Unrated Yu-Gi-Oh Cards (Page 24)

Dragons of Legend: Unleashed
DRL3-EN016
Ritual Sanctuary
Field Spell
You can discard 1 Spell Card; add 1 LIGHT Ritual Monster or 1 Ritual Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. You can shuffle any number of Spell Cards from your Graveyard into the Deck, then target 1 LIGHT Fairy-Type monster in your Graveyard whose Level equals the number of cards you shuffled into the Deck; Special Summon it. You can only use each effect of "Ritual Sanctuary" once per turn.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: A bit better than the anime from what was revealed, though using the first effect will cost you a Spell Card and the 2nd will probably be more difficult to activate.
DRL3-EN015
Machine Angel Ritual
Ritual Spell
This card can be used to Ritual Summon any "Cyber Angel" Ritual Monster. You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal or exceed the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. If a LIGHT monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect while this card is in your Graveyard, you can banish this card instead.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: From what we know, this card wasn't able to protect any monster but here it can do that on any LIGHT monster you have and will protect all of them if you have more than one out.
DRL3-EN014
Cyber Angel Dakini
LIGHT / Fairy-Type Ritual / Level 8 / ATK 2700 / DEF 2400
You can Ritual Summon this card with "Machine Angel Ritual". If this card is Ritual Summoned: You can make your opponent send 1 monster they control to the Graveyard (their choice). If a Ritual Monster you control attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. Once per turn, during your End Phase: You can target 1 Ritual Monster or 1 "Machine Angel Ritual" in your Graveyard; add it to your hand.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 3
Comments: In the anime, she was Alexis' best Ritual Monster until ARC-V and she's still got it here because she allows any of your Ritual Monsters to deal piercing battle damage, including herself. Plus while, a bit slow, you'll be a bit closer to a 2nd Ritual Summon too.
DRL3-EN013
Cyber Angel Idaten
LIGHT / Fairy-Type Ritual / Level 6 / ATK 1600 / DEF 2000
You can Ritual Summon this card with "Machine Angel Ritual". If this card is Ritual Summoned: You can add 1 Ritual Spell Card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. If this card is Tributed: You can make all Ritual Monsters you control gain 1000 ATK and DEF.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: She too has gotten a buff and that's good because that extra ATK and DEF may come in handy but only works on Ritual Monsters and like Benten, her stats are little to work with.
DRL3-EN012
Cyber Angel Benten
LIGHT / Fairy-Type Ritual / Level 6 / ATK 1800 / DEF 1500
You can Ritual Summon this card with "Machine Angel Ritual". If this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's original DEF in the Graveyard. If this card is Tributed: You can add 1 LIGHT Fairy-Type monster from your Deck to your hand.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Looks like she got a buff from the anime because I don't recall the anime version getting another LIGHT Fairy from your Deck when she's Tributed but her stats aren't much to speak of. At least she's still usable with Ritual Weapon though.
DRL3-EN011
Cyber Petit Angel
LIGHT / Fairy / Level 2 / ATK 300 / DEF 200
If this card is Summoned: You can add 1 "Cyber Angel" monster or "Machine Angel Ritual" from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Cyber Petit Angel" once per turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: So here's the first of at least a few cards from Alexis Rhodes' GX Deck and it seems to follow the anime version quite well but unless you're ready to Ritual Summon, it's not going to help you much and Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands can do a bit better and has higher ATK and DEF.
DRL3-EN010
The Suppression Pluto
DARK / Fiend / Level 8 / ATK 2600 / DEF 2000
Once per turn: You can declare 1 card name; look at your opponent's hand, then if they have the declared card in their hand, apply 1 of these effects.
● Take control of 1 monster your opponent controls.
● Destroy 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls, then you can Set the destroyed Spell/Trap Card on your field.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Pretty risky but if you use an effect that allows you to see your opponent's hand first, then this isn't too bad but apart from that, the stats are pretty low for a Level 8 monster and what you get from your opponent won't be a surprise and may not even be useful.
