sun Magician
EARTH | Spellcaster | Level 4 | ATK 1500 | DEF 1500
If this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up: You can Special Summon 1 Spellcaster monster with 1500 DEF from your hand or Deck in face-down Defense Position, except "Eda the Sun Magician". During your opponent's Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can change 1 face-down Spellcaster monster you control to face-up Attack or Defense Position. You can only use each effect of "Eda the Sun Magician" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

What are you going to pick for the 1st effect in the first place? Not even the Familiar-Possessed monsters are good with this because it'll be clear as day how strong your monster is and what it is. Pointless as a whole.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN092 | Trap Card
War Rock Big Blow
Normal Trap
During the Main Phase, if a face-up "War Rock" monster(s) you control leaves the field by an opponent's card effect: Destroy up to 2 cards your opponent controls. You can only activate 1 "War Rock Big Blow" per turn.
(Common)

Treacherous Trap Hole still exists, Konami. The only downside is you can't have Traps in the Grave but it doesn't even matter what you have out, if anything.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN091 | Trap Card
War Rock Generations
Normal Trap
During the Battle Phase, if your opponent controls more monsters than you do: Special Summon 1 "War Rock" monster from your Deck, and if you activated this card during your opponent's turn, for the rest of this turn while you control the face-up Special Summoned monster, your opponent's monsters cannot attack, except to attack that monster. You can only activate 1 "War Rock Generations" per turn.
(Common)

So you have to be at a disadvantage just to bring out 1 War Rock from your Deck and end up at a further disadvantage if used during your opponent's turn? This is not something I want to continue for future generations.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN090 | Spell Card
War Rock Spirit
Quick-Play Spell
During the Battle Phase: Target 1 "War Rock" monster in your GY, then activate 1 of these effects;
● Special Summon that target in Attack Position, but for the rest of this turn, its effects are negated, also it cannot attack directly.
● Special Summon that target in Defense Position, also the first time each "War Rock" monster you control would be destroyed by battle this turn, it is not destroyed.
You can only activate 1 "War Rock Spirit" per turn.
(Super Rare)

No need for this when we have plenty of better ways to revive monsters, even during the Battle Phase.

                               Rating: 2 | LIOV-EN089 | Spell Card
War Rock Dignity
Quick-Play Spell
You must control a "War Rock" monster to activate either of these effects.
● When a monster your opponent controls activates its effect: Negate that effect.
● During the Battle Phase, when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect: Negate that effect.
You can only activate 1 "War Rock Dignity" per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

It needs a War Rock for activation but there's at least two decent ones.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN088 | Effect Monster
War Rock Meteoragon
EARTH | Warrior | Level 8 | ATK 2600 | DEF 2600
Cannot be destroyed by an opponent's card effects. When an attack is declared involving this card and an opponent's monster: You can negate that opponent's monster's effects this turn, as well as the activated effects and effects on the field of monsters with its same original name. Once per turn, during a Battle Phase in which your EARTH Warrior monster battles (Quick Effect): You can make all "War Rock" monsters you currently control gain 200 ATK until the end of your opponent's turn, also this card can make up to 2 attacks on monsters during each Battle Phase this turn.
(Secret Rare)

War Rocks continue to crumble under the weight of superior monsters and this guy is no exception. +200 ATK won't help it against Blue-Eyes White Dragon, which also has far better support.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN087 | Effect Monster
War Rock Mammud
EARTH | Warrior | Level 5 | ATK 2000 | DEF 2000
If you control no monsters, or all monsters you control are Warrior monsters, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If your EARTH Warrior monster battles, after damage calculation: You can target 1 Spell/Trap your opponent controls; destroy it, then all "War Rock" monsters you currently control gain 200 ATK until the end of your opponent's turn. You can only use this effect of "War Rock Mammud" once per turn.
(Common)

Don't know why this can't be Special Sumoned given the criteria but it doesn't matter either way because the other effect and its ATK/DEF aren't very good.

                               Rating: 3 | LIOV-EN086 | Effect Monster
War Rock Wento
EARTH | Warrior | Level 4 | ATK 1800 | DEF 1800
If your EARTH Warrior monster battles an opponent's monster, during damage calculation (Quick Effect): You can pay 800 LP; your battling monster gains 800 ATK, until the end of this turn. If this card is sent from your Monster Zone to your GY by an opponent's card effect: You can Special Summon 1 Level 5 or higher "War Rock" monster from your hand or Deck. You can only use each effect of "War Rock Wento" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

Now this is a foil that deserves it. It's effect is more generic and has high ATK/DEF.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN085 | Trap Card
Terrors of the Underroot
Normal Trap
Target up to 5 cards in your opponent's GY and the same number of your opponent's banished cards; banish those targets from their GY, and if you do, return those banished targets to the GY. You can only activate 1 "Terrors of the Underroot" per turn.
(Common)

Or you could just use Soul Release (which is also a Spell Card) and banish 5 cards without putting any back.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN084 | Trap Card
Expendable Dai
Normal Trap
Tribute 1 Warrior monster, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it, and if you do, draw 1 card.
(Super Rare)

