● Choose 1 monster with 2400 ATK and 1000 DEF with a different name than the name of the monster that was played through a Tribute Summon in your Deck and add it to your hand.
● Choose 1 monster with 2800 ATK and 1000 DEF with a different name than the name of the monster that was played through a Tribute Summon in your Deck and add it to your hand. You may only use this effect of "Return of the Monarchs" once per turn.
