Unrated Card Ratings (Page 31)

Duelist Saga
DUSA-EN002

Silent Angler
WATER / Fish / Level 4 / ATK 800 / DEF 1400
If you control a WATER monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand), but you cannot Special Summon monsters from your hand for the rest of this turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: It's probably been silent because it's such a poor Monster Card. Certainly not one of the better cards from the Japanese Shark and Rio Duelist Pack.
DUSA-EN001

Double Fin Shark
WATER / Fish / Level 4 / ATK 1000 / DEF 1200
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Level 3 or 4 WATER Fish-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in Defense Position, but it has its effects negated. You cannot Special Summon any monsters during the turn you activate this effect, except WATER monsters.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Easy Rank 4 Xyz Summon (or Rank 3 with A Legendary Ocean) but unless it's Normal Summoned, you won't be getting much out of it except a feeble defense.
Fusion Enforcers (Continued)
FUEN-EN037
Omega Summon
Normal Trap
Target any number of your banished "Invoked" monsters with different names; Special Summon them in Defense Position.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Banishing effects are more likely these days to get around monster effects that trigger when they're destroyed and/or sent to the Graveyard but you probably won't have many to get from the banished pile.
FUEN-EN036
The Book of Law
Quick-Play Spell
Tribute 1 "Invoked" monster; Special Summon 1 "Invoked" monster from your Extra Deck with a different original Attribute from that monster's. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.) You can only activate 1 "The Book of the Law" per turn.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Almost all of the Invoked Fusion Monsters are fair game and it's an automatic Fusion Summon but unless you already have an Invoked monster out, this card won't do you much good and doesn't do anything else afterwards.
FUEN-EN035
Invocation
Normal Spell
Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand as Fusion Materials. If Summoning an "Invoked" Fusion Monster this way, you can also banish monsters from your field and/or either player's Graveyard as Fusion Materials. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can target 1 of your banished "Aleister the Invoker"; shuffle this card into the Deck, and if you do, add that card to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Invocation" once per turn.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: You don't have to Fusion Summon Invoked Fusion Monsters but doing so does give you more Fusion Materials, especially from your opponent. The other effect isn't that great though.
FUEN-EN034
Magical Meltdown
Field Spell
When this card is activated: You can add 1 "Aleister the Invoker" from your Deck to your hand. The activation of your cards and effects that include an effect that Fusion Summons a Fusion Monster cannot be negated, also your opponent's cards and effects cannot activate when a monster is Fusion Summoned this way. You can only activate 1 "Magical Meltdown" per turn.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: This ensures you're at least closer to Fusion Summoning an Invoked Fusion Monster or if you're ready to go will ensure the Fusion Summon is successful but only during that time.
FUEN-EN033
Invoked Elysium
LIGHT / Fairy-Type Fusion / Level 10 / ATK 3200 / DEF 4000
1 "Invoked" monster + 1 monster that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck
Must first be Fusion Summoned with the above Fusion Materials. While face-up on the field, this card is also DARK, EARTH, WATER, FIRE, and WIND-Attribute. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 "Invoked" monster you control or in your Graveyard; banish it and all monsters your opponent controls with the same Attribute as that monster.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It's difficult to get out but any Spell/Trap Cards that support Attributes work with this and the effect can be effective, though it'll cost you a resource from your field or Graveyard and may not achieve all that much.
FUEN-EN032
Invoked Mechaba
LIGHT / Machine-Type Fusion / Level 9 / ATK 2500 / DEF 2100
"Aleister the Invoker" + 1 LIGHT monster
Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated: You can send the same type of card (Monster, Spell, or Trap) from your hand to the Graveyard; negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It's sad when a monster that is weaker than a vanilla Fusion Monster gets a higher rating thanks to having at least a usable effect.
FUEN-EN031

Invoked Magellanica
EARTH / Rock-Type Fusion / Level 8 / ATK 3000 / DEF 3300
"Aleister the Invoker" + 1 EARTH monster
SECRET RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: So we're just going to have this guy be the oddball with no benefits at all? That's going to cost it any chances of a high rating.
FUEN-EN030
Invoked Purgatrio
FIRE / Fiend-Type Fusion / Level 7 / ATK 2300 / DEF 2000
"Aleister the Invoker" + 1 FIRE monster
This card gains 200 ATK for each card your opponent controls. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls, once each. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Even just 5 cards will give it 1000 ATK but using the 2nd effect will cost it that ATK boost and reduce damage dealt by the 3rd effect.
FUEN-EN029