Konami is sure foil-happy with this side of the set. The last 4 cards have been unjustly made foil. Warrior Dai Grepher needs to stop whatever they're doing because it's not working.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN083 | Xyz Monster
Pendransaction
WATER | Cyberse-Type Xyz | Rank 4 | ATK 2000 | DEF 1000
2 Level 4 monsters
You can detach 1 material from this card; if you have more cards in your Extra Deck than your opponent's, apply these effects in sequence, depending on the difference.
● 1+: This card gains 1000 ATK until the end of your opponent's turn.
● 5+: Neither player can target this card with card effects until the end of your opponent's turn.
● 10+: Banish 1 card your opponent controls.
● 15+: Make your opponent's LP 3000.
You can only use this effect of "Pendransaction" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

What a waste of monsters. You're unlikely to have more than your opponent and if by some chance you do, it won't make a difference. Shouldn't even cost an Xyz Material to use the effect at that rate.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN082 | Effect Monster
Thron the Disciplined Angel
EARTH | Fairy | Level 4 | ATK 1500 | DEF 600
If a monster(s) that was originally an EARTH Fairy is sent from your hand or field to the GY (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only use this effect of "Thron the Disciplined Angel" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

So we're still adding members even though there are so few EARTH Fairies as a whole? This angel hasn't been disciplined enough.

                               Rating: 3 | LIOV-EN081 | Effect Monster
Effect Monster

Proof of Pruflas
DARK | Fiend | Level 3 | ATK 100 | DEF 100
If you control no Special Summoned monsters: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, also you cannot Special Summon other monsters for the rest of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Proof of Pruflas" once per turn. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Tribute Summon 1 monster.
(Super Rare)

Easy to Summon, searchable and makes it much easier to Tribute Summon. It's also totally understandable to prevent Special Summoning that turn.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN080 | Trap Card
Fukubiki
Normal Trap
Each player shuffles their Deck and excavates the top card of their Deck. Add the excavated card with the higher ATK to that player's hand, also send the card with the lower ATK to that player's GY (Spells/Traps, and monsters with ? ATK, are treated as 0). If tied, place those cards on the bottoms of the Decks.
(Common)

So you have higher odds of failure than success due to either tying or losing the result. Then why bother?

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN079 | Trap Card
Boo-Boo Game
Normal Trap
During damage calculation, if a monster battles: You take no battle damage from that battle. If this Set card in its owner's control is destroyed by your opponent's card effect and sent to the GY: You can target up to 2 Normal Traps in your GY, except "Boo-Boo Game"; Set them to your field. They can be activated this turn. You can only use this effect of "Boo-Boo Game" once per turn.
(Common)

Waboku can be activated any time after being Set on your turn and also prevents destruction from your monster(s) in battle. Playing this is a big boo-boo indeed.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN078 | Trap Card
One by One
Normal Trap
Send 1 monster from your hand or field to the GY, then target 1 of your Level 1 monsters that is banished or in your GY, except the monster sent to the GY; add that monster to your hand. You can only activate 1 "One by One" per turn.
(Common)

Even the monster in the artwork (Sinister Serpent) is no good and I wouldn't use this with Copycat either. This is worse than One for One.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN077 | Trap Card
S-Force Chase
Normal Trap
Target face-up cards your opponent controls, up to the number of "S-Force" monsters you control with different names; return them to the hand. If a "S-Force" monster you control would banish a card(s) from your hand to activate its effect, you can banish this card from your GY instead. You can only use each effect of "S-Force Chase" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

All this does is return cards to the hand. That's not beneficial at all. It just delays the return of the returned cards.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN076 | Trap Card
A.I. Challenge You
Continuous Trap
Monsters your opponent controls lose 100 ATK for each card you control. If your "@Ignister" monster battles, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step. When your "@Ignister" monster is destroyed by battle: You can target 1 other Cyberse monster with 2300 ATK in your GY; Special Summon it. You can only use this effect of "A.I. Challenge You" once per turn.
(Common)

This is the equivalent of challenging someone to a staring contest. It's boring and has very little reward.

                              Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN075 | Trap Card
Trap Card

Amaze Attraction Horror House
Normal Trap
Target 1 "Amazement" monster you control or 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; equip this card to it. You can activate the following effect, based on which player controls the equipped monster;
● You: Target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; negate its effects until the end of this turn.
● Your opponent: Change the equipped monster to face-down Defense Position.
You can only use this effect of "Amaze Attraction Horror House" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

Why is this Ultra Rare too? None of these cards should even be foil when we have cards of lower rarities that do the exact same thing, if not better.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN074 | Trap Card
Amaze Attraction Rapid Racing
Normal Trap
Target 1 "Amazement" monster you control or 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; equip this card to it. You can activate the following effect, based on which player controls the equipped monster;
● You: Target 1 card in your opponent's GY; change the equipped monster's battle position, and if you do, shuffle that target into the Deck.
● Your opponent: Increase the equipped monster's Level by 1 (until the end of this turn), and if you do, change its battle position.
You can only use this effect of "Amaze Attraction Rapid Racing" once per turn.
(Common)

True racing would have more appeal than this, though not by much.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN073 | Trap Card
Amaze Attraction Majestic Merry-Go-Round
Normal Trap
Target 1 "Amazement" monster you control or 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; equip this card to it. You can apply the following effect, based on which player controls the equipped monster;
● You: The equipped monster gains 500 ATK. If it would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can send this card to the GY instead.
● Your opponent: The equipped monster loses 500 ATK for each of your "Attraction" Traps equipped to a monster(s).
You can only use this effect of "Amaze Attraction Majestic Merry-Go-Round" once per turn.
(Common)

