Yu-Gi-Oh Anime Cards (Page 28)

*Card effects below are as accurate as possible.
Episode 80: What a Doll!
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info
Eshila the Lovely Bisque Doll
LIGHT / Spellcaster / Level 2 / ATK 1000 / DEF 300
This card gains 1000 ATK for every 4 "Doll Part" monsters in your Graveyard with different names.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: Here's whom I was talking about earlier. Not much to look at is it? We don't even have the artwork to verify that she is indeed lovely but she's certainly not playable.

Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Door to Mirrorland
Anime Normal Spell
Activate only if "Alice the Wandering Doll" is in your Graveyard. Special Summon 1 "Eshila the Lovely Bisque Doll" from your hand or Deck.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: More wasted effort just to bring out a monster with dismal stats and a strict ATK gain requirement.

Card Type: Trap Card
Card Info Released Curse
Anime Normal Trap
Activate only when an "Alice the Wandering Doll" is destroyed. Destroy all cards on the field and inflict 300 damage to their owners for each card destroyed.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: Since I've deemed Alice the Wandering Doll to not be playable and since this card needs that monster to be destroyed first, I deem this card unplayable too.

Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Battle x 2
Anime Quick-Play Spell
Activate only during the Battle Step when a monster you control declares an attack, and the attack target's ATK is equal to twice the ATK of your attacking monster or more. Double your monster's ATK during damage calculation only.
COMMON
Rating: 2
Comments: A more versatile Limiter Removal that doesn't destroy the affected monster during the End Phase but you'll have to risk it with an attack first.

Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Doll Hammer
Anime Normal Spell
Select 1 monster you control. Destroy it, then draw 2 cards and change the battle position of 1 monster your opponent controls.
COMMON
Rating: 2
Comments: Some monters benefit from being destroyed, like the previous card below but there are better cards to make use of using this than Doll Chimera.

Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Doll Chimera
DARK / Spellcaster / Level 5 / ATK 0 / DEF 0
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect or with "Marionette Burial". This card gains 400 ATK for each "Doll Part" monster in your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can send 2 "Doll Part" monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard to Special Summon it.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: Even one of the students at Duel Academy hated it and it's easy to see why because while Alice managed to make it a powerhouse, it took multiple revivals to get there and with 0 ATK and DEF to start, once the effect is negated, it's extremely vulnerable. Even Yubel has more to offer with less effort.

Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Marionette Burial
Anime Normal Spell
Activate only while you control a face-up "Alice the Wandering Doll". Send 1 face-up "Doll Part Blue", "Doll Part Red", "Doll Part Gold" and "Doll Part Pink" you control to the Graveyard. Special Summon 1 "Doll Chimera" from your Deck.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: Since it requires other failures for its activation, that's pretty well a guarantee that ths card is a failure too, which it is and so is the card it brings out.

Card Type: Normal Monster
Card Info
Doll Part Pink
DARK / Spellcaster / Level 1 / ATK 0 / DEF 0
Broken doll body.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: Thus ends the Exodia rejects but not the end of the string of failures.

Card Type: Normal Monster
Card Info Doll Part Red
DARK / Spellcaster / Level 1 / ATK 0 / DEF 0
Broken doll legs.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: The 5 pieces of Exodia the Forbidden One are more formidable than these rejects.

Card Type: Trap Card
Card Info Necro Dollmeister
Anime Normal Trap
Activate only when a "Doll Part" monster you control is destroyed by battle. Special Summon 2 "Doll Part" monsters from your Deck in face-up Attack Position.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: Even this card doens't make the Doll Part monsters any more playable because they're Special Summoned in Attack Position, leaving your LP qute vulnerable.

Card Type: Normal Monster
Card Info Doll Part Gold
DARK / Spellcaster / Level 1 / ATK 0 / DEF 0
Broken doll arms.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: The only good thing about these is I have little to do to create them as each one is literally the same as the last apart from minor changes.

Card Type: Normal Monster
Card Info Doll Part Blue
DARK / Spellcaster / Level 1 / ATK 0 / DEF 0
Broken doll head.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: The card's flavor text says all and it's in not worth fixing when it won't do anything else anyway.

Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Cursed Dollhouse
Anime Field Spell
When your opponent takes control of an "Alice the Wandering Doll" you control, you can Special Summon 1 "Doll Part" monster from your Deck.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: There's nothing good about it. It relies entirely on you losing Alice the Wandering Doll by its effect and then you're Special Summoning a worthless Normal Monster as you'll soon see.

Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Alice the Wandering Doll
DARK / Spellcaster / Level 3 / ATK 300 / DEF 1000
This card cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card is selected as an attack target, inflict 500 damage to your opponent, then switch control of this card at the end of the Damage Step.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: Being indestructible in battle means little when she won't be staying with you after she's attacked and to get her back, you'll have to attack her and take the extra 500 damage.
Episode 79: Mirror Mirror (2)
Card Type: Trap Card
Card Info Return Talisman
Anime Continuous Trap
During your opponent's End Phase, if they did not Summon a monster this turn, Special Summon 1 "Return Token" (Fairy-Type/DARK/Level 2/ATK 1000/DEF 1000) to their side of the field in Defense Position.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: It was a desperate move by the Sarinas to use this just to have an attack target and all because they used a monster that couldn't attack directly.

Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Infinite Fiend Mirror
Anime Field Spell
Activate only by the effect of "Full Moon Mirror". While a player controls a "Dark Creator", that player must Special Summon as many "Dark Creator Tokens" as possible, with the same Level, Type, Attribute, ATK, DEF and effects as that monster. If there is no "The Dark Creator" on the field, destroy all "Dark Creator Tokens" on the field.
COMMON
Rating: 2
Comments: Once you mange to activate this and get Dark Creator out, you'll basically get 4 monsters free but since Dark Creator isn't that great, this really isn't either.

Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Dark Creator
DARK / Fiend / Level 10 / ATK 3000 / DEF 1000
This card cannot be destroyed by battle or declare a direct attack. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, inflict 700 damage to your opponent.
COMMON
Rating: 2
Comments: Its ATK would normally put it at 3/5 but since it can't attack directly and inflicts minimal burn damage, I can't rate it that high, even if it can't be destroyed battle either.
Episode 78: Mirror Mirror (1) (Continued)
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Magic Mirror Spirit Asogi
LIGHT / Fiend / Level 6 / ATK 1500 / DEF 2500
When this card is Normal Summoned, you can select 1 "Magic Mirror Spirit Nayuta" in your Graveyard, and Special Summon it.
COMMON
Rating: 2
Comments: Not a whole lot better than Nayuta especially since the two of them follow Ukyo and Sakyo's effects to Special Summon one another and nothing else.

Card Type: Trap Card
Card Info Buried Soul Talisman
Anime Normal Trap
Activate only during the turn 2 or more monsters you controlled were destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard. Destroy the monster(s) that attacked and destroyed those monsters by battle, then Special Summon 1 Level 5 or higher monster from your hand.
COMMON
Rating: 2
Comments: A bit situational but then you not only get a new monster but you take out the monsters that allowed you to activate this card in the first place.
