Comments: With the right Destiny Heroes, this guy can be quite strong! However, to bring back 2 Destiny Heroes, he needs to be Special Summoned by Clock Tower Prison and that's why his rating is only 3/5.

Comments: At least he can Special Summon the fallen hero if he's destroyed in battle but this guy must be on the field first and with those stats, it's not a sure thing that'll happen.
