If this card is played through a Normal Summon or Set, it may not be affected by effects used by monsters whose Level or Rank is lower than this card's Level. When this card is played through a Tribute Summon by Tributing a monster(s) with "Qli" in its name, and your opponent has more monsters in their Graveyard than you do, you receive LP equal to the difference x 300, then make your opponent take that amount as damage to their LP.
