Comments: More of a disruption card than anything else, being a Quick-Play Spell.

Normal Spell
Target 2 WIND monsters in your Graveyard and 1 card on the field; shuffle both of those first 2 targets into your Deck and return the other to the hand.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Your best bet is to use this only in decks where the majority or more of your monsters are WIND so you will be more likely able to activate this but you'll also need another card on the field to return to the hand.

Equip only to a "Vylon" monster. If the equipped monster attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. If this face-up card on the field is sent to the Graveyard: You can add 1 "Vylon" Spell Card from your Deck to your hand.

Rating: 2
Comments: Once the powerful Vylon Disigma is released, this card will become more playable but in the very least it can pick up another copy of itself if destroyed.

Comments: The ATK boost is permanent like the card itself and you can use it multiple times per turn but unless it's Level 5 or more, your other monsters won't get much of a boost.

Comments: There will be plenty of kicks to go around, literally as you'll have plenty of copies pulled from packs and you're sure to get a kick out of how bad the card really is.

Comments: This is almost a slower Black Whirlwind for Wind-Up monsters but since Wind-Up monster effects only activate once, you may not benefit from this card at all.

Comments: Another Quick-Play that is probably going to be the main card of Wind-Up decks because their effects are reset but it isn't what I consider legendary at all.

Comments: In multiples, this could put the hurt on either player but it's easy to work around like with Synchro Summons.

Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up Level 4 or lower monster you control; it can attack your opponent directly this turn. Send it to the Graveyard at the end of the Battle Phase.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 3
Comments: You may lose the monster at the end of the Battle Phase but it can be worth it with the right monster like Sangan or if your opponent would otherwise get it back like with Terror-Byte's effect.

Rating: 2
Comments: Makes for an easy Xyz or Synchro Summon and is at least Quick-Play but it applies to both players.

Rating: 2
Comments: You'll have an extra monster to use for a Tribute, Synchro Summon or Xyz Summon but that's about it because you can't attack with it since it's Special Summoned in Defense Mode.

Target 1 face-up Fish, Sea Serpent, or Aqua-Type monster you control; it gains 1000 ATK.

Rating: 2
Comments: It's a permanent 1000 ATK boost but only for Fish, Sea Serpent or Aqua-Type monsters and unlike Axe of Despair, there's no built-in way to put it back in your hand.

Rating: 2
Comments: You can deal up to 2000 damage to your opponent and still attack but that's if they control 5 monsters at once and I don't think Xyz Materials count towards this card's effect.

When a monster's attack is negated: Target that monster; during this Battle Phase, it can attack again, and if it does, its ATK is doubled during the Damage Step only.

Rating: 3
Comments: Work around that Magic Cylinder or Negate attack and double your monster's ATK! Best of all, it's a Quick-Play Spell so you can use it to surprise your opponent!

Equip only to a Spellcaster-Type monster. It gains 500 ATK. If you control the equipped monster and this card: You can send both to the Graveyard; draw 2 cards.

Comments: With the most-often target for this card still banned (Witch of the Black Forest), there isn't that much use for this card except to ditch this and the equipped monster to draw twice.

This card's effects can only be applied/resolved while it has Xyz Material. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card attacked or was attacked: Target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy that target. During each of your End Phases: Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It at least can't be destroyed by card effects if it has Xyz Materials but you have to give one up during your End Phases and when they're all gone, so is its protection from card effects.

Comments: Its stats may be low for needing 2 monsters but you can bring back any banished Level 4 or less monster including your opponent's just by detaching one of its own Xyz Materials!

Comments: Support for the Wind-Up monsters because of his name and effect or perhaps to re-use other Flip-Effect monster effects but while he gains 300 ATK per Xyz Material he has, he'll lose that over time.

Comments: With 2900 DEF, it'll last long enough to at least use the effect once and since you need 3 Level 3 monsters you'll be able to use the effect 3 times but it's limited to Level 4 or less Attack Position monsters.

Comments: It's not hard to summon, just stack 2 Level 3 monsters underneath it but it isn't going to do much damage by its effect unless you detach an Xyz Material and have a good amount of banished monsters.