Invoked Cocytus
WATER / Dragon-Type Fusion / Level 6 / ATK 1800 / DEF 2900
"Aleister the Invoker" + 1 WATER monster
Cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. Your opponent cannot target this card with card effects. This card can attack while in face-up Defense Position. If it does, apply its ATK for damage calculation.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It's automatically safe from harm but attacking while it's in Defense Mode forces it to use its ATK, whch may not be that strong.
FUEN-EN028
Invoked Raidjin
WIND / Warrior-Type Fusion / Level 5 / ATK 2200 / DEF 2400
"Aleister the Invoker" + 1 WIND monster
Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; change it to face-down Defense Position.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: So these guys all use Aleister the Invoker and another Attribute to Fusion Summon but this guy is only slightly better.
FUEN-EN027
Invoked Caliga
DARK / Beast-Type Fusion / Level 4 / ATK 1000 / DEF 1800
"Aleister the Invoker" + 1 DARK monster
If a player's monster effect attempts to activate, none of that player's monsters can activate their effects for the rest of this turn while this card is face-up on the field. Each player can attack with only 1 monster during each Battle Phase.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 1
Comments: It's weak and only locks your opponent's monster effects while hurting both players' ability to attack with multiple monsters.
FUEN-EN026

Aleister the Invoker
DARK / Spellcaster / Level 4 / ATK 1000 / DEF 1800
During either player's turn: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard, then target 1 Fusion Monster you control; it gains 1000 ATK and DEF until the end of this turn. If this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up: You can add 1 "Invocation" from your Deck to your hand.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Don't bother with the 1st effect as it's pretty situational and temporary. Getting the Fusion Summoning card isn't that bad, especailly if you're bringing out an Invoked Fusion Monster.
FUEN-EN020

Frightfur Kraken
WATER / Fiend-Type Fusion / Level 8 / ATK 2200 / DEF 3000
1 "Edge Imp" monster + 1 "Fluffal" monster
Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; send it to the Graveyard. This card cannot attack directly the turn this effect is activated. This card can make a second attack during each Battle Phase. Once per turn, at the end of the Battle Phase, if this card battled: You can change this card to Defense Position.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Being able to get rid of any opponent's monster free of charge each turn isn't all that bad but if that's your opponent's only monster, this guy can't attack but can attack twice during the same Battle Phase and change its battle position to put its 3000 DEF to good use.
FUEN-EN015

Fluffal Penguin
WATER / Fairy / Level 4 / ATK 1600 / DEF 1100
During your Main Phase: You can Special Summon 1 "Fluffal" monster from your hand, except "Fluffal Penguin". This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field. If this card is sent to the Graveyard as a Fusion Material for a Fusion Summon of a "Frightfur" Fusion Monster: You can draw 2 cards, then discard 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Fluffal Penguin" once per turn.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: You can't Special Summon another copy of itself with its 1st effect but anything else is fair game but the effect isn't going to happen again until the effect is reset. The other effect isn't bad either but you're still discarding 1 card and thus not really adding much to your hand.
FUEN-EN014
Fluffal Octopus
WATER / Fairy / Level 1 / ATK 800 / DEF 800
When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 "Fluffal" or "Edge Imp" monster in your Graveyard; add it to your hand. If this card is sent to the Graveyard as a Fusion Material for a Fusion Summon of a "Frightfur" Fusion Monster: You can target up to 2 of your banished monsters; return them to the Graveyard. You can only use each effect of "Fluffal Octopus" once per turn.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Neither effect is all that great but of the two, the first effect is better.
FUEN-EN013

Predaplanet
Continuous Trap
If a monster with a Predator Counter leaves the field while this card is face-up on the field: Add 1 "Predap" card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Predaplanet" once per turn. You can banish this card from your Graveyard; Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Materials. Only "Predaplant" monsters can be used as Fusion Materials for a Fusion Summon using this effect.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: It doesn't give any Predator Counters to any monsters but once you get them on monsters, it shouldn't be hard to get them off the field and thus gain a new Predaplant monster or support card. Fusion Summoning by its effect is prtobably not the best idea though since it's limited to using Predaplants as Fusion Materials.
FUEN-EN012

Predapruning
Equip Spell
Activate this card by targeting 1 "Predaplant" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it and equip it with this card. When this card leaves the field, destroy that monster.
SUPER RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: No cost to activate it and it's not specific on any properties of Predaplants you can revive but if the Equip Spell goes so does the Predaplant monster it revived.
FUEN-EN011

Predaponics
Continuous Spell
Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Predaplant" monster from your hand or Graveyard, but it has its effects negated (even if this card leaves the field). Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, pay 800 LP or destroy this card.
SECRET RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: You can use the Predaplants you bring out with this for whatever you need but you won't be doing much else with them and will have to pay to keep the card out in the first place.
