Episode 93: Heart of Ice (1)

In his lair, Sarina warns Sartorius that he's being controlled and Sartorius fights with his evil self over this. Meanwhile at the Slifer Dorm, Jaden awakens to a bright light and Sartorius' good side, who hands him a box with a key inside, telling him not to hand it back. He also gives one key in a box to Aster. Back in his lair, Sartorius fights with his good side again, this time over the satellite keys. Good Sartorius knew he couldn't defeat his dark half so he gave the keys to someone who can. Evil Sartorius says that when he's through with Jaden and Aster, they'll see the light. Alexis arrives in his lair and is instructed to duel Jaden and bring back the satellite key Jaden holds. Back at the Slifer Dorm, Syrus can't believe Sartorius came in and gave Jaden the satellite key. Aster arrives, discussing that he also got a key but none of them know what they open. Jaden has heard that it's build your own burger at the cafeteria today and Hassleberry + Syrus discuss their combinations when they see Alexis, who requests Jaden to hand over the key or duel for it.

Atticus appears showing that Alexis isn't herself and says the only way to save her is to duel her, which Jaden accepts. He hands Jaden a Swing of Memories card to have Jaden win with it. Chazz is next to show up, saying only his love can set her free. It takes some extreme coaxing to get Chazz to believe that he really DID cause Alexis to be like she is now. The trio convince Chazz that when girls see he has a soft-spot they'll be all over him. Chazz hands Jaden a card also. After a brief chat about losing, the duel begins with Alexis playing Snow Fairy (1100) in Attack Mode (and apparently sets a card face down to end her turn but she doesn't say so). Jaden plays Ojama Black (1000) in Defense Mode. Chazz recites a poem for Alexis, whom has no idea how to respond to it. Jaden sets 1 card to end his turn. Alexis plays White Night Fort, preventing Jaden from activating Trap Cards (or rather it applies to both players according to Wiki). Next she plays Illusion Ice Sculpture (0000) in Attack Mode, making it the attack target if the opponent attacks and it can become a monster Alexis has and she chooses SF so its ATK becomes 1100.

Alexis attacks with Snow Fairy, destroying OB. Chazz realizes the problem: He should've used Ojama Green, much to the doubt of Hassleberry and Syrus. Next Alexis attacks Jaden directly with IIS, leaving him with 2900. Jaden's going to need a plan and a jacket to defeat Alexis and he draws, playing Elemental Hero Sparkman (1600) in Attack Mode. He attacks with it, destroying IIS and leaving Alexis with 3500. Next he sets 1 card to end his turn. Atticus tries to get Alexis to remember him but she's having trouble since she thinks he's more of a crazed fan than a pop star. She draws and plays Icicle Sacrifice, letting her play an Icicle Token (0000) in Attack Mode. Next she tributes IT for White Night Queen (2100) in Attack Mode since IT's effect lets it count as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon. She attacks Sparkman with WKQ, leaving Jaden with 2400, then directly with SF, leaving Jaden with 1300. He has to save Alexis or they'll lose her forever!
