Comments: Since most Wind-Ups have a different Level, you'll likely at least get them to be synchronized but if your opponent is smart, that's as far as you'll get.

Comments: The strongest it can be is 3500 with any 5000 ATK monster, and that's when Xyz Summoned, which is sad when it needs 2 Level 6 monsters and possesses minimal effects.

Comments: One can use regular 39: Utopia but I find the card sub-par at best and this one doesn't add much either since you need no more than 1000 Life Points to even use the effect, which isn't permanent.
