Episode 209: Village of Vengeance (1)

Up in the skies, Kaiba arrives in Egypt and lands his Blue-Eyes White Jet. When he gets out, Ishizu, Marik and Odeon are waiting for him and learn Kaiba is only here because of the Millennium Eye Bakura gave them after their duel. Ishizu is willing to help Kaiba if he helps them save Yami. Meanwhile, Mana is using Bobasa as a trampoline and a playmate while Yugi and his group try to learn more from Yami. Inside the palace, Seto tells the girl, revealed as Kisara to rest well, recalling how she got to this point before he learns that Yami is alright and where he is. As he departs he orders the man to move Kisara to another room without being caught. Isis shares the news with the others while Bobasa meets Yami before Shada and his group finally reunite with Yami.

Furthermore, Shada has learned that Mana knew where Yami was all along and the group are off to Kul Elna with Yugi and crew unable to figure out how to help Yami even though they're certain he needs them. Inside the palace, Shimon learns of where Yami is going and agrees to join them with his group. Once Yami arrives, they aren't as alone as they thought as spirits move about and hands and eventually whole skeletons come up from below and surround them. Egyptian Bakura has sensed Yami's presence but EB is the one with the field advantage. Shada summons his Two-Headed Jackal Warrior and takes down the skeleton army to let Yami escape. He heads down a passageway where EB is waiting while Mana accidentally beats another batch of skeletons and a figure appears.

EB shows Yami the Millennnium Stone and what his father really did as spirits swarm Yami but Mahad returns as the Dark Magician to protect him. Yami asks Mahad about what EB said and EB adds part of it while Mahad adds the rest. EB sends the spirits after both of them but Mahad blocks them so EB brings out Diabound, which has once again evolved. EB attacks but Mahad redirects it back on EB, causing a pillar to break away and begin falling before being saved by Diabound. EB mentions Zorc the Dark One as being the true source of his power than calls his Skeleton Fiend to further add to his defenses. EB uses his Diabound's ability to hide in the darkness but Mahad brings it into the light and attacks it. EB isn't done yet and uses his spirits to give him extra power. Diabound gets stronger and not only blocks Mahad's attack but strikes back yet Mahad is safe thanks to Dark Magician Girl.
