If your opponent plays a Link Monster(s) through a Special Summon, you can play this card through a Special Summon from your hand to your field, draw cards from your Deck equal to the number of Link Monsters your opponent has in play +1, then shuffle cards from your hand into the Deck equal to the number of Link Monsters they have in play. During either player's turn, when your opponent uses a card or card's effect that choose a monster(s) you have in play, you can discard 1 card from your hand to nullify the use of that card and destroy it. You may only use each effect of "Fantastical Dragon Phantazmay" once per turn.
