The gang get a story of how Atlantis ended up at the bottom of the ocean and discover that Ironheart, Chris and Sky were involved in the battle as well. Dartz then shares how he survived the attack on his monster thanks to his other monster's effect. Next, he upgrades his Field Spell with a new one that gives him extra LP each turn. Plus, his destroyed monster returns and gets stronger. To get around this, Kaiba uses a Spell Card that lets his and Yami's monsters attack directly but Dartz counters with his new Field Spell's 2nd effect so Yami splits their Fusion Monster into two monsters. Dartz then brings out his own Ritual Monster that reveals to have the personalities of Yami's friends. Kaiba adds to his hand and his field by bringing out a strong monster but Yami can only defend himself for the time being so Kaiba decides to destroy Dartz's Ritual Monster.
