When you get right down to it, this card is pretty situational. It does allow you to take a strong monster and give your opponent a weaker monster but that's if your opponent only has a strong monster out.

Well his rating stops at 3 for that 0 DEF and being unable to discard any card for the Level 4 Zombie-Type monster. His 1800 ATK balances his rating to 3/5.

What makes this relative of REBD worthy of 3 stars? He requires only 1 tribute if the tribute is a Zombie, and Pyramid Turtle can bring him out! However, his level prevents a higher rating for him.
