Marik's cards continue to affect Joey and his monsters by draining their energy. Joey does his best to turn the tide but only succeeds in activting Marik's Trap Cards. Marik then revives 1 of his monsters then Tributes it for something seemingly weaker. It's not until Joey plays a Spell Card with a game of chance that Joey turns the Duel around completely and leaves Marik's entire strategy foiled by bringing out a monster that takes down all of Marik's Set cards. Marik returns the favor by bringing out a strong monster that Joey gets to have for a small price. It's up to Joey to decide what to do with it.
