Structure Deck: Zombie Madness (SD2-EN) Card Ratings
1. This list excluides the duplicate
cards. 2. Card gallery: https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Set_Card_Galleries:Structure_Deck:_Zombie_Madness_(TCG-EN-1E) |
SD2-EN028 Trap Card Compulsory Evacuation Device Normal Trap Return 1 monster on the field to its owner's hand. (Common) Rating: 3 This card works especially well when your opponent played a Monster that had large summoning requirements like TER but also works when you have EtFO on your field. |
SD2-EN027 Trap Card Reckless Greed Normal Trap Draw 2 cards, and after that skip your next 2 Draw Phases. (Common) Rating: 2 You get to draw 2 cards, sound good? Of course it does but not when you cannot draw during your following 2 Draw Phases. A situational card indeed. |
SD2-EN026 Trap Card Magic Jammer Counter Trap Discard 1 card from your hand. Negate the activation of a Spell Card and destroy it. (Common) Rating: 3 Negate Fissure, MST, Snatch Steal, or any other Spell your opponent tries to throw at you! Even still, SST-8 does the job slightly better. |
SD2-EN025 Trap Card Torrential Tribute Normal Trap You can only activate this card when a monster is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or Special Summoned. Destroy all monsters on the field. (Common) Rating: 4 Set this bad boy down and play a weak Monster! With Dark Hole out of the picture, this card's playability will increase! Watch out for trap negators! |
SD2-EN024 Trap Card Dust Tornado Normal Trap Destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on your opponent's side of the field. You can then Set 1 Spell or Trap Card from your hand. (Common) Rating: 3 Like (SD2-EN014) MST, this card has many limitations in terms of playability. |
SD2-EN023 Spell Card Reload Quick-Play Spell Add your hand to your Deck and shuffle it. Then draw the same number of cards that you added to your Deck. (Common) Rating: 3 Like I said in SD1, this card can make your horrid hand a golden one or a hand that only ends up costing you the game. Not bad though. |
SD2-EN022 Spell Card Call of the Mummy Continuous Spell If there is no monster on your side of the field, you can Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your hand. You can use this effect only once per turn. (Common) Rating: 3 A nice card for extra Tributes, defense or attack! Still, there are ways this card can backfire. |
SD2-EN021 Spell Card Book of Life Normal Spell Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard to the field and remove 1 monster in your opponent's Graveyard from play. (Common) Rating: 4 Revive Despair from the Dark or another powerful Zombie Monster! A great card to say the least! |
SD2-EN020 Spell Card Creature Swap Normal Spell Both players select 1 monster from their respective sides of the field and switch control of those monsters with each other. The selected monsters cannot change their battle positions this turn. (Common) Rating: 3 If you have a weak Monster out or you want to kill two Monsters with one attack, this card's the way to go. It has its limits though. |
SD2-EN019 Spell Card Heavy Storm Normal Spell Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field. (Common) Rating: 3 A nice card since HFD is on the forbidden list! What brings this card's rating down is the fact that it destroys all Spell and Traps, not just your opponent's. |
SD2-EN018 Spell Card Card of Safe Return Continuous Spell When a monster is Special Summoned to the field from your Graveyard, you can draw 1 card from your Deck. (Common) Rating: 3 Extra draw power is nice especially when you need another chance for that Megamorph or Polymerization for BEUD. |
SD2-EN017 Spell Card Pot of Greed Normal Spell Draw 2 cards from your Deck. (Common) Rating: 3 This card's rating would have been higher but with it's banning of tournament play, a 3 out of 5 is necessary. Still not bad though. |
SD2-EN016 Spell Card Nobleman of Crossout Normal Spell Destroy 1 face-down monster and remove it from play. If the monster is a Flip Effect Monster, both players check their respective Decks and remove all monsters of the same name from play. Then shuffle the Decks. (Common) Rating: 3 Remove your opponent's last defense, get rid of that Man-Eater Bug, Morphing Jar or Needle Worm! Still, it isn't world's greatest. |
SD2-EN015 Spell Card Giant Trunade Normal Spell Return all Spell and Trap Cards on the field to the respective owners' hands. (Common) Rating: 1 There's just no use for this card as we have Heavy Storm to destroy all Spell and Trap Cards out. |
SD2-EN014 Spell Card Mystical Space Typhoon Quick-Play Spell Destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field. (Common) Rating: 3 Destroy that pesky Snatch Steal your opponent used to take your best Monster or get rid of any nasty surprises your opponent has waiting for you! |
SD2-EN013 Spell Card Snatch Steal Equip Spell Take control of a monster on your opponent's side of the field that is equipped with this card. Increase your opponent's Life Points by 1000 points during each of his/her Standby Phases. (Common) Rating: 4 Whether you mean to take control of your opponent's Monster for Tributes, an extra attack or defense you're sure to turn things around! |
