Yu-Gi-Oh: The Dark Side of Dimensions (5)
As a result of Kaiba's attack on Marshmacaron, Marshmacaron is destroyed, letting Yugi Special Summon 2 more Marshmacarons (0200 x2) in Defense Mode to replace it. However, since Kaiba's Assault Wyvern took out a monster in battle, Kaiba can Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from his hand or Grave and chooses Blue-Eyes White Dragon (3000) in Attack Mode. Worse still, Kaiba activates Dragon's Fighting Spirit, letting BEWD attack a number of times equal to the number of monsters Yugi controls, giving it two additional attacks. Kaiba's attacks leave Yugi defenseless and down to 5000 LP but this has allowed Yugi to acitvate Dark Horizon to Specail Summon a monster from his Deck whose ATK is equal to or less than the battle damage he took and he chooses Dark Magician (2500) in Attack Mode. Kaiba set s1 card to end his turn so Yugi draws, then sets 1 card to end his turn.
Unimpressed as it's like Yugi isn't even trying, Kaiba draws and attacks Yugi directly but Yugi is read with Metamorphortress to Special Summon itself (1000) in Defense Mode and equip Dark Magician to it, giving it ATK and DEF equal to the equipped monster's ATK. A replay occurs and Kaiba chooses not to attack so Yugi draws and switches Metamorphortress to Attack Mode. His attack takes out BEWD to  leave Kaiba down to 7500 LP. Feeling like he has no other choice, Kaiba draws and uses Chaos Form to Ritual Summon Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon (4000) in Attack Mode. His attack takes out Metamorphortress to leave Yugi down to 4000 LP as MAX Dragon deals double piercing battle damage when attacking monsters in Defense Mode. Yugi isn't willing to give up as the end isn't near yet and draws before playing Apple Magician Girl (1200) in Defense Mode before setting 1 card to end his turn.
Kaiba ridicules Yugi's new monster but draws and attacks it, letting Yugi Special Summon Lemon Magician Girl (800) in Attack Mode and make her the attack target. Furthermore, since LMG is the attack target, MAX Dragon's ATK is halved to 2000 and Yugi can now Special Summon Dark Magician Girl (2000) in Attack Mode. Once again, LMG's effect halves MAX Dragon's ATK to 1000 and DMG is now the attack target, letting DMG take down MAX Dragon to leave Kaiba down to 6500 LP. Regardless, Kaiba Special Summons Deep-Eyes White Dragon (0000) in Attack Mode since a Blue-Eyes monster he controlled was destroyed and now Yugi takes 600 damage for each Dragon-Type monster in Kaiba's Graveyard with a different name, leaving Yugi to take 1800 damage, bringing him down to 2200 LP. What's worse, Deep-Eyes also gains MAX Dragon's ATK, raising its ATK to 4000.
Kaiba's attack with Deep-Eyes forces Yugi to activate Magicians' Defense to halve the battle damage since a Spellcaster-Type monster on his field is being attacked, leaving Lemon Magician Girl to be destroyed and dropping Yugi's score to 600. Kaiba sets 1 card to end his turn and Tristan knows the Trap Card Yugi activated has kept him in the Duel. It's down to the final turn so Yugi gives Kaiba a card so he can activate Magicial Contract Door to add a Level 7 or 8 DARK monster from his Deck to his hand. Next, he Tributes Apple and DMG for the monster he added to his hand with MCD's effect, Gandora-X The Dragon of Demolition (0000) in Attack Mode. Due to Gandora-X's effect, Yugi can now destroy 1 monster on the field and deal Kaiba the destroyed monster's ATK as damage and he choose to destroy Deep-Eyes White Dragon.
However, since Deep-Eyes was destroyed, Yugi's monsters are too thanks to Deep-Eyes' last effect, though Kaiba is down to 2500 LP from Gandora-X's effect. Yugi tried to convince Kaiba but as usual, Kaiba didn't listen so Yugi walks over and adds the two pieces of the Millennium Puzzle into place as everyone watches in awe. While they wait for the results, Diva has found the Millennium Ring and is taken over by its evil powers and Sera is nowhere to be found. It's just as Yugi had said, Atem is gone and isn't coming back for this Duel. It seems to set in for Kaiba but Kaiba refuses to accept it and is determined to get Atem to come out anyway by activating High Speed Aria to discard a Spell Card to activate that Spell Card's effect and he chooses the very card Yugi gave him, Monster Reborn, which he uses to revive Deep-Eyes White Dragon in Attack Mode. However, Yugi is ready and activates Final Geas to banish all monsters in both players' Graveyards, then revive Dark Magician from his Graveyard, leaving HSA to become useless.
