determined, click

SD09-EN036 Trap Card Fossil Excavation Continuous Trap Discard 1 card from your hand. Select 1 Dinosaur-Type monster in your Graveyard and Special Summon it. An Effect Monster Special Summoned this way has its effect negated. When this card is removed from the field, destroy that monster. When the monster is destroyed, destroy this card. (Common) Rating: 3 Discard a high-level Dino Monster and bring it back without Tributes like Super Conductor Tyranno! |
SD09-EN035 Trap Card Malfunction Counter Trap Pay 500 Life Points. Negate the activation of a Trap Card and return it to its original position. (Common) Rating: 1 Don't use this but use Jinzo instead. |
SD09-EN034 Trap Card Goblin Out of the Frying Pan Counter Trap Pay 500 Life Points. Negate the activation of a Spell Card and return it to the owner's hand. (Common) Rating: 1 Use Spell Shield Type - 8 or Magic Jammer instead. |
SD09-EN033 Trap Card Negate Attack Counter Trap Activate only when your opponent's monster declares an attack. Negate the attack of that 1 monster and end the Battle Phase. (Common) Rating: 3 Combo this with Mirror Force to negate the attack AND destroy your opponent's Monsters! Works well with Magic Cylinder too! |
SD09-EN032 Trap Card Magical Arm Shield Normal Trap Activate only when your opponent declares an attack while there is a monster on your side of the field. Take control of 1 of your opponent's face-up monsters, except the attacking monster, and this monster is attacked instead. At the end of the Battle Phase, return control of this monster to your opponent. (Common) Rating: 3 Another interesting card. Snatch an opponent's Monster that isn't the attacking Monster and use it as the target. Great for Monsters with the same ATK! |
SD09-EN031 Trap Card Seismic Shockwave Continuous Trap Activate only when a Dinosaur-Type monster on your side of the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. Select 3 of your opponent's Spell and Trap Card Zones. You cannot select a Zone if a card is already in it. The selected Zones cannot be used. Destroy this card during your 3rd Standby Phase after activation. Then you can return 1 Dinosaur-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand. (Common) Rating: 1 A 3-turn Ojama King effect for Spell/Trap Cards in Trap form. Don't use this card even if it does Special Summon a Dino Monster. |
SD09-EN030 Trap Card Volcanic Eruption Normal Trap Activate only during your End Phase while "Jurassic World" is on your side of the field. Destroy all cards on the field. (Common) Rating: 4 This is that card I mentioned with Jurassic World. It truly is a DEADLY CARD! All you need is Jurassic World active to use it! |
SD09-EN029 Trap Card Survival Instinct Normal Trap Select any number of Dinosaur-Type monsters in your Graveyard and remove them from play. Gain 400 Life Points for each Dinosaur-Type monster you removed. (Common) Rating: 3 Good for giving Tyranno Infinity and your LPs a boost! The downside is, like all Traps except Skill Drain, it can be negated by Jinzo. |
SD09-EN028 Trap Card Hunting Instinct Normal Trap Activate only when a monster is Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field. Special Summon 1 Dinosaur-Type monster from your hand. (Common) Rating: 2 Use it after cards like Premature Burial or Call of the Haunted to bring out a strong Dino Monster! Still, you can't use it any other time and that's what brings this card's rating down. |
SD09-EN027 Spell Card Magical Mallet Normal Spell Add any number of cards from your hand to the Deck and shuffle it. Then draw the same number of cards you added to the Deck. (Common) Rating: 3 A good way to get the cards you need and save the ones you didn't need for a later time! |
SD09-EN026 Spell Card Lightning Vortex Normal Spell Discard 1 card from your hand. Destroy all face-up monsters on your opponent's side of the field. (Common) Rating: 3 A Raigeki effect if used correctly! Discarding a card is definitely worth it! |
SD09-EN025 Spell Card Heavy Storm Normal Spell Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field. (Common) Rating: 3 Remove the worries of having your attack negated! |
