The Secret Forces
THSF-EN008
Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Yosen Training Grounds
Continuous Spell
Each time a "Yosenju" monster(s) is Normal or Special Summoned, place 1 Yosen Counter on this card. You can remove any number of Yosen Counters from this card; apply this effect, depending on the number of Yosen Counters removed. You can only use this effect of "Yosen Training Grounds" once per turn.
● 1 Counter: All "Yosenju" monsters you currently control gain 300 ATK until the end of this turn (even if this card leaves the field).
● 3 Counters: Add 1 "Yosenju" card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: You can only remove 1 or three counters and of that, only the 3 Counters effect is any good but it shouldn't take long to get enough counters needed.
THSF-EN007
Card Info Yosenju Shinchu R
WIND / Rock-Type Pendulum / Level 4 / ATK 0 / DEF 2100 / Scale 5
Once per turn, if you have a "Yosenju" card in your other Pendulum Zone: You can make this card's Pendulum Scale 11 until the end of this turn, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except "Yosenju" monsters (even if this card leaves the field).
If this card is Normal Summoned: Change it to Defense Position. Your opponent cannot target "Yosenju" monsters for attacks, except this one.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: The best it offers is making its Pendulum Scale 11, which helps but also hurts your chances at victory.
THSF-EN006
Card Info Yosenju Shinchu L
WIND / Rock-Type Pendulum / Level 4 / ATK 0 / DEF 2100 / Scale 3
If a "Yosenju" monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can destroy this card instead.
If this card is Normal Summoned: Change it to Defense Position. Your opponent cannot target "Yosenju" monsters you control with card effects, except this one.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It works like any regular Pendulum that doesn't restrain what it Pendulum Summons and has low enough scale and high enough DEF to be worthwhile.
THSF-EN005
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Yosenju Kama 3
WIND / Beast-Warrior / Level 4 / ATK 1500 / DEF 800
If this card is Normal Summoned, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 "Yosenju" monster from your hand, except "Yosenju Kama 3". When another "Yosenju" monster you control inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can add 1 "Yosenju" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Yosenju Kama 3". You can only use this effect of "Yosenju Kama 3" once per turn. During the End Phase, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: Return it to the hand.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It doesn't have to be the one to inflict battle damage but thus far, only Mayosenju Daibak is worth using to activate this guy's effect.
THSF-EN004
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Yosenju Kama 2
WIND / Beast-Warrior / Level 4 / ATK 1800 / DEF 200
If this card is Normal Summoned, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 "Yosenju" monster from your hand, except "Yosenju Kama 2". This card can attack your opponent directly, but when it does so using this effect, the battle damage inflicted to your opponent is halved. During the End Phase, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: Return it to the hand.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Same as THSF-EN003's comments.
THSF-EN003
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Yosenju Kama 1
WIND / Beast-Warrior / Level 4 / ATK 1600 / DEF 500
If this card is Normal Summoned, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 "Yosenju" monster from your hand, except "Yosenju Kama 1". If you control another "Yosenju" monster: You can target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; return it to the hand. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field. During the End Phase, if this card was Normal Summoned this turn: Return it to the hand.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: You'll want to get rid of it quickly or it'll go back to your hand but then, so will any of its friends if they're Special Summoned later.
THSF-EN002
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Yosenju Miask
WIND / Beast / Level 6 / ATK 2300 / DEF 200
At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles a face-up non-WIND monster: You can destroy that monster. When this card is Pendulum Summoned: You can target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy it. During the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned this turn: Return it to the hand.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It works like AOJ Catastor in that it destroys all monsters it battles with that aren't its Attribute but unlike Catastor, this guy doesn't stay out very long due to its effect and that's not balanced by the effect to destroy a threat on the field when Pendulum Summoned.
THSF-EN001
Card Info Mayosenju Daibak
WIND / Beast-Type Pendulum / Level 10 / ATK 3000 / DEF 300 / Scale 7
When a "Yosenju" monster you control declares an attack: You can have that attacking monster gain 300 ATK until the end of the Battle Phase.
Cannot be Special Summoned, except by Pendulum Summon. This card's Pendulum Summon cannot be negated. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target up to 2 cards on the field; return them to the hand. During the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned this turn: Return it to the hand.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: A strong monster with a high scale that can get rid of up to 2 threats but while its Pendulum Summon can't be negated, you can't Special Summon it other ways and it doesn't stay on the field long.
HERO Strike Structure Deck
SDHS-EN044
Card Type: Fusion Monster
Card Info Masked HERO Dark Law
DARK / Warrior-Type Fusion / Level 6 / ATK 2400 / DEF 1800
Must be Special Summoned with "Mask Change" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Any card sent to your opponent's Graveyard is banished instead. Once per turn, if your opponent adds a card(s) from their Deck to their hand (except during the Draw Phase or the Damage Step): You can banish 1 random card from your opponent's hand.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: A bit weak for your efforts but at least banishes any card sent to your opponent's Graveyard and can reduce their options when they add from their Deck to their hand.
