Chazz cannot take it anymore! Even after a week's worth of renovations, his dorm isn't livable. Ojama Yellow shows, saying that Chazz has a lot of pressure built-up. Chazz tells him that he can be helpful by leaving. Syrus and Jaden show. Have they ever heard of knocking? Syrus says they have and they did but the door was against the wall. Chazz isn't amused but Jaden suggests they go for fun and he and Syrus jump on Chazz's bed.

Jaden then mentions that Sheppard wants to see him about the fate of DA. At Sheppard's office, Sheppard tells them that someone plans to buy out DA and shut it down. It depends on one duel. (Here's the brief cameo of Kaiba.) Kaiba says it isn't about the money, it's about the card. Jaden offers to duel the someone but Sheppard says the duelist has been chosen and it's Chazz. He then orders Banner to bring up the person responsible (or in this case people). It's Chazz's brothers. What are they up to? World domination! The brothers tell Chazz that he has to duel Slade but there are some conditions. Slade gets to use all the rare cards in his briefcase. The cards are changed/modified for US as shown at 3:06 into the episode.

Chazz on the other hand can only use monsters with 500 Life Points. (I think they meant ATK points since monsters do not have Life Points, duelists do.) Chazz says that it's probably time to pack up but Jaden says he can win. Chazz isn't so sure and walks out. Others chat about Chazz while he walks by and Jaden tells them they're all wrong for he's dueled Chazz himself and they don't come much tougher.

Alexis says he isn't making any sense. Chazz explains that his deck isn't built for his brothers' conditions. Banner says that while it's a rumor, it may be worth investigating for there is an old well where cards deemed too weak by other duelists have been discarded but their spirits will be quite angry for being left behind. Nonetheless, Chazz is going to find those cards. At the well, Ojama Green and Black tell them that it's private property and they don't want them here. Chazz tells them it's because they're weak and the Ojamas burst into tears. Chazz apologizes and agrees to take them with him but on one condition.

At the arena, the duel begins as Chazz plays Soul Tiger (2100) in Defense Mode and ends his turn. Slade plays Poly for King Dragun (2400) in Attack Mode and with his effect, he can play a Dragon-Type monster from his hand, so he plays Luster Dragon #2 (2400) in Attack Mode. He attacks with his monsters, destroying ST and leaving Chazz with 1600 LPs. Chazz sets a monster and ends his turn. Slade plays Luster Dragon (1900) in Attack Mode, then plays Hyozanryu (2100) in Attack Mode with KD's effect.

He attacks with KD, destroying Chazz's Unhappy Maiden, whose effect ends the turn when she's sent to the Graveyard in battle. (The real card ends the Battle Phase) Chazz plays Spirit of the Breeze (1800) in Defense Mode. Next he plays Dark Door, limiting both players to attacking with one monster per turn. (The real card's name is The Dark Door.) Slade attacks with KD, destroying SotB. Chazz plays Catnipped Kitty (0500) in Defense Mode, which Slade destroys with KD. Slade sets 1 card to end his turn. Chazz draws but Slade activates Dust Tornado to destroy Dark Door.

Chazz plays Painful Choice, which forces Chazz to pick 5 cards from his deck and Slade picks one, which is added to Chazz's hand while the rest are discarded. Slade picks Thunder Crash, which Chazz was hoping for. Next he plays Enchanting Fitting Room, which at a cost of 800 LPs, Chazz picks up 4 cards and any Level 3 or below Normal Monsters picked up are summoned and since he picked up the Ojama brothers, he summons Ojama Black, Ojama Green, and Ojama Yellow (0000 each) in Attack Mode.

His score drops to 800. Then he plays Ojama Delta Hurricane!!, which destroys all of Slade's monsters since the Ojama brothers are out. Then he uses Thunder Crash, which according to Ojama Black, destroys all of Chazz's monsters and deals 300 damage to Slade for each monster destroyed. (Since this is modeled from the Japanese episode, Ojama Green is reading based on the Japanese version of the card but since the dubbed version doesn't show the card's text, it makes the Ojama Trio's remarks confusing.)

The Ojama Brothers are destroyed and Slade's score drops to 3100. Finally, Chazz summons Chaos Necromancer (0000) in Attack Mode and his effect gives him 300 ATK for every monster in Chazz's Graveyard for a total of 3300. He attacks with it and wins the duel. The crowd cheers but Chazz reminds them his cheer, which they repeat. Back at his dorm, Chazz is annoyed that the duel spirits are having a "party", where he doesn't want any friends (or anchovies on his pizza) OY tells him to just call them family.