DRL3-EN009
The Despair Uranus
LIGHT / Rock / Level 8 / ATK 2900 / DEF 2300
When this card is Tribute Summoned while you control no Spell/Trap Cards: You can activate this effect; your opponent declares either Continuous Spell or Continuous Trap, then you Set 1 card of that type directly from your Deck. This card gains 300 ATK for each face-up Spell/Trap Card you control. Face-up cards in your Spell & Trap Zone cannot be destroyed by card effects.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: Despair is right but it's for you not your opponent because activating the effect not only requires you to do so with it pretty well unprotected but you'll be setting the type of card your opponent chooses and thus have a pre-revealed surprise for your opponent, making them able to counter it before it can be used.
DRL3-EN008
The Grand Jupiter
DARK / Warrior / Level 8 / ATK 2500 / DEF 2000
Once per turn: You can discard 2 cards, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; equip that face-up monster to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the combined original ATK of the monsters equipped to it by this effect. Once per turn, during the End Phase: You can target 1 Monster Card equipped to this card by this card's effect; Special Summon it to your field.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Though not a very strong Level 8 monster, that will quickly change so long as you can equip it with your opponent's monsters and not lose them. Plus while you can also add them to your field, that will also lower this guy's ATK.
DRL3-EN007
The Blazing Mars
FIRE / Pyro / Level 8 / ATK 2600 / DEF 2200
While this card is in your hand or Graveyard: You can banish 3 other monsters from your Graveyard; Special Summon this card, also you cannot Special Summon other monsters for the rest of this turn. During your Main Phase 1: You can send all other monsters you control to the Graveyard; inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each monster sent to the Graveyard. You can only use each effect of "The Blazing Mars" once per turn.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Relatively easy to bring out but its stats and using the other effect aren't all that great.
DRL3-EN006
The Tripper Mercury
WATER / Aqua / Level 8 / ATK 2000 / DEF 2000
When this card is Tribute Summoned: You can change all monsters on the field to face-up Attack Position. You can Tribute 3 monsters to Tribute Summon (but not Set) this card. If Summoned this way, while this card is on the field, all monsters your opponent controls lose ATK equal to their original ATK. This card can make a second attack during each Battle Phase.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It'll be able to overpower pretty much any monster your opponent threatens you with but that requires an extra Tribute and unless your two attacks are successful, that 2000 ATK isn't much to worry about.
DRL3-EN005
Raidraptor - Blade Burner Falcon
DARK / Winged Beast-Type Xyz / Rank 4 / ATK 1000 / DEF 1000
2 Level 4 Winged Beast-Type monsters
If this card is Xyz Summoned, and your opponent's LP is at least 3000 higher than yours: You can make this card gain 3000 ATK. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can detach any number of Xyz Materials from this card; destroy exactly that number of monsters your opponent controls.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: Apart from the ATK boost that only occurs if you're way behind your opponent's LP, its stats are pathetic and have very little chance of taking anything out and thus activating its effect, which is just as poor.
DRL3-EN004
Raidraptor - Napalm Dragonius
DARK / Winged Beast / Level 4 / ATK 1000 / DEF 1000
Once per turn: You can inflict 600 damage to your opponent, also monsters in your possession cannot activate their effects for the rest of this turn, except "Raidraptor" monsters. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 "Raidraptor" monster from your Deck, but it has its effects negated.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: If it weren't for the last line of text, I'd have surely given it 1 star and perhaps an insulting nickname.
DRL3-EN003
Performapal Corn
LIGHT / Beast-Warrior / Level 3 / ATK 600 / DEF 1000
Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if this card was Normal or Special Summoned this turn: You can target 1 other "Performapal" monster you control with 1000 or less ATK; change both it and this card, that you control, from face-up Attack Position to Defense Position, and if you do, add 1 "Odd-Eyes" monster from your Deck to your hand. During your opponent's turn: You can banish 1 "Performapal" monster, except "Performapal Corn", and this card from your Graveyard; gain 500 LP (this is a Quick Effect).
