You can only activate 1 "Last Chapter of the Noble Knights" per turn.

You risk your empty Monster Card Zones on a card that can help even the playing field and that isn't bad but if that monster is removed, you can't play another copy of this.

During either player's turn: You can target 1 "Noble Arms" Equip Spell Card and 1 appropriate monster on the field; equip that Equip Spell Card to that appropriate monster. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field.

He's a searchable Honest target (and luckily Honest is in this set) and can send Noble Arms Equip Spells from your Deck to the Grave whenever Normal or Special Summoned but the last effect can only be used once and is limited to Noble Arms Equip Spells.

You can only use each effect of "Merlin" once per turn.
● You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Noble Knight" monster from your Deck. You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except "Noble Knight" monsters.
● During either player's turn: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon 1 "Noble Knight" Synchro Monster using monsters you control.
● During either player's turn: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; immediately after this effect resolves, Xyz Summon 1 "Noble Knight" Xyz Monster using monsters you control.

Really the only effect that is worth using is the first one as the other two can be performed where you can still attack with your new monster and aren't restrained with your options should using his effect fail.

The stronger it is the more likely it'll deal damage but it doesn't deal the full ATK and isn't very strong for a Level 7 monster.