SD09-EN024 Spell Card Megamorph Equip Spell While your Life Points are lower than your opponent's, the original ATK of the equipped monster is doubled. While your Life Points are higher, the original ATK of the equipped monster is halved. (Common) Rating: 3 Double your Monster's ATK or halve your opponents! Great to use with Cyber Stein! |
SD09-EN023 Spell Card Mystical Space Typhoon Quick-Play Spell Destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field. (Common) Rating: 3 Ah MST. Still one of the best S/T removers around! |
SD09-EN022 Spell Card Mesmeric Control Normal Spell During your opponent's next turn after you activate this card, your opponent cannot change the battle positions of monsters, except with a card effect. (Common) Rating: 1 This card is basically useless. Even if you get its effect to resolve, your opponent will most likely have ways to switch the Monster back. |
SD09-EN021 Spell Card Riryoku Normal Spell Halve the ATK of 1 face-up monster and add the same amount to the ATK of another face-up monster, until the end of this turn. (Common) Rating: 3 Steal half your opponent's Monster's ATK and give your Monster enough ATK to take the opponent's Monster out! Very nice card overall! |
SD09-EN020 Spell Card Sebek's Blessing Quick-Play Spell Activate only when a monster you control has attacked your opponent directly. Gain Life Points equal to the Battle Damage that the monster inflicted to your opponent. (Common) Rating: 2 A good way to gain some decent amount of LPs but that's it. |
SD09-EN019 Spell Card Jurassic World Field Spell All face-up Dinosaur-Type monsters gain 300 ATK and DEF. (Common) Rating: 2 There's a card in this deck that is deadly when this card is active and that's why it gets a 2/5. |
SD09-EN018 Spell Card Tail Swipe Normal Spell Select 1 face-up Level 5 or higher Dinosaur-Type monster on your side of the field to activate this card. Select and return to the owner's hand(s) up to 2 monsters that are either lower Level than the selected monster or face-down on your opponent's side of the field. (Common) Rating: 2 This card works best on an opponent's Monster that took a lot to bring it out. Besides that, this card's useless. |
SD09-EN017 Spell Card Big Evolution Pill Normal Spell Tribute 1 Dinosaur-Type monster to activate this card. This card remains face-up on the field for 3 of your opponent's turns. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon or Set Dinosaur-Type monsters without Tributing. (Common) Rating: 3 Sure you have to Tribute a Dino Monster but still you get to play Black Tyranno and Ultimate Tyranno without Tributes! |
SD09-EN016 Effect Monster Babycerasaurus EARTH | Dinosaur | Level 2 | ATK 500 | DEF 500 If this card is destroyed by an effect and sent to the Graveyard, select 1 Level 4 or lower Dinosaur-Type monster from your Deck and Special Summon it. (Common) Rating: 1 You'd better be pretty desperate if you're trying to get his effect to activate. Don't use this as his effect will almost never activate. |
SD09-EN015 Effect Monster Miracle Jurassic Egg EARTH | Dinosaur | Level 4 | ATK 0 | DEF 2000 While this card is face-up on your side of the field, this card cannot be removed from play. Place 2 counters on this card each time a Dinosaur-Type Monster Card is sent to your Graveyard. By Tributing this card, select and Special Summon 1 Dinosaur-Type monster from your Deck whose Level is equal to or lower than the number of counters on this card when it was Tributed. (Common) Rating: 3 A pretty good Monster! He can't be removed from play while face up, making him immune to D.D. Warrior and such. |
SD09-EN014 Effect Monster Ultimate Tyranno EARTH | Dinosaur | Level 8 | ATK 3000 | DEF 2200 If this card is in Attack Position at the beginning of your Battle Phase, first, you can and must attack all monsters on your opponent's side of the field once each with this card. (Common) Rating: 2 3000 ATK that kills your opponent's Monsters all at once isn't too bad but the thing is, you HAVE to do it first and you may hurt yourself doing so. Still not the worst Dino out but not the best Dino either. |
SD09-EN013 Effect Monster Black Stego EARTH | Dinosaur | Level 4 | ATK 1200 | DEF 2000 When this card is selected as an attack target by your opponent's monster, this card is changed to Defense Position. (Common) Rating: 3 What he lacks in ATK he makes up for in DEF and effect. A nice card to add for Hassleberry, Dinosaur or Stall decks! |
