Wisel Guard 3
DARK / Machine / Level 3 / ATK 0 / DEF 2000
If you do not control a face-up "Infinity" monster, destroy this card. When another monster you control is selected as an attack target, you can switch the target to this card instead. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle.

Rating: 1
Comments: Not even having 2000 DEF will allow this card to get 2 stars because it self-destructs if your field is void of Infinity monsters and that mitigates the rest of the perks too.
Wise G3
Anime Normal Trap
Send 1 face-up "Wisel Guard" monster you control to the Graveyard. Special Summon 1 "Wisel Guard 3" from your hand.

Comments: It wouldn't be wise of you to activate this because you'll be trading in one bad monster for another.
Burning Strike
Anime Continuous Trap
Equip to a face-up monster you control. When the equipped monster attacks a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the monster's ATK, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.

Rating: 1
Comments: Fairy Meteor Crush, which has basically the same effect as an Equip Spell has existed long before this card appeared in the anime, making it much easier to use and get the exact same perks.
Infinity Barrage
Anime Normal Trap
Activate only while your opponent controls no monsters. You cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this card. Inflict 400 damage to your opponent for each monster you control.

Comments: The downsides to this card just make the card as a whole terrible because you can't even attack and deal less damage per monster than Just Desserts, which also doesn't have either restraint this has.
Speed Spell - Lightning Rod

Activate only if you have 2 or more Speed Counters. Select 1 card you control, and destroy it.

Rating: 1
Comments: Even 2 Speed Counters is too strict an activation requirement to be worth destroying just one card you control.

You can discard 1 card to select 1 monster in your Graveyard. Set that monster face-down in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Spell Card. You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to return all monsters Set in your Spell & Trap Card Zone by this effect to the hand.

Comments: Regardless of what monster you pick, it's a lame strategy that won't help you at any point during the Duel.
Infinite Aura

Each time you take damage, place 1 Aura Counter on this card for each multiple of 100 damage you took.

Comments: It was the Illyaster trio's strategy to help their leader to victory but it cost Lester the Duel and will cost you duels as well because you won't be able to use the counters for anything if you lose.
Power Pressure

Activate only when a monster you control has its attack negated. Inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

Rating: 2
Comments: This ensures you get some damage done, perhaps more than what you were going to deal with your attack that got negated but outside of that, it's really not much to work with.
Gear Changer
EARTH / Machine / Level 4 / ATK 1500 / DEF 700
If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Summoned, you can increase this card's Level by the Level of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls.

Rating: 2
Comments: Even today, this'd have uses from Synchro Summons to Xyz Summons but that's if Konami is feeling generous enough to keep the effect intact or improve it.
Dimension Switch
Anime Continuous Trap
Select 1 monster you control, and remove it from play. You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to return the selected monster to the field.

Rating: 1
Comments: While some monsters benefit from being banished, there's no real point in using this to obtain that, especially since you'll have one less monster to defend you unless this card's 2nd effect is successful.
Episode 129: Fight to the Finish Line

Activate only when your opponent activates a Trap Card. That Trap Card's effect is activated as this card's effect instead.

Comments: It could potentially be a powerful card but requires an opponent's Trap Card to be activated and thus may not be useful at the time it is drawn.
Speed Spell - Star Force
Anime Normal Speed Spell
Activate only while you have 4 or more Speed Counters. Select 1 monster you control and remove it from play. 1 face-up monster you control gains 100 ATK x the Level of the removed monster, until the End Phase.

Comments: Everything about this card points to a failure and you'd be one too if you ended up using this.
Life Gardna
EARTH / Warrior / Level 1 / ATK 0 / DEF 800
If this card is sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon, gain 800 Life Points.

Comments: With 0 ATK and 800 DEF, it's a wonder that there's any life in it at all and the effect gives the Synchro Summoner a mere 800 LP when you can get more than that for virtually no effort with Dian Keto the Cure Master.
Episode 128: Yusei's Last Stand

When a Divine-Beast-Type monster(s) is Special Summoned, return this card from your Graveyard to your Spell & Trap Card Zone and activate it. During this turn, the Special Summon of Divine-Beast-Type monsters cannot be negated. During your 3rd End Phase after activation, remove from play this card and all monsters you control, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the combined ATK of the removed monsters.

Comments: A very unusual Trap Card that activates itself from your Graveyard and stays active for 3 End Phases, only to deal big damage to your opponent. However, that's too long for most cards like this to survive so you probably won't get anything out of it and as usual, we're left with the Egyptian God Cards to use with this should it be released as is.
Wave Rebound
Anime Normal Trap
Activate only when an effect that Special Summons Synchro Monster(s) from the Graveyard is activated. Negate the activation of the card effect and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the Synchro Monster(s).

Rating: 2
Comments: Not many Synchro Monsters revive themselves from the Graveyard but those that do are often pretty strong so you'll hurt your opponent pretty harshly with this.
Stay Force
Anime Continuous Trap
You can pay 1000 Life Points to negate the effect of 1 monster you control that would return itself from the field to the Extra Deck during the End Phase, this turn only.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: It's a cost for an effect that will only affect monsters like Majestic Star Dragon and some of the Elemental HERO Fusions and that's wasted LP when you can just avoid using the monster completely and thus not need this.
Speed Spell - Overtune
Anime Normal Speed Spell
Activate only while you have 3 or more Speed Counters. Tribute 1 monster. Special Summon 1 Tuner monster from your hand whose Level is equal to or less than the Tributed monster's.
COMMON
Rating: 2
Comments: A bit costly, especially for needing 3 Speed Counters but if your current monster is useless, you may have a better Tuner monster in your hand as Yusei did in his match against Haldor.
Episode 127: Tricking the Trickster (Continued)
Monster Chain
Anime Continuous Trap
When you activate this card, place Chain Counters on it equal to the number of monsters you control. During each of your opponent's End Phases, remove 1 Chain Counter from this card. When there are no Chain Counters on this card, destroy it. While this card is face-up on the field, neither player can declare an attack.

Rating: 2
Comments: It expires in basically 3 turns so it's a lot like Swords of Revealing Light only less one-sided and takes longer to activate.
Dromi the Sacred Shackles
Anime Normal Trap
When an opponent's monster on the field or Graveyard is removed from play, select 1 face-up Divine-Beast-Type monster you control. Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the difference in ATK between your selected monster and the opponent's monster that is removed from play.

Rating: 2
Comments: With the Aesir monsters not Divine-Beasts like in the anime, the God Cards are all we have to work with unless Konami improves the effect to be more worthwhile.
