EARTH/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) as possible through a Special Summon to your field, but they may not be Tributed, and monsters your opponent has in play may not choose monsters for attack targets for the rest of this turn, other than "Hippo Tokens". You may not play monsters through a Special Summon from the Extra Deck while a "Hippo Token" is in a Monster Zone.