SD2-EN012 Effect Monster Regenerating Mummy DARK | Zombie | Level 4 | ATK 1800 | DEF 1500 When this card is sent from your hand to the Graveyard by an effect of a card controlled by your opponent, return this card from the Graveyard to your hand. (Common) Rating: 3 At 1800 ATK, he's certainly one of the better Zombie Monsters and with a little support, he won't let you down! |
SD2-EN011 Effect Monster Double Coston DARK | Zombie | Level 4 | ATK 1700 | DEF 1650 If you Tribute Summon a DARK monster, you can treat this 1 monster as 2 Tribute Monsters for the Tribute Summon. (Common) Rating: 1 1700 ATK doesn't make the cut unless it's backed with a decent effect, which this card doesn't possess. By the time you have a decent Monster worth tributing, this card will be in the Graveyard. |
SD2-EN010 Effect Monster Vampire Lady DARK | Zombie | Level 4 | ATK 1550 | DEF 1550 Each time this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell or Trap). Your opponent selects 1 card of that type from his/her Deck and sends it to the Graveyard. (Common) Rating: 1 Zombie support is this card's only alternative as its stats just won't make it anywhere else in today's metagame. |
SD2-EN009 Effect Monster Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower DARK | Zombie | Level 3 | ATK 400 | DEF 1500 This card cannot be attacked if there is another Zombie-Type monster on your side of the field. Each time a Zombie-Type monster is Special Summoned successfully, send 2 cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. (Common) Rating: 1 Even Zombie Decks aren't even worth using this card as he won't last long. |
SD2-EN008 Effect Monster Ryu Kokki DARK | Zombie | Level 6 | ATK 2400 | DEF 2000 If a monster that battles with this monster is a Warrior or Spellcaster-Type monster, destroy that monster at the end of the Damage Step. (Common) Rating: 4 2400 ATK is very nice especially if you play him by Pyramid Turtle's effect! A nice card overall and who cares if the effect is horrid? |
SD2-EN007 Effect Monster Despair from the Dark DARK | Zombie | Level 8 | ATK 2800 | DEF 3000 When this card is sent from your hand or Deck to your Graveyard by your opponent's card effect, Special Summon this card to the field. (Common) Rating: 3 If you have Call of the Mummy active, you can play him without Tributes and still get a Normal Summon! Still, the Tributes are what hurt this card. |
SD2-EN006 Effect Monster Spirit Reaper DARK | Zombie | Level 3 | ATK 300 | DEF 200 This card is not destroyed as a result of battle. Destroy this card when it is targeted by the effect of a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster. If this card successfully attacks your opponent's Life Points directly, your opponent discards 1 card randomly from his/her hand. (Common) Rating: 3 While stats of (300/200) may be unimpressive, his effect really makes up for it as he can't be destroyed in battle! The thing is, he's prone to Negate Attack and other targeting cards. |
SD2-EN005 Effect Monster Pyramid Turtle EARTH | Zombie | Level 4 | ATK 1200 | DEF 1400 When this card is sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle, you can Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster with a DEF 2000 or less from the Deck to the field. Then shuffle the Deck. (Common) Rating: 3 Play Vampire Lord without Tributes or have an extra Monster to Tribute or defend! Not too bad a card! |
SD2-EN004 Effect Monster Dark Dust Spirit EARTH | Zombie-Type Spirit | Level 6 | ATK 2200 | DEF 1800 This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. If this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, destroy all face-up monsters on the field except this card. (Common) Rating: 3 Just by Tribute summoning him, you get a Lightning Vortex without cost and you can use it repeatedly! Because it's not a Raigeki effect, this card receives a 3/5. |
SD2-EN003 Effect Monster Vampire Lord DARK | Zombie | Level 5 | ATK 2000 | DEF 1500 Each time this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap). Your opponent selects 1 card of that type from his/her Deck and sends it to the Graveyard. Also, if this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard by your opponent's card effect, it is Special Summoned to the field during your next Standby Phase. (Common) Rating: 3 As they say, zombies don't die and this one does but he comes back if destroyed by a card effect. Not only does Kaiba use him but he's a necessity for getting out VG. |
SD2-EN002 Normal Monster Master Kyonshee EARTH | Zombie | Level 4 | ATK 1750 | DEF 1000 A wandering Kyonshee searching for a strong rival to defeat. They say he was known as the master of all martial arts. (Common) Rating: 1 With an ATK of 1750, he's certainly not a master as he'll be clobbered by GAFs and GEAFs. He can't even get under Gravity Bind. |
SD2-EN001 Effect Monster Vampire Genesis DARK | Zombie | Level 8 | ATK 3000 | DEF 2100 This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 1 "Vampire Lord" on your side of the field from play. Discard 1 Zombie-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard to select and Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard with a Level less than the discarded Zombie-Type monster. You can only use this effect once per turn. (Ultra Rare) Rating: 3 3000 ATK is decent for a Zombie Monster and simply discard a Monster like VL and bring out Regenerating Mummy! Still, he's not top notch. |