Want a real attraction? Play Darkworld Shackles and drain the affected monster's ATK/DEF instantly instead.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN072 | Trap Card
Amaze Attraction Wonder Wheel
Normal Trap
Target 1 "Amazement" monster you control or 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; equip this card to it. You can activate the following effect, based on which player controls the equipped monster;
● You: During the Main Phase: Place 1 card from your hand on the bottom of the Deck, then draw 1 card.
● Your opponent: Switch the equipped monster's current ATK and DEF until the end of this turn.
You can only use this effect of "Amaze Attraction Wonder Wheel" once per turn.
(Common)

This has to be the worst amusement park I've ever heard of. The attractions are so off-putting that one feels disgusted just looking at them.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN071 | Trap Card
Amaze Attraction Cyclo-Coaster
Normal Trap
Target 1 "Amazement" monster you control or 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; equip this card to it. You can activate the following effect, based on which player controls the equipped monster;
● You: Target 1 Spell/Trap your opponent controls; send both it and this card to the GY.
● Your opponent: Add 1 "Amazement" monster from your Deck to your hand, and if you do, send this card to the GY.
You can only use this effect of "Amaze Attraction Cyclo-Coaster" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

So you lose this card regardless of which effect you use. Then what's the point in using it? There isn't one.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN070 | Trap Card
Amazement Family Faces
Normal Trap
Target 1 monster your opponent controls equipped with your "Attraction" Trap(s); equip this card to it. While this card is equipped to a monster, take control of the equipped monster. While you control the equipped monster, it gains 500 ATK, you cannot activate its effects, also it is treated as an "Amazement" monster. You can only activate 1 "Amazement Family Faces" per turn.
(Super Rare)

It's no good if the affected monster can't use its effects and only gains 500 ATK. Besides, the Attraction Traps are useless.

                               Rating: 2 | LIOV-EN069 | Trap Card
Judgment of the Branded
Normal Trap
Target 1 Level 8 or higher Fusion Monster you control; destroy all monsters your opponent controls with an equal or higher ATK than that monster. During the End Phase, if this card is in the GY because it was sent there to activate the effect of "Fallen of Albaz" this turn: You can Set this card. You can only use this effect of "Judgment of the Branded" once per turn.
(Common)

For some Fusions, it'll be tricky to top their ATK but this also takes out monsters with the same ATK at least.

                               Rating: 2 | LIOV-EN068 | Trap Card
Screams of the Branded
Normal Trap
If a Fusion Monster is sent to your GY this turn: Special Summon 1 of your Fusion Monsters that is banished or in your GY. During the End Phase, if this card is in the GY because it was sent there to activate the effect of "Fallen of Albaz" this turn: You can Set this card. You can only use this effect of "Screams of the Branded" once per turn.
(Common)

It works on any Fusion but there are still better ways to revive Fusions, or monsters in general.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN067 | Trap Card
Zexal Alliance
Normal Trap
If a face-up Xyz Monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or an opponent's card effect: Pay LP so that you only have 10 left; Special Summon 1 "Utopia" monster from your GY, and if you do, take 1 card from your Deck and place it on top of your Deck. That Special Summoned monster's ATK becomes doubled, also it cannot be destroyed by battle, except by battle with a "Number" monster, nor by card effects.
(Common)

What good is bringing out an Xyz Monster when your opponent has to just deal 10 damage to win the Duel? They don't even have to attack after this is activated. Besides, there are no good Utopia monsters to use this with anyway.

                               Rating: 2 | LIOV-EN066 | Spell Card
Hidden Springs of the Far East
Field Spell
Once per turn, during the Main Phase 2: The turn player can activate this effect; they gain 500 LP, and until the end of this turn apply these effects.
● The Normal and Special Summons of their monsters cannot be negated.
● If they activate a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, that includes an effect that Special Summons a monster, that activation cannot be negated.
● Their opponent cannot target Set Spells/Traps they control with card effects, also they cannot be destroyed by their opponent's card effects.
You can only activate 1 "Hidden Springs of the Far East" per turn.
(Common)

So basically this becomes a stalemate where no one can block their opponent's moves with anything. Not really ideal for any Duel because it offers nothing to really take advantage of.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN065 | Spell Card
One-Kuri Way
Normal Spell
Target 1 Link-1 monster in either GY; return it to the Extra Deck or Special Summon it to its owner's field. You can only activate 1 "One-Kuri-Way" per turn.
(Common)

There isn't a single Link-1 Link Monster worth reviving from either Graveyard. They're all junk and if you need it to Link Summon higher rated Link Monsters, you're pretty desperate.

                               Rating: 2 | LIOV-EN064 | Spell Card
Book of Lunar Eclipse
Quick-Play Spell
Discard 1 card, then target 2 face-up monsters on the field; change them to face-down Defense Position.
(Secret Rare)

Although it can hit twice as many monsters as Book of Moon, with Link Monsters being so dominant and unable to be in Defense Mode, this is going to prove pretty poor if they're on the field.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN063 | Spell Card
Birth of the Prominence Flame
Normal Spell
Target 2 FIRE monsters (1 Tuner and 1 non-Tuner) with 200 DEF in your GY; banish both monsters, and if you do, Special Summon 1 FIRE Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck whose Level equals the total Levels of those monsters. You can only activate 1 "Birth of the Prominence Flame" per turn.
(Common)

Bypassing summoning requirements generally never works out in the end because once it's gone, you have nothing to revive later, even if it was otherwise capable of being revived.

