Chillingham Castle

A 12th century castle in Northumberland, England, Chillingham Castle has seen its fair share of occupants and battles. Among those occupants were King Henry III and King Charles I, whom was later imprisoned. Ever since 1246, a single bloodline has owned the castle continuously. Much of the castle's overall design remains, even today.
