Episode 66: Mime Control (2)

Yami stares down Slifter the Sky Dragon with no way to attack and Strings only adds to the trouble by having it gain another 2000 ATK via a Spell Card. Yami does his best while trapped but Strings isn't letting up and strengthens Slifer's ATK even more, then provides a Spell Card that can boost its ATK further each turn. Not even Yami's classic combo with Magical Hats proves effective and falls to one knee. Kaiba arrives on scene and works to get Yami back up to beat Strings and his God Card, then he can make Slifer his own and have the strongest Deck ever.

Deviations from the TCG
1. Players started with only 4000 LP.
2. Jam Breeding Machine allowed the controller to Tribute Slime Tokens for a Tribute Summon but would be destroyed.

3. Magical Hats was a Spell Card with different artwork that could hide monsters, Spells and Traps underneath the hats.

4. Lightforce Sword was a Quick-Play Spell in the Japanese version.
5. Slifter the Sky Dragon was a Dragon-Type monster whose ATK and DEF were determined by the number of cards in its controller's hand. It also drained a Summoned opponent's monster of 2000 ATK or DEF, depending on that monster's battle position.

6. Card of Safe Return had different artwork and let the controller draw 3 cards whenever a monster was Special Summoned from the Graveyard, including the instant it was activated.

7. Spellbinding Circle also lowered the affected monster's ATK by 700.
8. Magic Cylinder simply redirected the attack back on the attacking monster and required the owner to control a Spellcaster-Type monster for activation.

9. Jam Defender allowed Revival Jam to block even redirected attacks.
10. Infinite Cards had different artwork and its effect only applied to its controller.
Errors
1. Kuriboh's Level was missing when it was Summoned in the Japanese version.
