Comments: This is more of what I would've expected with Balloon Party but that only make it less playable.
Indestructible Airship Hindenkraft
WIND / Machine / Level 10 / ATK 2900 / DEF 2000
When a Level 5 or higher monster is Normal Summoned, change all Level 9 or lower monsters your opponent controls to face-up Defense Position.

Comments: Not much to work with for a Level 10 monster so there's not much of a rating that I can give it either.
Balloon Party

Comments: They may have 0 ATK and DEF but there's no restraints anywhere, or even an activation requirement.
Iceberg Ocean

The DEF of Defense Position monsters becomes 0.

Comments: It's basically only good against Stall Decks as monsters with high DEF are common. Unfortunately, it doesn't affect the DEF of Attack Position monsters, nor does it have other effects.

If a WATER monster is used as an Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon, it can be treated as 2 monsters for the Xyz Summon.

Comments: WATER Decks can obviously make use of this, especially for Xyz Monsters that normally require 3 Xyz Materials. Heck, even 2 Xyz Materials is even easier with this but it only works with WATER monsters.
Ice Fire Egg
Anime Normal Trap
When this card is destroyed, Special Summon 1 WATER Xyz Monster from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position. Its ATK and DEF become 0 and is treated as having a Level that is 1 higher than its Rank.

Comments: Not only is it slow to be activated but your revived Xyz Monster (which must be WATER) loses its ATK and DEF, is revived in Attack Mode and can't be used with Rank-Up-Magic card.
Break Stream

Select 1 face-up monster you control. This turn, if it attacks, your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step and each time it destroys an opponent's monster by battle, select 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls and destroy it.

Comments: It works on any monster so the stronger the monster, the more damage you can probably deal, though some monsters already have at least half this card's effects built-in.

Select 1 face-up Xyz Monster that was Special Summoned to your side of the field. Once per turn, Xyz Summon 1 Xyz Monster and equip it to the Xyz Monster you Xyz Summoned by this effect. The equipped monster gains ATK equal to the ATK of the monster equipped to it by this effect. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, you can send the monster equipped to it with this effect to the Graveyard instead.

Comments: Less specific than Ghost Salvage in that you can use this with any Xyz Monster and it will gain more ATK if you can Xyz Summon again later while you have this card and a 2nd Xyz Monster already out but it's not much to work with as the ATK gain doesn't accumulate

Activate only when a WATER Xyz Monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard. Special Summon that monster and all the monsters that were used for its Xyz Summon from your Graveyard (max 2). Their effects are negated.

Comments: A bit more situational than it otherwise could be but you get back everything you lost, unless that Xyz Monster had 3 Xyz Materials.
Wings of Silence
Anime Equip Spell
Equip only to a Winged Beast-Type monster. It gains 300 ATK and is unaffected by your opponent's Spell or Trap Cards.
COMMON
Rating: 2
Comments: It's the 2nd part of the effect that makes me give it its rating because it's the better part compared to the mere 300 ATK boost.
Aqua Gate
Anime Field Spell
During each turn, the turn player can negate a number of their opponent's attacks, up to the number of Set cards in their Spell & Trap Card Zone.

Comments: The card is only useful if you have cards to Set in your Spell & Trap Card Zones but this also avoids the need for having to use them.

All face-up monsters your opponent controls lose ATK equal to the combined ATK of all "Djinn" Xyz Monsters you control, until the End Phase.

Comments: Much like Resurrection March, this probably isn't that useful in my book but can be powerful if you control more than one.
Resurrection March
Anime Normal Spell
Activate only when you control a "Djinn" Xyz Monster. Special Summon 1 "Djinn" Xyz Monster from your Graveyard.

Rating: 2
Comments: Djinn Xyz Monsters didn't prove to be that good IMO so this wouldn't be all that good either but it does revive another one for free by controlling one.
Garbage Collection
Anime Normal Spell
Remove from play 2 Machine-Type monsters in your Graveyard, then Special 1 Machine-Type Xyz Monster from your Graveyard.

Rating: 1
Comments: This card reeks of garbage because it's not worth banishing 2 Machine-Type monsters just to revive a Machine-Type Xyz Monster from your Graveyard, especially since it won't have Xyz Materials.
Robocircus
Anime Field Spell
Once per turn, when a player Normal Summons a Machine-Type monster, they can Special Summon 1 "Super Defense Robot" monster from their hand.
COMMON
Rating: 2
Comments: Super Defense Robots aren't much to work with, even today and this probably wouldn't get much use unless more are released but it can essentially be a one-sided Field Spell.
Episode 89: Darkness Dawns
Battle Restart
Anime Normal Trap
Activate only when a monster you control declares an attack against an opponent's monster. Monsters cannot be destroyed by this battle, neither player takes battle damage from this battle and monster that attacked can declare an attack once again during this Battle Phase.

Rating: 1
Comments: It's a pretty pointless card. It prevents both monsters' destruction in battle and both players from taking damage and unless it's your monster that attacked, this gives your opponent a second chance to take your monster down.

Send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand.

Rating: 2
Comments: A one-for-one deal but it's not all that bad as it's better than One for One itself.
Overlay World
Anime Field Spell
During each player's End Phase, if a player does not control an Xyz Monster, that player takes 500 damage. Face-up Xyz Monsters on the field cannot be destroyed by card effects. If an Xyz Monster is destroyed by battle, remove it from play it instead of sending it to the Graveyard.

Comments: A Field Spell that hurts both players is a poor decision because that means you have basically no advantage over your opponent and using this is only further proving it.
Bubble Breeder

You can send 1 other "Bubble Breeder" from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card from your hand.

Comments: There are perks to monsters with 0 ATK and DEF but this guy doesn't have them.
Episode 88: Dual Duel (2) (Continued)
Shining Reborn

Tribute 2 monsters. Send all cards from your opponent's hand to the Graveyard, then Special Summon 1 monster from your opponent's Graveyard to their side of the field. After that, you can Set 1 card from your hand to their side of the field.

Comments: You lose a lot more than you gain and that's never a good idea.
