You can only activate 1 "Union Hangar" per turn.
(Secret Rare)
Rating: 2 out of 5
I suppose this is okay for Union Decks, but the members really don't have much.
Relentless Revenge (BLRR-EN073)

No Deck deserves something this bad. Should use what little magic they have to disappear.
Relentless Revenge (BLRR-EN056)
Sephylon, the Ultimate Time Lord
LIGHT / Effect Monster / Level 10 / ATK 4000 / DEF 4000
(Fairy / Effect)

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having 10 or more monsters in your GY. Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 Level 8 or higher Fairy monster from your hand or GY, but its effects are negated, also its ATK becomes 4000.
(Ultra Rare)
Rating: 3 out of 5
Makes just about any Fairy-Type monster useful. Needs 10+ monsters in your Graveyard first though.

Flash Charge Dragon
DARK / Link Monster / ATK 2300 / Link-3
Links: All 3 Top Arrows

When a card or effect is activated that targets this face-up card (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 monster; negate the activation.
(Secret Rare)
Rating: 2 out of 5
Actually not that bad effects for a Link-3, though the last effect costs you a monster.
Relentless Revenge (BLRR-EN044)
Borrelguard Dragon
DARK / Link Monster / ATK 3000 / Link-4
Links: Top, Right, Bottom and Bottom-Right
(Dragon / Link / Effect)

(Secret Rare)
Rating: 3 out of 5
Good (#42) Link-4s are hard to come by, but we found one here, and it's about tied with Bomber Dragon.
Relentless Revenge (BLRR-EN043)
Topologic Gumblar Dragon
DARK / Link Monster / ATK 3000 / Link-4
Links: All 4 Center Arrows
(Dragon / Link / Effect)
2+ Effect Monsters
If another monster is Special Summoned to a zone a Link Monster points to, while this monster is on the field: Discard 1 or 2 random cards, then your opponent discards the same number. During your Main Phase, if this card is Extra Linked and your opponent has at least 1 card in their hand: You can make your opponent discard 1 or 2 cards (whichever is higher), then, if they have no more cards in their hand, inflict 3000 damage to them. Looks like Bugs Bunny got to this one as it's unable to fire even a cork on a string.
Relentless Revenge (BLRR-EN042)
Triggering Wurm

(Dragon / Effect)

Making it Link Material triggers a bad result later on.

Hibernation Dragon
DARK / Effect Monster / Level 3 / ATK 600 / DEF 1500
(Dragon / Effect)

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon monster in your GY; add it to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Hibernation Dragon" once per turn.

(This is treated as a Fusion Summon.)
(Ultra Rare)

Being Level 12 makes it difficult for other monsters to beat it, but it has 0 ATK and DEF otherwise.

Aids in Fusion Summoning, which can be useful for the next card, but not very good even so.

● During your opponent's turn (Quick Effect): You can take 1 "Photon" or "Galaxy" card from your Deck, and either add it to your hand or attach it to this card as material.
(Secret Rare)
Rating: 2 out of 5
Flip the stats and it'd get at least a 3, but there's just not quite enough benefits for this to go higher.
Relentless Revenge (BLRR-EN032)
Number 75: Bamboozling Gossip Shadow
WIND / Xyz Monster / Rank 3 / ATK 1000 / DEF 2600
(Warrior / Xyz / Effect)

You can only use this effect of "Number 75: Bamboozling Gossip Shadow" once per turn.