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It'd be a good idea to use her effect (if you choose to run her) to change herself to Defense Mode because with only 600 ATK, she's not going to last long, though 1000 DEF doesn't do much either. Gaining the minimal LP though is pretty bad.
DRL3-EN002
Performapal Uni
LIGHT / Beast-Warrior / Level 4 / ATK 800 / DEF 1500
Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if this card was Normal or Special Summoned this turn: You can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower "Performapal" monster from your hand in Attack Position. During your opponent's turn: You can banish 1 "Performapal" monster, except "Performapal Uni", and this card from your Graveyard; the next time you would take battle damage this turn, you do not (this is a Quick Effect).
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: You'll activate the effect in the two best ways to Summon possible but the new monster will be just as vulnerable as it's in Attack Position but reducing battle damage to 0 by its effect isn't really that practical given better options like Waboku and Threatening Roar.
DRL3-EN001
Odd-Eyes Mirage Dragon
DARK / Dragon-Type Pendulum / Level 3 / ATK 1200 / DEF 600 / Scale 8
Pendulum Text: Once per turn, if a face-up "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can destroy 1 card in your Pendulum Zone, and if you do, place 1 face-up "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster in your Extra Deck in your Pendulum Zone, except "Odd-Eyes Mirage Dragon".

Monster Text: During either player's turn, while an "Odd-Eyes" card is in your Pendulum Zone: You can target 1 "Odd-Eyes" monster you control; the first time it would be destroyed by battle or card effect this turn, it is not destroyed. You can only use this effect of "Odd-Eyes Mirage Dragon" once per turn.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: The Scale is perhaps the best thing about this card since both effects rely on Odd-Eyes monsters and the stats are pretty weak.
OTS Tournament Pack 2
OP02-EN022
Skullbird
WIND / Winged Beast-Type Fusion / Level 6 / ATK 1900 / DEF 1700
Takuhee + "Temple of Skulls"
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: Can't even Instant Fusion it but that's not even good enough to warrant using it anyway.
OP02-EN019
Galaxy Dragon
LIGHT / Dragon / Level 4 / ATK 2000 / DEF 1200
This card cannot attack directly, and can only attack Dragon-Type monsters. If this card battles a Dragon-Type monster, this card gains 1000 ATK during the Damage Step only, also that monster has its effects negated during this Battle Phase, as long as this card remains face-up on the field.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: Though it's not a new card anymore, its text has been updated to clarify how it works and erratums like this will be enough for me to rate them again as they now have a different way to be played. Unfortunately, this guy has now lost what playability it had before.
Rise of the True Dragons Structure Deck (Continued)
SR02-EN025
Return of the Dragon Lords
Normal Spell
Target 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. If a Dragon-Type monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can banish this card from your Graveyard instead.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 3
Comments: Better than the likes of Call of the Haunted, Birthright and Soul Resurrection because this doesn't care whether that monster has effects or not an can protect it from destruction simply by banishing itself from your Graveyard, where it'll likely be after resolution.
SR02-EN024
Ruins of the Divine Dragon Lords
Continuous Spell
If a monster(s) is Special Summoned, except from the Graveyard, while you control a Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster: That face-up Special Summoned monster(s) has its effects negated until the end of this turn (even if this card leaves the field). Once per turn: You can send 1 other face-up card you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Dragon Lord Token" (Dragon-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). If this card is in your Graveyard: You can send 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster from your hand or face-up from your field to the Graveyard; add this card to your hand.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: This is just a minor setback for your opponent because whatever they bring out is only temporarily unable to use its effects and you'll just be racking up meaningless tokens. Plus this does nothing for or against monsters revived from the Graveyard.
