Joey is so fired up to Duel again that he ignores advice from his friends and his next opponent Zigfried, whom has plans to wreak havoc during the next Duel. Yugi wants a tournament where nothing bad happens but no such luck as Joey and others find out first-hand. Unfortunately for Joey, he also finds out what a bad hand is truly like as he can do so little that he's fearful of his opponent's first turn. However, luck  is on his side and Zigfried can't do much either but has enough to block Joey's first attack before Joey brings out a classic Trap stopper. Zigfried then brings out his OTK Spell Card and has Joey on the verge of defeat.