Yugi's direct attack leaves Kaiba down to 100 LP as the power goes out, leaving the Duel to end early. Diva's cube appears and is not only glowing but physically getting bigger and now has the Millennium Ring and Diva inside. Several people begin glowing and screaming in agony as a new being known as Dark Diva (though not stated as such) emerges, ready for the new world it and Sera had been dreaming of. Sera realizes that if even a drop of evil gets in to the mix, their world will be changed for the very worst. The being has no interest in Shadi anymore and vanquishes Sera in an instant using the Millennium Ring. Kaiba won't go down without a fight and agrees to duel with Yugi against their new threat. The being also approves of the duel so duel preparations get underway before Dark Diva draws and summons Crimson Nova the Dark Cubic Lord (3000) in Attack Mode.

Next, Dark Diva sets 2 cards to end his turn, which activates Crimson Nova's other effect to deal all of them 3000 damage, leaving all three duelists down to 5000. What's worse is that they're also losing their very life as it's a shadow game. Kaiba isn't willing to back down and draws before playing Pandemic Dragon (2500) in Attack Mode. Then he uses PD's effect to pay 500 LP to weaken Crimson Nova's ATK by 500, leaving Kaiba down to 4500 LP. As a result, since Crimson Nova's ATK is lowered, it's automatically destroyed. (The real card's effect isn't automatic.) However, when the smoke clears, Crimson Nova is still on the field (as it's unaffected by effects of monsters with 3000 or less ATK). Kaiba sets 1 card to end his turn, advising Yugi to be careful. Yugi draws and plays Silver Gadget (1500) in Attack Mode. Due to SG's effect, Yugi Special Summons Gold Gadget (1700) in Attack Mode.
Yugi sets 1 card to end his turn, which is a disappointment for Dark Diva, whom draws and attacks with Crimson Nova. Yugi is ready and activates Metalhold the Moving Blockade to Special Summon itself (0000) in Attack Mode and equp it with Gold and Silver Gadget, raisng its ATK to 3200.Yugi's counterattack forces Dark Diva to activate Cubic Defense to prevent the first Crimson Nova's destruction in battle, then Special Summon 2 more Crimson Nova the Dark Cubic Lords from his hand in Attack Mode. His attacks take out Kaiba's PD to leave Kaiba down to 2000 and Yugi's monster loses 1000 ATK since PD was destroyed, bringing it down to 2200. Dark Diva attacks with a Crimson Nova, taking down Metalhold and the equipped Gadgets to leave Yugi down to 2800 LP. However, the Crimson Novas can attack again and do so but Yugi activates Spiritual Swords of Revealing Light to pay 1000 LP per attack to negate it and Yugi pays 2000, bringing him down to 800 LP.

Unfortunately Dark Diva isn't done yet and activates Unification of the Cubic Lords to Fusion Summon Crimson Nova Trinity the Dark Cubic Lord (4500) in Attack Mode. Since it can't attack unless it takes LP, Dark Diva halves their LP to 400 and 1000 respectively. Dark Diva chooses to attack Yugi but Kaiba activates Krystal Avatar to Special Summon itself (1000) in Attack Mode and make it the attack target. As a result, KA is destroyed and Kaiba loses but Kaiba doesn't depart without ordering Yugi to bring Atem back as Kaiba used KA for Atem in the first place. Regardless, Dark Diva attacks Yugi directly with Crimson Nova Trinity so Yugi discards Clear Kuriboh to reduce the damage to 0. (The real card only works against effect damage.) However, Yugi's LP is still halved, bringing him down to 200 LP. Yugi tries to continue but doesn't have the strength and collapses. In a shocking turn of events, Atem drops from above and takes over, bringing out Palladium Oracle Mahad (though doesn't state its name here) (2500) in Attack Mode and attacks.
Due to POM's effect, its ATK is doubled to 5000, allowing it to destroy Crimson Nova Trinity and win the duel (as Dimension Summoning rules deal damage to the player equal to their destroyed monster's ATK). With Dark Diva defeated, everyone that either lost or was vanquished by other means is returned before Yugi and Atem meet face-to-face for the first time in years. The duo exchange no words before Atem disappears. Meanwhile, Diva awakens with other members of the Plana to learn that because Atem returned, their powers disappear for good. Back at the stadium, Yugi tells his friends the news but Kaiba was right all along and Yugi admits it when Kaiba appears. Kaiba and Mokuba head off, telliing Yugi to take care until their paths cross again. We then get a montage of clips featuring graduation among other things. Yugi and crew meet at the airpor and high-five each other before before Tea` departs by plane. Meanwhile, Kaiba has another prototype he wants to test and isn't really interested in updates regarding Duel Disk numbers.
With that, Kaiba departs on his prototype pod and ends up in Egypt where Atem awaits, ready to face-off once again.