                               Rating: 2 | LIOV-EN062 | Spell Card
Bujincandescence
Continuous Spell
Beast-Warrior "Bujin" monsters you control cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects, except during the Battle Phase. Once per turn: You can send 1 "Bujin" monster from your hand or face-up field to the GY, then target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; negate its effects until the end of this turn. During your End Phase: You can send this face-up card from the field to the GY, then target 1 "Bujin" monster in your GY; Special Summon it.
(Common)

At least 2 Bujins are good enough to use this with, which means up to 6 cards total but there are better ways to use those cards than this.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN061 | Spell Card
You and A.I.
Continuous Spell
If a Cyberse monster(s) with 2300 original ATK is Special Summoned: You can activate 1 of these effects, based on the Attribute of that monster(s) on the field;
● EARTH/WATER: Halve the ATK of 1 face-up monster on the field until the end of this turn.
● WIND/LIGHT: Negate the effects of 1 face-up card on the field until the end of this turn.
● FIRE/DARK: Special Summon 1 "@Ignister Token" (Cyberse/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0).
You can only use each effect of "You and A.I." once per turn for each Attribute.
(Common)

In the Vrains dubbed anime, A.I. tends to be overconfident and lacking proper judgment. Playing this card only proves the same about you.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN060 | Spell Card
A.I. Meet You
Normal Spell
Reveal 1 Cyberse monster with 2300 ATK in your hand or Extra Deck, and add 1 "@Ignister" monster with the same Attribute from your Deck to your hand. During the End Phase of this turn, take 2300 damage if you did not Special Summon the revealed monster, or a monster with the same name, after you resolved this effect. You cannot activate monster effects for the rest of this turn after this card resolves, except Cyberse monsters. You can only activate 1 "A.I. Meet You" per turn.
(Common)

This meeting will be very short-lived as there's nothing to discuss other than how poorly it went.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN059 | Spell Card
Basal Rose Shoot
Quick-Play Spell
Special Summon 1 "Rose Dragon" monster from your hand or GY in Defense Position. If this Set card is destroyed: You can target 1 of your "Black Rose Dragon" or 1 monster that specifically lists that card in its text, that is banished or in your GY; Special Summon it. You can only use each effect of "Basal Rose Shoot" once per turn.
(Common)

You must be in a thorny predicament to use this because unlike Unexpected Dai, which can bring out any Normal Monster that is Level 4 or lower, this is restricted to a small handful of pretty bad monsters.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN058 | Spell Card
Amazement Precious Park
Field Spell
During your Main Phase, you can activate 1 "Attraction" Trap the turn it was Set. During the End Phase: You can send 1 "Attraction" Trap you control equipped to a monster to the GY, then target 1 of your "Attraction" Traps, with a different name, that is banished or in your GY; Set that card. You can only use each effect of "Amazement Precious Park" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

The attractions of this park are for no one but stupid people to enjoy. Your time is better spent elsewhere.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN057 | Spell Card
Amazement Special Show
Quick-Play Spell
When your opponent activates a card or effect that targets an "Amazement" monster(s) you control: Target 1 of those "Amazement" monsters you control; return it to the hand, then, you can Special Summon 1 "Amazement" monster from your hand.
(Common)

There's nothing special about an effect that returns 1 monster to the hand and replaces it with another. Dragonmaids already did it and it was just as bad then.

Branded in White
Normal Spell
Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field as material, including a Dragon monster. You can also banish monsters from your GY as material, if you use "Fallen of Albaz" as Fusion Material from your hand, field, or by banishing itself from your GY. During the End Phase, if this card is in the GY because it was sent there to activate the effect of "Fallen of Albaz" this turn: You can Set this card. You can only use each effect of "Branded in White" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

You can make use of Fusion Summons with the classic Polymerization card from LOB days so you don't need 1 of the billion copycat cards like this one.

Springans Booty
Continuous Spell
If a face-up Xyz Monster you control leaves the field by card effect: You can target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; neither player can activate that Effect Monster's effects on the field this turn. You can send this face-up card to the GY; activate 1 "Great Sand Sea - Gold Golgonda" directly from your Deck or GY. You can only use each effect of "Springans Booty" once per turn.
(Common)

What'd they do, take classes from Plunder Patroll? They've even copied part of the name of a card they own.

Dogmatikalamity
Ritual Spell
This card can be used to Ritual Summon any "Dogmatika" Ritual Monster. You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field, whose total Levels exactly equal the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon, or send 1 monster from your Extra Deck to the GY, whose Level equals the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. For the rest of this turn after this card resolves, you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck. You can only activate 1 "Dogmatikalamity" per turn.
(Common)

Just because you can doesn't mean you should and since I've already reviewed the only Dogmatika Ritual Monster in existance, you have all the proof you need to keep this card out of your Deck.

Zexal Entrust
Normal Spell
Target 1 "Utopia", "ZW -", or "ZS -" monster in your GY; add it to your hand or Special Summon it. If your opponent's LP are at least 2000 higher than yours, except the turn this card was sent to the GY: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Zexal" Spell/Trap in your GY, except "Zexal Entrust"; add it to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Zexal Entrust" once per turn.
(Common)

I cannot entrust anyone not to use this because I know full well they will because people tend to believe the Deck they use will win regardless of what circumstances are at work.

Rank-Up-Magic Zexal Force
Normal Spell
Target 1 Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Utopia" or "ZW -" monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using it as material, and if you do, take 1 "ZW -" or "ZS -" monster from your Deck and place it on top of your Deck. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer its materials to the Summoned monster.) If your opponent's LP are at least 2000 higher than yours: You can banish this card from your GY; draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Rank-Up-Magic Zexal Force" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

Ranking up to only one of two poor Archetypes is nothing short of a failure in itself. None of the members are all that good and neither is their support, especially since the two sides are meant to work together. This card is far too late to be of any use.

