Episode 111: Merger of the Big Five (1)

Inside his lair, Noah scolds the four members of the Big Five when Nesbit arrives to bid them farewell but the other members protest that he lost the duel and doesn't deserve the body. Since Noah is in charge, he decides to allow them to share Tristan's body in a duel against Yugi Muto. Outside, the group discuss what they've learned but Kaiba protests it's none of their business and walks away but Tea` stops him, protesting that they're all in this because of Kaiba's family. They spot Tristan on a cliff but discover the Big Five all inhabit it and want to duel Yugi. Yugi becomes Yami and agrees to the duel but Joey wants to duel too, considering the uneven number but inside Tristan's body, the Big Five protest that they were to duel Yugi alone but Johnson says Joey will hold Yugi back.

Johnson announces that the duel will have the Big Five start with 8000 Life Points and will rotate their Deck Masters while Yami and Joey get 4000 each. While choosing the cards for their decks, Joey finds Cyber Harpie Lady, remembering as Mai's card (and they've decided to use good Marik's voice for the flashback from 7:37 to 7:40 into the US episode) and picks it for good luck. When finished, Yami picks Dark Magician as his Deck Master while Joey and the Big Five keep their respective Deck Masters from before. Gansley starts with A Legendary Ocean, causing bystanders to take cover. Next he plays The Legendary Fisherman (1850) in Attack Mode as Yami explains that ALO lowers the level of WATER monsters in everyones' hands by 1, making TLF a 4-star monster.

Joey plays Alligator's Sword (1200) in Defense Mode. Yami summons Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts (1200) in Defense Mode. Inside Tristan's body, Crump physically pushes Gansley aside to take part in the group's second turn (yes because your Nightmare Penguin has SUCH a good special ability >_>), introducing himself (and if you're such an expert, why did and amateur beat you?), swapping Gansley's Deepsea Warrior for his own Nightmare Penguin, giving all underwater monsters 200 ATK, raising TLF's ATK to 2050 (and I'll be indicating this like the show does). His attack with TLF, destroys Yami's Gazelle. Then he plays Catapult Turtle (2200) in Defense Mode.On a long set of steps, Kaiba ponders Noah's story before heading up the steps, putting rescuing Mokuba on his top priority.

Back at the duel, Joey draws, setting 1 card and summoning Cyber Harpie (Cyber Harpie Lady in the CG) (1800) in Attack Mode before switching his AS to Attack Mode to conclude his turn. Yami draws, having nothing to stop Big Five's TLF from attacking but plays Mystical Elf (2000) in Defense Mode to end his turn. Crump attacks Yami's ME but Joey activates Kunai with Chain, stopping the attack and raising his own Cyber Harpie's ATK by 500 to 2300. Crump protests that he still has good odds of victory and sets 1 monster to end his turn. Robot Monkey Tristan's statements are jumbled with monkey noises as he fears that the longer he stays in the monkey robot, the more he acts like a monkey.

Joey draws and uses Harpie's Feather Duster to destroy the Big Five's Spells and Traps, leaving TLF weak enough to be destroyed and Joey does so with CH. However, as Joey goes to attack with AS, he realizes that CT's DEF is still too high so he attacks their face down Magician of Faith (300) in Defense Mode, triggering its effect to let the Big Five get back 1 Spell Card and chooses ALO. After Crump mentally states his plans for his hand, Yami plays Kuriboh (200) in Defense Mode then activates Card Destruction to force all players to discard all cards in their hand and redraw. When that is done, Yami ends his turn.At last, Johnson is allowed in but Crump isn't happy about it but loses his Deck Master to Judge Man. Meanwhile, Kaiba calls out to Mokuba but Mokuba, now under Noah's spell isn't interested in answering. Kaiba reaches the top and discovers his design of Kaibaland but he didn't show the blueprints to anyone. Just who is this Noah?
