If your opponent has a monster in play on their field and you have no monsters in play on your field, play 1 monster through a Special Summon from your hand to your field whose original Level is 10 lower that may not be played through a Normal Summon or Set, regardless of its Summoning conditions. It may not be affected by your card effects, other than its effects and this card's effect, but it is shuffled into the Deck during your opponent's next End Phase. For the rest of this turn, you may not play monsters through a Normal Summon, Set or Special Summon and damage your opponent takes becomes 0.
