Episode 113: Merger of the Big Five (3)

Yami and Joey face off with Lector as he brings out a powerful Ritual Monster using their old Deck Masters. Luckily for Yami and Joey it can't attack right away so they have bought themselves a turn. Yami and Joey make full use of their turn by bringing their Deck Masters together for a Fusion Summon. However, Lector opts to follow that strategy by replacing his destroyed one with a new one with the ability to attack all monsters the opponent cointrols at the same time. Yami and Joey have a few tricks up their sleeve and managed to buy more time as Lector's new monster gets weaker each turn. Finally, with Joey's help, Yami is able to bring out the monster that takes down The Big Five once and for all.  Tristan doesn't get his body back but finds a reason to keep being a robot monkey. Meanwhile, Kaiba is eager to challenge Noah to a Duel to make him pay for everything he's done.

Deviations from the TCG
1. Players started with only 4000 LP and were forced to choose a monster to serve as their Deck Master.
2. If their Deck Master was destroyed, the owner(s) lost the Duel automatically.
3. Players could move their Deck Masters to the field at any time during their turn.
4. Flame Swordsman and Dark Magician were Deck Masters.
5. Five-Headed Dragon was a Ritual Monster that was Ritual Summoned using "Dragon Revival Ritual" and 5 monsters each with a different Attribute. It also couldn't attack the turn it was Summoned and destroyed all the opponent's monsters when Ritual Summoned.

6. Mirage Knight Special Summoned Dark Flare Knight and Dark Magician when it left the field by its effect.

7. A Deal with Dark Ruler was a Trap Card with different artwork that also cost half the owner's LP to use and reduced the damage to 0.

8. Magical Hats was a Spell Card with different artwork that could hide monsters under the hats and/or double the number of hats it brought out for 1000 LP.
Errors
1. Although FIve-Headed Dragon was claimed to be Ritual Summoned with monsters that each had a different Attribute, the monsters The Big Five used did not all have different Attributes.