SD09-EN012 Effect Monster Black Ptera WIND | Dinosaur | Level 3 | ATK 1000 | DEF 500 When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, except when destroyed by battle, it is returned to the owner's hand. (Common) Rating: 1 Another bad Dinosaur from SD09. |
SD09-EN011 Effect Monster Oxygeddon WIND | Dinosaur | Level 4 | ATK 1800 | DEF 800 When this card is destroyed by battle with a Pyro-Type monster and sent to the Graveyard, inflict 800 damage to both players. (Common) Rating: 3 1800 ATK makes him decent for Dinosaur or Bastion's deck as he uses him. Overall a good card. |
SD09-EN010 Effect Monster Hydrogeddon WATER | Dinosaur | Level 4 | ATK 1600 | DEF 1000 When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Hydrogeddon" from your Deck. (Common) Rating: 2 It can be useful if you destroy your opponent's last Monster with him but the truth is, Oxygeddon's better still so stick to him instead. |
SD09-EN009 Effect Monster Tyranno Infinity EARTH | Dinosaur | Level 4 | ATK ? | DEF 0 The original ATK of this card is the number of your removed from play Dinosaur-Type monsters x 1000. (Common) Rating: 2 An interesting Monster. Its ATK equals your Dinos out of play x 1000, which can be at least 4000 ATK! The thing is, if the Dinos go back to your Grave, he loses the ATK. Not bad but not great. |
SD09-EN008 Effect Monster Black Tyranno EARTH | Dinosaur | Level 7 | ATK 2600 | DEF 1800 If your opponent controls no cards except Defense Position Monster Cards, this card can attack your opponent directly. (Common) Rating: 3 Get rid of your opponent's face down S/T cards and your opponent will take 2600 damage odds are! 2 Tributes are what bring this card's rating down. |
SD09-EN007 Effect Monster Hyper Hammerhead EARTH | Dinosaur | Level 4 | ATK 1500 | DEF 1200 When this monster battles an opponent's monster, unless the opponent's monster is destroyed by battle, it is returned to the owner's hand at the end of the Damage Step. (Common) Rating: 2 Low stats don't allow a Monster to survive very long but an effect can help it out at times and this one can come in quite handy but don't always count on it working. |
SD09-EN006 Effect Monster Dark Driceratops EARTH | Dinosaur | Level 6 | ATK 2400 | DEF 1500 During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. (Common) Rating: 4 2400 ATK and trample effect is very nice especially if it's to deal the final blow to your opponent! |
SD09-EN005 Effect Monster Gilasaurus EARTH | Dinosaur | Level 3 | ATK 1400 | DEF 400 You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If you do this, your opponent can Special Summon 1 monster from their Graveyard. (Common) Rating: 3 Decent for bringing out a level 5, 6, 7 or even 8 star Monster without Tributes! The stats of (1400/400) can't survive alone though. |
SD09-EN004 Effect Monster Mad Sword Beast EARTH | Dinosaur | Level 4 | ATK 1400 | DEF 1200 During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. (Common) Rating: 1 Unfortunately, this Dino has become extinct with the better Monsters tearing him apart. |
SD09-EN003 Normal Monster Sabersaurus EARTH | Dinosaur | Level 4 | ATK 1900 | DEF 500 This normally gentle dinosaur enjoys relaxing in its nest in the prairies. If it becomes angered, it turns terribly ferocious. (Common) Rating: 4 This Dino is far better than Kabazauls! A decent card for Dinosaur decks indeed! |
SD09-EN002 Normal Monster Kabazauls WATER | Dinosaur | Level 4 | ATK 1700 | DEF 1500 A huge monster in the shape of a hippopotamus. The sneezing from his gigantic body is so fierce that people mistake it for a hurricane. (Common) Rating: 1 Yay, more random crap! This card will be stomped by the better Dinos out there so don't use this. |
SD09-EN001 Effect Monster Super Conductor Tyranno LIGHT | Dinosaur | Level 8 | ATK 3300 | DEF 1400 Once per turn, by Tributing 1 monster, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. This monster cannot declare an attack if you use this effect this turn. (Ultra Rare) Rating: 3 The effect of this card is what hurts it. 3300 ATK is still strong enough to take out Blue-Eyes though. |
