Episode 95: The Search for Shadows | |
At the site of where Yuma defeated Vector, Yuma is angry that Vector took him,
even when Kite arrives and learns what's going on. When Yuma gets too hysteric,
Kite knocks him to the ground, telling him to relax. Meanwhile, Astral exams the
Number 66: Master Key Beetle card won from Vector and sees that it shows him a
map. While Yuma's friends wait down below, Shark learns what Vector revealed and
while Shark is determined to take down Vector, even if he doesn't know how to
find Vector. Kite's insult only makes things worse before Orbital 7 reports of a
portal above the tower and Kite knows that the Barians are coming. However, it's not to be as when the trio reach the roof of the tower, Astral's ship emerges from Yuma's key, the same one Kite saw earlier but none of them know what's going on until Astral appears to explain. Shark is ready to go but Kite thinks it's too easy and is ticked off by Shark. Regardless of what the risks are, they'll have to wait until morning while the ship charges up. Later, Yuma cannot tell his friends about the ship and darts off when he spills the beans. Shark breaks the news to Rio but to his surprise, Rio wants to go too and won't let Shark talk her out of it and has to leave. At dinner, Yuma is scarfing down lots of food and is so thrilled that he's even interested in giving the family a special treatment. Up in his room, Yuma knows how tough his upcoming battle will be and Astral catches him off-guard while he looks at the Barian cards. In the kitchen, Kari can't stand how Yuma is acting but Haru feels it's exactly as Yuma's father acted before he went on a dangerous adventure and prevents Kari from interfering. Elsewhere, Kite visits Hart and since Hart knows Kite is going, the duo make a deal whereby Kite promises to come home if Hart doesn't worry. As the new day dawns, Yuma sneaks out but is caught by Haru and the others and gets lunch to go and a warning to be home by dinner. He arrives to find out he's late but just when they're about to teleport inside, Yuma's friends arrive to come along and aren't happy that Yuma didn't tell them. Everyone is transported to the command center successfully and it's interior is approved by Yuma before Astral allows Yuma to give the order to launch. Yuma is startled by the request but gives it anyway and the ship takes off. Inside Barian World, Vector knows that Yuma and Astral are coming and while the ship's travel is seemingly smooth and quiet, that quickly changes as Duel Monsters surround the ship and attack. As a result, Yuma and others take to the roof and summon Number 39: Utopia (2500), Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon (3000), Shark Drake (rather Number 32: Shark Drake) (2800), Ice Beast Zerofyne (2000) and Tin Archduke (2200) in Attack Mode to fight. Their attacks take out much of the monster army and it seems strange that the monsters aren't fighting back but they have bigger problems as they're approaching a black hole. As a result, they're transferred not to Barian World but an unfamiliar location. Vector is waiting and explains that they're at Sargasso (more specifically Sargasso the D.D. Battlefield) and agrees to show Ray but notes that Ray is permanently resting. However, Yuma doesn't buy it but while he continues to cope, Shark encounters Dumon and Kite encounters Mizar. Each duelist has all that they need to initiate duel preparations before Yuma draws and plays Goblindbergh (1400) in Attack Mode. Next, he uses Goblidnbergh's effect to Special Summon Ganbara Knight (0000) in Attack Mode, then uses his monsters as Xyz Material for Number 39: Utopia but Vector is ready to get rid of it. While Yuma struggles to control his anger, Shark plays Double Fin Shark (1000) in Attack Mode. Next, he Special Summons Silent Angler (800) in Attack Mode since he controls a WATER monster. Then, since DFS counts as 2 Xyz Materials, Shark uses his monsters as Xyz Material for Number 32: Shark Drake. Meanwhile, Kite plays Phothon Thrasher (2100) in Attack Mode since he controls no monsters. Next he Summons Photon Delta Wing (1800) in Attack Mode. With that, he uses his monsters as Xyz Material for Starliege Lord Galaxion (2000) in Attack Mode. Consequently, due to SDDB's effect, all three of them take 500 damage for Xyz Summoning, bringing them all down to 3500 LPs and whatever is going on is not good. |
