With everyone still asleep, Marik manages to play a card to keep all monsters at bay the turn they are Summoned, then makes Ra powerless with a Trap Card. Even so, Bakura is able to fortify his and Good Marik's defenses before being able to bring out something stronger. Down below, Yugi and the gang find out Bakura's missing from Tea` and they go looking for him when Yugi figures it's probably Marik's doing. Bakura continues to add to his army of monsters but now Good Marik protests about Bakura's recklessness with their LP. Marik on the other hand draws exactly what he needs to revive the card his opponents quickly disposed of and win the Duel just before Yugi and the gang arrive. While Ishizu has trouble sleeping, Marik heads back to Odeon's room to take him away but Odeon is missing and puts blame on Ishizu. The airship is enroute to Kaiba Corp Island to hold the Battle City Finals and Kaiba has every intent on winning the whole tournament.
