Episode 84: Will the Real Jack Atlas Please Stand Up? (2)
At Zora's place, the group are watching the TV as Angela reports on the latest regarding Jack's behavior before the TV is turned off. Meanwhile, Carly refused to write a bogus story on Jack Atlas, insisting he's innocent and leaves her boss to write the article himself. She takes to the streets and finds a couple that snapped a photo of two Jack Atlas'. She brings the news to Yusei and the others and at first they don't buy it but realize that whom they saw last night wasn't the real Jack. They  head to the area where the barrier had been breached and Crow goes further down and finds the Trust Guardian card, apologizing for the mean things he'd said.
However, there's trouble as Carly reports of Fake Jack's whereabouts and Sector Security on his tail. We find the real Jack trapped somewhere only able to watch his fake self cause trouble. Primo wonders if they've overestimated Jack and Jacob assures that Jack will  eventually find his true strength. Lester hopes so because they worked hard to copy all of real Jack's cards. Sure enough, the group find Fake Jack and inform Sector Security about it. However, both they and Fake Jack remain unconvinced. Jack finds his inner strength and breaks free. To everyone's surprise, he emerges and proves that there are indeed two Jack Atlas'. Duel preparations get underway between the two Jacks as real Jack wants a rematch.
Fake Jack draws and plays Archfiend Interceptor (1400) in Attack Mode before setting 1 card to end his turn. Jack draws, recalling how not using his drawn Trust Guardian cost him the duel and plays Vice Dragon (2000) in Attack Mode, halved to 1000 by its effects respectively. Next he Summons Trust Guardian (0000) in Attack Mode. Then, since TG is a Tuner, he uses his monsters as Synchro Material for Red Dragon Archfiend (3000) in Attack Mode. Carly pulls up, and assures that she can be there for being a journalist. Jack's attack activates AI's effect to deal himself 500 damage, leaving him down to 3500 but also destroys AI to leave Fake Jack down to 2400 LPs. He sets 1 card to end his turn so FJ draws and plays Vice Dragon by its effect. Next he summons Flare Resonator (300) in Attack Mode and uses it and VD as Synchro Material (since FR is a Tuner) for a purple RDA in Attack Mode. Furthermore, since RDA used FR as Synchro Material, it gains 300 ATK to 3300. Its attack prompts Jack to use TG's effect to prevent RDA's destruction by giving up 400 ATK to 2600, brining his score down to 3200. With that, FJ sets 1 card to end his turn.
Jack draws and attacks, activating Assault Spirits to discard Twin-Shield Defender and give RDA 700 ATK to 3300. Though they have equal ATKs, Jack uses TG's effect once more to protect it. After setting 1 card, Jack ends his turn, returning RDA's ATK to 2200. FJ draws and Normal Summons Big Piece Golem (2100) in Attack Mode by its effect. Next he uses Speed Spell - Angel Baton to draw 2 cards and discard Small Piece Golem from his hand. Then he uses Powerful Rebirth to revive Small Piece Golem (1100) in Attack Mode and raise its ATK and Level by 100 and 1 respectively. Since he has Big and Small Piece Golem, he plays Medium Piece Golem (1600) in Attack Mode. Then he sends Jack's Assault Spirits to the Graveyard to play Trap Eater (1900) in Attack Mode. After that, since TE is a Tuner he uses his monsters as Synchro Material for a blue RDA in Attack Mode. Since he has a Synchro Monster, he plays Synchro Magnet (1000) in Attack Mode. SM is a Tuner so he uses it and BPG for a yellow RDA in Attack Mode.
With that done, he activates Reincarnation Ring to Tribute SPG and revive his original fake RDA in Attack Mode. His first two attacks leave Jack down to 1200 LPs but the third prompts Jack to activate Ray of Hope (not to be confused with the CG card with the same name) to not only halve the damage and leave his score down to 400 but letting him play the Level 1 Dark Bug (100) in Attack Mode at the end of the Battle Phase. After a speech about why Fake Jack is the weaker Jack, Jack draws, gaining the power of the Crimson Dragon, and playing Majestic Dragon (0000) in Attack Mode. Next since MD is a Tuner, he uses his monsters as Synchro Material for Majestic Red Dragon (4000) in Attack Mode. Then he uses its effect to take the ATK of an RDA on Fake Jack's field, raising its ATK to 7000. His attack with it not only wins the duel but reveals that Fake Jack is a robot and his cards disappear.
However, the efforts are not to waste as Lester see the circuit gain power. Crow pulls up and finally releases all the pent-up energy he's had but Jack assures its' not his fault. Jack was being stubborn. When Jack takes them to where he was being captured, there's nothing there and now that the pieces are there, the group has to figure out how they all fit together!