If this Link Summoned card is destroyed by battle, or is destroyed by an opponent's card effect while in its owner's Monster Zone: You can add 1 LIGHT monster with 1500 or less DEF from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Lyna the Light Charmer, Lustrous" once per turn.

You can only use 1 "Benghalancer the Resurgent" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

You can target 1 Set card in the Spell & Trap Zone; send it to the GY, and if you do, Set 1 "Paleozoic" Trap directly from your Deck. It can be activated this turn. If a Set card(s) you control would be destroyed by card effect, you can banish this card from your field or GY instead.

After you activate a "Hole" Normal Trap Card, you can Set it instead of sending it to the GY. During your End Phase: You can target 1 "Traptrix" monster in your GY; Special Summon it in Defense Position.

You can only use each effect of "Tri-Brigade Bearbrumm the Rampant Rampager" once per turn.

Drytron Mu Beta Fafnir
LIGHT | Machine-Type Xyz | Rank 1 | ATK 2000 | DEF 0
2+ Level 1 monsters
When you Ritual Summon, you can detach a material(s) from this card as monster(s) required for the Ritual Summon. You can only use each of the following effects of "Drytron Mu Beta Fafnir" once per turn. If this card is Xyz Summoned: You can send 1 "Drytron" card from your Deck to the GY. When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card, while you control a Machine Ritual Monster (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card.
(Secret Rare)

I thought the goal of Decks was hand advantage. Well this is going to take away much of that regardless considering most Ritual Summons are done from the hand and this guy will need many materials just to equal a typical Ritual Monster's Level. The ATK is nice but with nothing else to support that, it means pretty much nothing.

Rilliona the Wondrous Magistus Witch Wardrobe
LIGHT | Spellcaster-Type Xyz | Rank 4 | ATK 1000 | DEF 2800

While this card is equipped to a monster: You can target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; negate its effects until the end of this turn. You can only use each effect of "Rilliona, the Wondrous Magistus Witch Wardrobe" once per turn.

Beneath that unecessarily long name and wall of effect text lies this card's true potential: nothing at all.

Springans Merrymaker
FIRE | Machine-Type Xyz | Rank 4 | ATK 1100 | DEF 2000
2 Level 4 monsters
If this card is Special Summoned from your Extra Deck: You can send 1 "Springans" monster from your Deck to the GY. During your opponent's Main or Battle Phase (Quick Effect): You can banish this card until the End Phase, then if you banished this card with 2 or more Xyz Materials, you can also send 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck to the GY that lists "Fallen of Albaz" as material. You can only use each effect of "Springans Merrymaker" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

The more the merrier isn't true here because no matter how many are made or how many people run the Deck, it still sucks as a whole.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN040 | Xyz Monster
ZW - Dragonic Halberd
DARK | Dragon-Type Xyz | Rank 5 | ATK 3000 | DEF 1200
2 Level 5 monsters
Cannot attack directly. Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; add 1 "Zexal" Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand. You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this card you control to it. It gains 3000 ATK. When the equipped monster destroys a monster by battle: You can Special Summon to your field any number of "ZW -" Monster Cards equipped to it.
(Super Rare)

3000 ATK means very little if it can't attack directly and Utopia monsters and support are mostly bad so there's no point in using the other effects either.

Ultimate Dragonic Utopia Ray
LIGHT | Warrior-Type Xyz |
Rank 5 | ATK 2500 | DEF 2000

(This card's name is always treated as "Number C39: Utopia Ray".)
Once per turn, when a card or effect is activated that targets this card, or when this card is targeted for an attack (Quick Effect): You can equip 1 "ZW -" monster from your hand or Deck to this card as if it were equipped by that monster's effect. Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then target face-up cards your opponent controls up to the number of "ZW -" Monster Cards equipped to this card; negate their effects.
(Ultra Rare)

An upgrade for a card in the Extra Deck few people used. As far as being the ultimate monster goes, I'm disappointed.

Star Mine
FIRE | Pyro-Type Synchro | Level 4 | ATK 2000 | DEF 200

You can only Special Summon "Star Mine(s)" once per turn. If this card in its owner's possession is destroyed by an opponent's attack or card effect: Take 2000 damage, then inflict 2000 damage to your opponent. If a monster in this card's adjacent zone is destroyed by your opponent's attack or card effect: Destroy this card, and if you do, take 2000 damage, then inflict 2000 damage to your opponent.
(Common)

You're supposed to steer clear of mines not run into them and if you're trying to set this one off against your opponent, you get punished for using it.

Lavalval Exlord
FIRE | Warrior-Type Synchro | Level 8 | ATK 2900 | DEF 200
1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner FIRE monsters
When your opponent activates an effect of a monster on the field or in their hand (Quick Effect): You can destroy that monster, and if you do, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. If this Synchro Summoned card in its owner's control is destroyed by an opponent's card: You can Special Summon up to 3 non-Synchro FIRE monsters with 200 DEF from your GY in Defense Position, but negate their effects. You can only use each effect of "Lavalval Exlord" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

It doesn't even negate the offending monster's effect and can only revive FIRE monsters with 200 DEF, which are few and far between.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN036 | Synchro Monster
Garden Rose Flora
LIGHT | Plant, Synchro and Tuner | Level 5 | ATK 800 | DEF 1600

You can target 1 card in the Field Zone; destroy it, then Special Summon to its controller's field, 1 "Rose Token" (Plant/DARK/Level 2/ATK 800/DEF 800) in Attack Position, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except Synchro Monsters. You can only use this effect of "Garden Rose Flora" once per turn. Once per Chain, during your opponent's Main Phase, you can (Quick Effect): Immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon using this card you control.
(Super Rare)

So all we know how to do is copy bad effects? Its ATK and DEF aren't going to make up for that.

