ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Just another mediocre Fortune Fairy for fans of Carly and her Deck.
BLHR-EN016
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Fortune Fairy Hu
WIND / Spellcaster / Level 3 / ATK 0 / DEF 0
When you draw this card: You can reveal it; Special Summon it from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned from the hand: You can target 1 of your banished Spellcaster monsters; add it to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Fortune Fairy Hu" once per turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Their Level may be going up but their playability is staying static.
BLHR-EN015
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Fortune Fairy En
FIRE / Spellcaster / Level 2 / ATK 0 / DEF 0
When you draw this card: You can reveal it; Special Summon it from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned from the hand: You can target 1 Set card your opponent controls; destroy it. You can only use each effect of "Fortune Fairy En" once per turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Unlike in the anime where Carly's Fortune Fairies were equally useless, these cards are at least somewhat playable.
BLHR-EN014
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Fortune Fairy Hikari
LIGHT / Spellcaster / Level 1 / ATK 0 / DEF 0
When you draw this card: You can reveal it; Special Summon it from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned from the hand: You can target 1 monster you control; send it to the GY, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Level 1 Spellcaster monster from your Deck. You can only use each effect of "Fortune Fairy Hikari" once per turn.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Carly Carmine's Fortune Fairies get a much needed upgrade, though they're really only good for the 1st effect.
BLHR-EN013
Card Type: Trap Card
Card Info Apparition
Normal Trap
If a face-up "HERO" monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Vision HERO" monster from your Deck, then you can halve the original ATK/DEF of 1 monster your opponent controls. You can only activate 1 "Apparition" per turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It's maybe a bit better than Hero Signal in that you also weaken an opponent's monster but most Vision HERO monsters suck.
BLHR-EN012
Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Vision Fusion
Normal Spell
Fusion Summon 1 "HERO" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Material. You can also use up to 2 monsters in your Spell & Trap Zone that are being treated as Continuous Traps as Fusion Material, by banishing them. You can only activate 1 "Vision Fusion" per turn.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It's less versatile than the likes of Polymerization but is more versatile than Elemental HERO Fusion-based Spell Cards.
BLHR-EN011
Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Vision Release
Normal Spell
Target 1 "Vision HERO" Monster Card in your Spell & Trap Zone; Special Summon it. During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the GY: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Vision HERO" monster in your GY; add it to your hand.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: The only ones capable of meeting this card's requirements suck and serve as a desperate move to make when you're at a disadvantage.
BLHR-EN010
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Vision HERO Faris
DARK / Warrior / Level 5 / ATK 1600 / DEF 1800
You can discard 1 other "HERO" monster; Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can place 1 "Vision HERO" monster from your Deck, except "Vision HERO Faris", in your Spell & Trap Zone as a face-up Continuous Trap, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except "HERO" monsters. You can only use each effect of "Vision HERO Faris" once per turn.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Thankfully its effect is not another wall of meaningless text like the others in this set so far but it's not much better.
BLHR-EN009
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Vision HERO Gravito
DARK / Warrior / Level 4 / ATK 500 / DEF 2000
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 of your banished "HERO" monsters; add it to your hand. You can Tribute this card, then target 2 "Vision HERO" Monster Cards in your Spell & Trap Zones; Special Summon them. You can only use each effect of "Vision HERO Gravito" once per turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Well that 2000 DEF makes it better than the past few rejects thus far but both effects are still pretty bad.
BLHR-EN008
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Vision HERO Poisoner
DARK / Warrior / Level 3 / ATK 900 / DEF 700
If you take battle or effect damage while this card is in your GY: You can place this card from your GY in your Spell & Trap Zone as a face-up Continuous Trap. During the Main Phase, if this card is treated as a Continuous Trap: You can Tribute 1 "HERO" monster; Special Summon this card. If this card is Special Summoned from the Spell & Trap Zone: You can halve the ATK of 1 face-up monster on the field. You can only use each effect of "Vision HERO Poisoner" once per turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: Again with the wall of text that offers no meaningful uses? They had better cards before this.
BLHR-EN007
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Vision HERO Increase
DARK / Warrior / Level 3 / ATK 900 / DEF 1100
If you take battle or effect damage while this card is in your GY: You can place this card from your GY in your Spell & Trap Zone as a face-up Continuous Trap. During the Main Phase, if this card is treated as a Continuous Trap: You can Tribute 1 "HERO" monster; Special Summon this card. If this card is Special Summoned from the Spell & Trap Zone: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Vision HERO" monster from your Deck. You can only use each effect of "Vision HERO Increase" once per turn.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: I see what's going on here. He's increasing the number of bad HERO monsters by being one himself. At least the original HERO monsters had better Fusions.
