Along their way to Kaiba Corp Island, the airship is hijacked and put in lockdown aboard a fortress that appears from beneath the ocean. As it turns out, The Big Five have returned with a new leader named Noah Kaiba with the intent of forcing 5 of the Duelists to Duel to keep ownership of their body or lose it to The Big Five. As a demonstration, the gang get to watch a Duel that showcases how the rules work. The group are then taken to the Virtual World where they must Duel their way out or be trapped forever.
