Episode 50: Party Panic

As Yuma races forward, three girls are discussing the fact that duelists from their own class have made it to the finals. Yuma makes his grand fall and gets no love from the crowd, even as a finalist. Tori literally gives him an earful as she pulls him away. However, all that changes when Yuma reveals his invitation to the party before finals. Flip decides to have a little fun as a result. Meanwhile, while Trey sleeps, Quattro asks Vetrix to give him the same powers he gave Trey but Vetrix feels the same result would happen and figures Shark would be best to take down Yuma. Elsewhere, Kite is undergoing a body check of sorts and when it's done, Orbital 7 warns of what might happen but gets cut-off by Mr. Heartland, whom decides to check up on things.
Orbital starts to say how things are really going but Kite insists he's fine and is dueling for Hart not Mr. Heartland. The chat is short-lived as Mr. Heartland has to prepare for the party and leaves. That night, fireworks light up the sky and everyone is dressed up but Cathy and Tori ruin the moment with an argument over their outfits. However, when confronted by two men, Yuma doesn't have his initiation and is pushed aside. Flip has another way in and they all take it, knocking over celebrities along the way and eventually uncovering themselves. When spotted, they bolt and all but Flip continue running past a support column. Luckily, Nistro intercepts when the two men try to escort Yuma out but gets no thanks in return.
The group find themselves with some familiar faces and some they wished weren't there. Feet away, Kite and Quinton chat about why Hart was taken away and Kite will meet Vetrix soon enough but isn't up to full strength and should be careful when picking his future opponents. Yuma and Astral move towards where they saw Quinton and Kite but when they arrive, There's no Kite or Quinton to be found. Elsewhere, Quinton is taking autographs until he finds Shark outside and races to get there. Outside, Shark gets the last laugh and walks away. On a balcony, Dextra and Kite share their latest findings.
In his lair, Dr. Faker learns that all finalists but Vetrix, whom neither have heard of, have arrived at the party and Vetrix should arrive soon but Mr. Heartland has to go and leaves. Yuma and crew wonder where Flip is but Caswell finds another celebrity and gets a rather sloppy autograph. The lights dim as Mr. Heartland makes himself known and proceeds to list the finalists but his hologram disappears. A familiar laughter fills the air and Vetrix makes himself known before walking to Mr. Heartland and giving an introductory greetings. He looks forward to crushing all finalists and he's a man of his word. He finds Astral, whom is surprised that Vetrix can even see him but Vetrix disappears, returning things to normal.
A man in his underwear spots the imposter and charges ahead, leaving Flip to run into the cake with the celebrity following suit, causing the cake to land all over the place. As the chase continues, Flip eventually trips and sends pies into random celebrities but Mr. Heartland smirks at Vetrix. The chase continues outside where Yuma finds Kite but Kite advises to worry about the Finals and is confident he'll win but is referring to Astral. In a limo, while Vetrix wins a game, Quinton has made a deal with the Triad of Terror whereby they tackle Yuma Tsukumo!
