Episode 156: Fate of the Pharaoh (1)

Dawn approaches as Yami races on horseback while Duke, Tristan and Joey travel by car. By the time Yami arrives, Raphael is already waiting for him and cuts off Yami's escape just as sunrise arrives. Yami gets suspicious when Raphael plays a continuous Spell that forces him to discard his entire hand, then draw 2 cards and 2 cards during each of his Draw Phases while in play. Yami starts off strong but finds his Fusion Monster no match for Raphael's Set monster and certainly no match for Raphael's first treasured monster. Yami gets an extra defense before bringing out Kuriboh and its new relatives with a Spell Card, then combining them into something much more fierce. After powering up his new beast, Yami attacks but Raphael blocks the attack by using a Spell ard in his Graveyard.

Raphael adds to Yami's situation with a Spell Card that will deal Yami damage while he has any monsters in the Grave and Raphael does not. Raphael admits he won't play the soul-stealing Field Spell but attacks 1 of Yami's weakned monsters, putting it and Yami in danger!