Ruddy Rose Dragon
FIRE | Dragon-Type Synchro | Level 10 | ATK 3200 | DEF 2400

If this card is Synchro Summoned: You can banish all cards from the GYs, then, if this card was Synchro Summoned using "Black Rose Dragon" or a Plant Synchro Monster as material, you can destroy all other cards on the field. When your opponent activates a card or effect that would destroy a card(s) (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; negate the activation, then you can Special Summon 1 "Black Rose Dragon" from your Extra Deck or GY.
(Secret Rare)

A step up above the orginal Black Rose Dragon but it's only 800 ATK and DEF more and will likely only banish everything from the Graves in most cases.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN034 | Fusion Monster
Mysterion the Dragon Crown
LIGHT | Spellcaster-Type Fusion | Level 8 | ATK 3000 | DEF 1500
1 Spellcaster monster + 1 Dragon monster
Cannot be used as Fusion Material. This card loses 100 ATK for each of your banished cards. If a monster uses its activated effect to Special Summon itself, or a monster(s) with its same original Type (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 of those Special Summoned monsters; banish that monster, also banish all monsters from the field with its same original Type. You can only use this effect of "Mysterion the Dragon Crown" once per turn.

Crowned the absolute worst Fusion Monster since Sea Dragon Thesus no doubt and for good reason.

Albion the Branded Dragon
DARK | Dragon-Type Fusion | Level 8 | ATK 2500 | DEF 2000
"Fallen of Albaz" + 1 LIGHT monster
If this card is Fusion Summoned: You can Fusion Summon 1 Level 8 or lower Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, except "Albion the Branded Dragon", by banishing Fusion Materials listed on it from your hand, field, and/or GY. During the End Phase, if this card is in the GY because it was sent there this turn: You can add to your hand or Set 1 "Branded" Spell/Trap directly from your Deck. You can only use each effect of "Albion the Branded Dragon" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

You can already Fusion Summon without this card and aside from that effect, you have 1 card that fits the requirements in this set and it's another copy of regular Poly.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN032 | Ritual Monster
White Knight of Dogmatika
LIGHT | Spellcaster-Type Ritual | Level 8 | ATK 500 | DEF 2500
You can Ritual Summon this card with "Dogmatikalamity". You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck. If your opponent activates a card or effect (except during the Damage Step): You can send 1 monster from your Extra Deck to the GY, and if you do, look at your opponent's Extra Deck and send 1 monster from it to the GY. This card gains ATK equal to half the combined ATK of those monsters sent to the GY, until the end of this turn. You can only use this effect of "White Knight of Dogmatika" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

Ouch. It immediately punishes you for bringing it out by blocking access to your Extra Deck and with those stats, it's likely a decision you'll regret.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN031 | Effect Monster
Otoshindamashi
EARTH | Beast-Type Tuner | Level 1 | ATK 1000 | DEF 1000
While you control a monster that is not a Tuner, your opponent's monsters cannot target this card for attacks. If a monster(s) is sent from the field to your opponent's GY: Place 1 Otoshidamashi Counter on this card, then Special Summon "Otoshidamashi Tokens" (Beast/EARTH/Level 1/ATK ?/DEF ?) up to the number of Otoshidamashi Counters on this card. Each Token's Level is increased when Summoned by the number of Otoshidamashi Counters on this card, also each Token's ATK/DEF are its Level when Summoned x 500. You can only use this effect of "Otoshidamashi" once per turn.
(Common)

You're not guaranteed to get Tokens even if you're the one triggering the effect, which makes this card pretty much useless compared to other cards.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN030 | Pendulum Monster
Clock Arc
DARK | Machine-Type Pendulum | Level 4 | ATK 600 | DEF 1200 | Scale 4
If you control no monsters, or only Pendulum Monsters, apply this effect, based on this card's Pendulum Zone.
● Left: Reduce its Pendulum Scale by 3.
● Right: Increase its Pendulum Scale by 4.

During your opponent's Standby Phase: You can Special Summon this card.
If this card is Special Summoned to a zone that is not the center Main Monster Zone, destroy it. Cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, during your opponent's End Phase: You can target 1 card in your Pendulum Zone; destroy it, and if you do, place this card in your Pendulum Zone.

(Common)

We already have Pendulum Monsters whose Pendulum Scales are either 1 or 8 without having to do anything after they're activated and some have better stats too.

● Change those monsters to face-down Defense Position.
● Destroy that monster you control, and if you do, change the ATK of the other monster to 0 until the end of this turn.
You can only use this effect of "Yamorimori" once per turn.
(Common)

Its ATK and DEF say it all. There's just no point in using this over other better Reptiles.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN028 | Effect Monster
World Soul - Carbon
EARTH | Fairy | Level 4 | ATK 1200 | DEF 1200

If a face-up Fairy monster(s) you control is sent to the GY, while this card is in your GY (except during the Damage Step): You can place this card on top of your Deck. You can only use 1 "World Soul - Carbon" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
(Common)

This doesn't even support Darklords, not that it should support them but that shows just how bad this is. The only EARTH Fairies I recall are the ones Ishizu used in Battle City and they're awful.