BLHR-EN006
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Vision HERO Multiply Guy
DARK / Warrior / Level 3 / ATK 800 / DEF 700
If you take battle or effect damage while this card is in your GY: You can place this card from your GY in your Spell & Trap Zone as a face-up Continuous Trap. During the Main Phase, if this card is treated as a Continuous Trap: You can Tribute 1 "HERO" monster; Special Summon this card. If this card is Special Summoned from the Spell & Trap Zone: You can make 1 face-up monster on the field gain 800 ATK. You can only use each effect of "Vision HERO Multiply Guy" once per turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: Aside from the inconsistancy with other HERO monsters where Guy becomes Dude, this guy is even worse off than Minimum Ray. He can multiply all he wants but will never have enough strength to win a real battle.
BLHR-EN005
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Vision HERO Minimum Ray
DARK / Warrior / Level 3 / ATK 1200 / DEF 700
If you take battle or effect damage while this card is in your GY: You can place this card from your GY in your Spell & Trap Zone as a face-up Continuous Trap. During the Main Phase, if this card is treated as a Continuous Trap: You can Tribute 1 "HERO" monster; Special Summon this card. If this card is Special Summoned from the Spell & Trap Zone: You can destroy 1 Level 4 or lower monster your opponent controls. You can only use each effect of "Vision HERO Minimum Ray" once per turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: Minimum is right because it clearly put in the bare minimum to be even remotely playable and failed miserably. None of its effects are worth using, which means its ATK and DEF have no merit either.
BLHR-EN004
Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Gingerbread House
Continuous Spell
During your opponent's Standby Phase: You can have as many monsters they control as possible gain 600 ATK, then destroy as many monsters they control as possible with 2500 or more ATK, and if you do, gain LP equal to the number of monsters destroyed x 500 (the ATK gain remains even if this card leaves the field.) You can only use this effect of "Gingerbread House" once per turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: While it can prove effective in getting rid of monsters, it can also trigger their effects when they're destroyed. Plus, for some, they'll stick around even with the extra ATK, which'll probably put you at a disadvantage.
BLHR-EN003
Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Gold Moon Coin
Normal Spell
Add 2 cards from your hand to your opponent's hand, then draw 2 cards. You can only activate 1 "Gold Moon Coin" per turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It can help to give your opponent useless cards but the cards you draw afterwards may not be any better.
BLHR-EN002
Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Water of Life
Normal Spell
If you control no monsters: Target 1 monster in your GY; Special Summon that target in Attack Position, also, for the rest of this turn after this card resolves, you cannot activate monster effects, except the effects of that Special Summoned monster on the field. You can only activate 1 "Water of Life" per turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: With all the better ways to revive monsters, there's no room for bad imitations like this one.
BLHR-EN001
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Ipiria
EARTH / Reptile / Level 2 / ATK 500 / DEF 500
If this card is Summoned: Draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Ipiria" once per turn.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It triggers more often than Skelengel but the effect is once per turn and it's very weak.
Structure Deck: Order of the Spellcasters (Continued)
SR08-EN041
Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Dwimmered Path
Normal Spell
Target 1 Spellcaster Effect Monster in your GY; add it to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Dwimmered Path" per turn.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: Ignoring the fact that this card is certainly out of place compared to where the rest of its pack is in the Deck, it's just a worse version of Monster Reincarnation and the like. Might as well revive the Spellcaster instead.
SR08-EN040
Card Type: Link Monster
Card Info Day-Breaker the Shining Magical Warrior
LIGHT / Spellcaster-Type Link / ATK 1600 / Link-2
Active Link Arrow(s): Bottom-Left and Bottom-Right
2 Spellcaster monsters
If this card is Link Summoned: Place 1 Spell Counter on it. Gains 300 ATK for each Spell Counter on it. You can only activate each of the following effects of "Day-Breaker the Shining Magical Warrior" once per turn.
● If a Spellcaster monster(s) is Special Summoned to a zone(s) this card points to: Place 1 Spell Counter on this card.
● You can remove 2 Spell Counters from this card, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Unlike the original Breaker, this guy can get more than one Spell Counter and thus will be able to use its effects more than once per turn. Unfortunately, its original ATK isn't any higher than the original.
SR08-EN023
Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Endymion's Lab
Continuous Spell
This card's name becomes "Magical Citadel of Endymion" while in the Spell & Trap Zone. Each time a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card when that Spell resolves. Once per turn, after damage calculation, if your Spellcaster monster is destroyed by battle: You can remove 6 Spell Counters from your field; Special Summon 1 Level 7 or higher Spellcaster monster from your hand or Deck. You can only activate 1 "Endymion's Lab" per turn.
COMMON
Rating: 2
Comments: That basically means you can have six Magical Citadels in your Deck but unlike Magical Citadel, this card can't be searched by Terraforming and thus is less versatile. I also don't think it's all that good to lose 6 Spell Counters and your Spellcaster-Type monster just to bring out a new one, even if it can be just about any one that is in your Deck at the time.