SDHS-EN043
Card Type: Fusion Monster
Card Info Masked HERO Divine Wind
WIND / Warrior-Type Fusion / Level 8 / ATK 2700 / DEF 1900
Must be Special Summoned with "Mask Change" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Cannot be destroyed by battle. Your opponent can attack with only 1 monster during each Battle Phase. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can draw 1 card.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 3
Comments: Your efforts are rewarded greatly because this guy can't be destroyed in battle, restricts your opponent to attacking with 1 monster per Battle Phase and each time it takes out an opponent's monster in battle, you draw 1 card!
SDHS-EN042
Card Type: Fusion Monster
Card Info Masked HERO Koga
LIGHT / Warrior-Type Fusion / Level 8 / ATK 2500 / DEF 1800
Must be Special Summoned with "Mask Change" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card gains 500 ATK for each monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can banish 1 "HERO" monster from your Graveyard, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; that target loses ATK equal to the ATK of the monster banished to activate this effect.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: One of the newer viable options as it'll likely get some extra ATK by its effect and even if it doesn't, you can use its other effect to help out but once this guy is gone, he cannot be revived.
SDHS-EN041
Card Type: Fusion Monster
Card Info Contrast HERO Chaos
DARK / Warrior-Type Fusion / Level 9 / ATK 3000 / DEF 2600
2 "Masked HERO" monsters
(This card is always treated as an "Elemental HERO" card.)
Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. While face-up on the field, this card is also LIGHT-Attribute. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 face-up card on the field; negate that target's effects until the end of this turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It's a bit tough to bring out as you need two Masked HERO monsters but it also is an Elemental HERO card and a LIGHT monster. The effect isn't all that great though.
SDHS-EN021
Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Mask Charge
Normal Spell
Target 1 "HERO" monster and 1 "Change" Quick-Play Spell Card in your Graveyard; add those targets to your hand.
COMMON
Rating: 2
Comments: A bit better than Monster Reincarnation because you can pick up just about everything you need to bring out a Masked HERO monster but you'll need a monster out to make the efforts any good.
SDHS-EN020
Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Form Change
Quick-Play Spell
Target 1 "HERO" Fusion Monster you control; return it to the Extra Deck, then Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Masked HERO" monster with the same Level as that monster's original Level, but with a different name. (This Special Summon is treated as a Special Summon with "Mask Change".)
COMMON
Rating: 2
Comments: If your current HERO Fusion isn't enough, you can trade it in for a Masked JERO one with the same Level and it does count as being Special Summoned with Mask Change like Mask Change II but you also risk losing your new monster.
SDHS-EN019
Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Mask Change II
Quick-Play Spell
Discard 1 card, then target 1 face-up monster you control that has a Level; send it to the Graveyard, also, after that, if it left the field by this effect, Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Masked HERO" monster with the same Attribute, but a higher Level than, the Attribute/Level the monster had when it was on the field (its original Attribute/Level, if face-down. This Special Summon is treated as a Special Summon with "Mask Change"). You can only activate 1 "Mask Change II" per turn.
COMMON
Rating: 2
Comments: Masked HEROes do have some viable options and the only thing this card really cares about is that the Masked HERO you bring out has the same Attribute as the one you sent to the Graveyard and being a Quick-Play Spell helps to surprise your opponent.
SDHS-EN001
Card Type: Effect Monster
Card Info Elemental HERO Shadow Mist
DARK / Warrior / Level 4 / ATK 1000 / DEF 1500
If this card is Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Change" Quick-Play Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can add 1 "HERO" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Elemental HERO Shadow Mist". You can only use 1 "Elemental HERO Shadow Mist" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: You get to trigger one of its effects by either Special Summoning it and getting the Change Quick-Play Spell or having it get sent to the Graveyard to pick up a new HERO monster but you can't use both effects that turn and neither one really makes up for its dismal stats.
Astral Pack Six
AP06-EN021
Card Type: Fusion Monster
Card Info Man-eating Black Shark
WATER / Fish-Type Fusion / Level 5 / ATK 2100 / DEF 1300
"Sea Kamen" + "Gruesome Goo" + "Amazon of the Seas"
SHORT PRINT COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: The Sharknado movies had better sharks than this.
AP06-EN015
Card Type: Normal Monster
Card Info Gruesome Goo
WATER / Aqua / Level 3 / ATK 1300 / DEF 700
A slime boss that is definitely tougher than it looks.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: Tougher than it looks and has those dismal stats? I don't think so.
AP06-EN014
Card Type: Normal Monster
Card Info Sea Kamen
WATER / Aqua / Level 4 / ATK 1100 / DEF 1300
A merciless monster that tears opponents to shreds with razor-like claws.
COMMON
Rating: 1
Comments: Lore that does not accurately represent the monster's true strength on the field because those stats indicate that this guy is the one to be shredded.
Noble Knights of the Round Table Box Set (Continued)
NKRT-EN017
Card Type: Spell Card
Card Info Last Chapter of the Noble Knights
Normal Spell
If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters: You can target 1 "Noble Arms" Equip Spell Card and 1 appropriate "Noble Knight" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that monster, and if you do, equip that Equip Spell Card to that appropriate monster. You can only activate 1 "Last Chapter of the Noble Knights" per turn.
PLATINUM RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: You risk your empty Monster Card Zones on a card that can help even the playing field and that isn't bad but if that monster is removed, you can't play another copy of this.