● 1: Draw 1 card, then place 1 card from your hand on top of the Deck.
● 2: Draw 1 card.
● 3: Draw 2 cards, then discard 1 card.
You can only use this effect of "Dark Eye Nightmare" once per turn.

Anchamoufrite
LIGHT | Spellcaster-Type Pendulum | Level 5 | ATK 1800 | DEF 0 | Scale 4

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your face-up Extra Deck) by having no cards in your Extra Deck except "Anchamoufrite". You can only Special Summon "Anchamoufrite" once per turn this way. If this face-up card in the Monster Zone leaves the field, banish it.

Pharaonic Guardian Sphinx
EARTH | Rock | Level 8 | ATK 2300 | DEF 3000
Once per turn: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position. You can only use each of the following effects of "Pharaonic Guardian Sphinx" once per turn. If this card is Flip Summoned: Shuffle all monsters your opponent controls into the Deck. If this card in its owner's control is destroyed by an opponent's card: You can Special Summon 1 Level 5 Rock monster from your hand or Deck in face-down Defense Position.
(Common)

While it seems like a worse Guardian Sphinx, it does have one advantage over that card in that the monsters return to the Deck, where they have to be drawn/searched all over again. Still, being 2 Tributes makes it harder to bring out.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN023 | Effect Monster
Bahalutiya the Grand Radiance
LIGHT | Dragon | Level 7 | ATK 2000 | DEF 2400
You can Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 Effect Monster. During your opponent's Main Phase, if a card(s) is added from the Main Deck to their hand (except by drawing it) and this card is in your hand, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Tribute Summon this card. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned from the hand, you can: Make your opponent banish the top cards of their Deck face-down, equal to the number of cards in their hand, then, they shuffle their entire hand into the Deck, and if they do, they add the card(s) banished by this effect to their hand. You can only use this effect of "Bahalutiya, the Grand Radiance" once per turn.

DARK | Fairy | Level 4 | ATK 1100 | DEF 1900
Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can return this face-up card to the hand. During the Damage Step, when your DARK monster battles an opponent's monster (Quick Effect): You can send this card from your hand to the GY; that opponent's monster loses ATK equal to its own ATK, until the end of this turn.
(Secret Rare)

We could've seen this back when Phantom Darkness got released but it's still going to be an adversary as the opposing monster loses everything they have and will probably lose the battle too.

If this card is destroyed by the effect of a "Scrap" card and sent to your GY: You can add 1 "Scrap Factory" or 1 non-Tuner "Scrap" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Scrap Raptor" once per turn.

You can only use each of the following effects of "Judge of the Ice Barrier" once per turn. You can target 1 or 2 "Ice Barrier" monsters in your GY and 1 or 2 cards in your opponent's GY; shuffle them into the Deck. If you control an "Ice Barrier" monster: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Attack Position monster on the field; change it to Defense Position.

I judge this card a worthy card for any Deck.

If you control a "Lil-la" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Live✰Twin Ki-sikil Frost" once per turn this way. So the twins that collectively cannot do anything return as well but nothing has changed.

Traptrix Vesiculo
EARTH | Plant | Level 4 | ATK 1400 | DEF 1400
Unaffected by the effects of "Hole" Normal Traps. You can only use 1 of the following effects of "Traptrix Vesiculo" per turn, and only once that turn. You can send 1 Set Trap you control to the GY; Special Summon this card from your hand. If you control no cards in your Spell & Trap Zone: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Hole" Normal Trap in your GY; Set it to your field.
(Ultra Rare)

It's already unaffected by Bottomless and no one runs regular Trap Hole so it's going to have very little to be truly unaffected by. Plus it continues the same strategy of setting cards that become easily anticipated.

S-Force Edge Razor
DARK | Cyberse | Level 4 | ATK 1500 | DEF 1300
Each of your opponent's monsters in the same column as one of your "S-Force" monsters cannot be used as material for the Link Summon of a Link-3 or higher monster. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "S-Force" monster from your hand in Attack Position, except "S-Force Edge Razor". You can only use this effect of "S-Force Edge Razor" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

Its playability is certainly razor thin because blocking it from being Link Material means very little in today's Dueling world unless your strategy is entirely built around Link Summons, which is really poor.

S-Force Dog Tag
LIGHT | Machine | Level 5 | ATK 1600 | DEF 2100
During your Main Phase, your opponent cannot activate the effects of monsters in the same column as one of your "S-Force" monsters. If your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster(s) while you control an "S-Force" monster (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only use this effect of "S-Force Dog Tag" once per turn.
(Common)

Oh good. The F-Force returns and no I'm not correcting myself on that. I've given them a new name to better reflect their lack of useful skills.

Bujin Torifune
LIGHT | Beast-Warrior | Level 4 | ATK 1500 | DEF 500
You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 2 "Bujin" monsters of 2 different Types from the Deck in Defense Position, except "Bujin Torifune". When you Xyz Summon a "Bujin" Xyz Monster, while this card is in your GY: You can equip this card to it. Any monster destroyed by battle with that equipped monster is banished. You can only use each effect of "Bujin Torifune" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

Most Bujins are the same Type so you're going to have very little options, which makes this card just as bad as most others.

                               Rating: 1 | LIOV-EN012 | Effect Monster
Bujin Mahitotsu
LIGHT | Beast-Warrior | Level 4 | ATK 0 | DEF 1800
You can send 1 other "Bujin" card from your hand to the GY; Special Summon this card from your hand. You can activate 1 of these effects;
● Send 1 "Bujin" monster from your hand to the GY; add 1 "Bujin" monster with a different name from your GY to your hand.
● Banish 1 "Bujin" monster from your GY; send 1 "Bujin" monster with a different name from your Deck to the GY.
You can only use the Summoning effect, and the other effect, of "Bujin Mahitotsu" each once per turn.
(Common)

You'd be foolish to use the effects at all because its stats are too low to allow it to last long on the field and very few Bujin cards are any good.

Danmari @Ignister
DARK | Cyberse | Level 6 | ATK 2300 | DEF 0

You can only use each effect of "Danmari @Ignister" once per turn.
(Common)

It's far too specific in all of its effects to be useful.

Ruddy Rose Witch
LIGHT | Plant-Type Tuner | Level 1 | ATK 800 | DEF 1700
You can Tribute this card; add 1 "Witch of the Black Rose" from your Deck to your hand, and if you do, take 1 Level 3 or lower Plant monster from your Deck and place it on top of your Deck, then immediately after this effect resolves, you can Normal Summon 1 "Witch of the Black Rose" from your hand. You can banish this card from your GY; return 1 of your "Black Rose Dragon" or "Ruddy Rose Dragon" that is banished or in your GY to the Extra Deck. You can only use each effect of "Ruddy Rose Witch" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

Witch of the Black Rose is an awful card to use this with, even if it does manipulate the results so you're successful because Rose, Warrior of Revenge has no side-effects at all and is also a Tuner monster.

Roxrose Dragon
DARK | Dragon-Type Tuner | Level 3 | ATK 1600 | DEF 1200
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 card that specifically lists "Black Rose Dragon" in its text, from your Deck to your hand, except "Roxrose Dragon". While this card is in your GY, if a face-up "Rose Dragon" monster(s) or Plant Synchro Monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or an opponent's card effect: You can add this card to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Roxrose Dragon" once per turn.
(Super Rare)

A Tuner isn't good enough to be decent anymore so it needed something else. Unfortunately, it has nothing better to offer.

You can only use this effect of "Amazement Ambassador Bufo" once per turn.

The only thing amazing about these guys is they don't do anything useful yet people are probably going to claim they're broken in due time.

Amazement Administrator Arlekino
DARK | Psychic | Level 7 | ATK 2600 | DEF 2200

If your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster(s) (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 of those face-up monsters they control; equip 1 "Attraction" Trap from your Deck to that target.
(Secret Rare)

There's nothing to be attracted to with this as the support is going to be bad considering the monsters are bad.

If this card is in your hand, field, or GY: You can target 1 "Springans" Xyz Monster you control; attach this card to it as material. You can only use each effect of "Springans Brothers" once per turn.

While "Great Sand Sea - Gold Golgonda" is on the field, this card's original ATK becomes 3000. You can only use each of the following effects of "Supreme Sovereign Serpent of Golgonda" once per turn. While this card is in your hand or GY, if you control a face-up card in your Field Zone: You can Special Summon this card, but banish it when it leaves the field. If "Great Sand Sea - Gold Golgonda" on the field would be destroyed by card effect, you can banish 1 monster from your GY instead.
(Super Rare)

It's ATK is 0 in all cases where the lousy Field Spell isn't on the field. Aside from that it also has 0 DEF and no good effects at all.

ZW - Ascended Sage
LIGHT | Warrior | Level 4 | ATK 900 | DEF 300
If you control no cards, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). A "Utopia" Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card on the field as material gains this effect.
● If this card is Xyz Summoned: You can add 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Normal Spell from your Deck to your hand.
You can only use this effect of "ZS - Ascended Sage" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

This is Ultra Rare because....? What could it possibly have that other cards of lower rarities like Cyber Dragon don't? Adding a Rank-Up-Magic card isn't it because those cards are mostly really bad.

ZS - Armed Sage
LIGHT | Warrior | Level 4 | ATK 300 | DEF 900

● If this card is Xyz Summoned: You can add 1 "ZW -" monster from your Deck to your hand.
You can only use this effect of "ZS - Armed Sage" once per turn.
(Common)

It's only "armed" with 300 ATK and 900 DEF, which is nothing to worry about for its opposition but plenty for it and all its comrades to worry about.

ZW - Pegasus Twin Saber
LIGHT | Beast | Level 5 | ATK 1000 | DEF 2100
You can only control 1 "ZW - Pegasus Twin Saber". If your opponent's LP are at least 2000 higher than yours, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this card you control to it as an Equip Spell that gives it 1000 ATK. Once per turn, while this card is equipped to a monster, you can negate a monster effect activated on your opponent's field.
(Common)

ZW and Utopia cards are pretty bad as a whole and this doesn't help them out either (and nothing will because the Deck is bad and always will be).

Diviner of the Herald
LIGHT | Fairy-Type Tuner | Level 2 | ATK 500 | DEF 300

If this card is Tributed: You can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Fairy monster from your hand or Deck, except "Diviner of the Herald". You can only use each effect of "Diviner of the Herald" once per turn.
(Secret Rare)

Another set opens with a poor excuse of a card given that its best property is being a Tuner and we have plenty of those that were released in lower rarities years ago.
