SD10-EN037 Trap Card Roll Out! Normal Trap Select 1 Union Monster in your Graveyard and equip it to an appropriate monster on your side of the field. (Common) Rating: 1 A pretty bad card overall. |
SD10-EN036 Trap Card Covering Fire Normal Trap If your opponent's monsters attacks a monster on your side of the field, you can activate this card during the Damage Step. Your attacked monster gains ATK equal to the ATK of 1 other face-up monster on your side of the field during the Damage Step only. (Common) Rating: 3 Protect your weaker Monsters, deal damage to your opponent, and destroy their Monster all with this card! |
SD10-EN035 Trap Card Rare Metalmorph Continuous Trap Select 1 Machine-Type monster on your side of the field; it gains 500 ATK. Only once, negate the effect of a Spell Card that targets the monster. When the selected monster is removed from the field, destroy this card. (Common) Rating: 2 It does give the designated Monster 500 ATK, which is more than Metalmorph but doesn't allow the Monster to gain half of the attack target's ATK like Metalmorph. Still not the worst card though. |
SD10-EN034 Trap Card Micro Ray Normal Trap The DEF of 1 face-up monster on the field becomes 0 until the end of this turn. (Common) Rating: 1 This card is only useful to take out a high defense Monster or increase damage for trample effects. |
SD10-EN033 Trap Card Sakuretsu Armor Normal Trap Activate only when your opponent declares an attack. Destroy the attacking monster. (Common) Rating: 2 The fact is, it only destroys 1 Monster while Mirror Force can destroy up to 5 so use that instead if you're trying to run this card in 3's. |
SD10-EN032 Trap Card Ultimate Offering Continuous Trap By paying 500 Life Points, Normal Summon or Set 1 extra monster. You can only activate this effect during your Main Phase or your opponent's Battle Phase. (Common) Rating: 2 Paying 500 LPs can be worth it if you don't have Monsters out but you may not be able to pay to summon the Monster and Jinzo and Royal Decree can negate it. |
SD10-EN031 Trap Card Stronghold the Moving Fortress Continuous Trap After activation, Special Summon this card in Defense Position; it is treated as an Effect Monster Card (Machine-Type/EARTH/Level 4/ATK 0/DEF 2000). (This card is still treated as a Trap Card.) While "Green Gadget", "Red Gadget", and "Yellow Gadget" are all face-up on your side of the field, the ATK of this card becomes 3000. (Common) Rating: 2 It has 2000 DEF without the Gadgets but with them, it gets 3000 ATK, which is quite nice but this card can be negated by Jinzo or Royal Decree. |
SD10-EN030 Spell Card Pot of Avarice Normal Spell Select 5 Monster Cards from your Graveyard, then add them to your Deck and shuffle it. After that, draw 2 cards. (Common) Rating: 4 Return the 5 Exodia pieces or any decent Monsters to reuse their effects or re-summon them! Better still, you get to draw 2 cards afterwards! |
SD10-EN029 Spell Card Machine Duplication Normal Spell Select 1 Machine-Type monster with 500 or less ATK on your side of the field. You can Special Summon up to 2 cards with the same name from your Deck. (Common) Rating: 1 This card has VERY LIMITED USE since only a small handful of Monsters can fulfill its requirements. |
SD10-EN028 Spell Card Weapon Change Continuous Spell Once during each of your Standby Phases, you can pay 700 Life Points to activate this card's effect. Switch the ATK and DEF of 1 Warrior-Type or Machine-Type monster on your side of the field until the end of your opponent's next turn. When this card is destroyed, the effect is negated. (Common) Rating: 1 There's no point in using this card except for giving Gear Golem 2200 ATK for attacking directly. |
SD10-EN027 Spell Card Enemy Controller Quick-Play Spell Select and activate 1 of these effects: ● Change the Battle Position of 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field. ● Tribute 1 monster. Select 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field. Take control of the selected card until the end of this turn. (Common) Rating: 3 Tribute a weak Monster to steal an opponent's Monster to tribute it for something better or put the attacking Monster in Defense Mode to save your LPs or your Monsters! |
SD10-EN026 Spell Card Heavy Storm Normal Spell Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field. (Common) Rating: 3 Same comments as SD10-EN024. |
SD10-EN025 Spell Card Limiter Removal Quick-Play Spell Double the ATK of all face-up Machine-Type monsters on your side of the field, until the end of this turn. During the End Phase, destroy all monsters that were affected by this effect. (Common) Rating: 2 Machine Monsters not strong enough? Boost them with this card! Still, it destroys all Machine-Type Monsters affected by this card at your End Phase. |
SD10-EN024 Spell Card Mystical Space Typhoon Quick-Play Spell Destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field. (Common) Rating: 3 Still one of the best Spell and Trap removers around! |
SD10-EN023 Spell Card Ancient Gear Castle Continuous Spell Each face-up "Ancient Gear" monster gains 300 ATK. Each time a monster(s) is Normal Summoned or Set, put 1 counter on this card. If you Tribute Summon an "Ancient Gear" monster, you can substitute this card for a Tribute(s), if the number of counters on this card is equal to or greater than the number of required Tribute(s). (Common) Rating: 4 Not only do Ancient Gear Monsters get 300 ATK, but you get a free summon of a high Level Ancient Gear Monster! Plus, your opponent only makes it easier since he or she will probably play Monsters! |
SD10-EN022 Spell Card Ancient Gear Drill Normal Spell Activate only by discarding 1 card from your hand while a face-up "Ancient Gear" monster is on your side of the field. Select 1 Spell Card from your Deck and Set it on your side of the field. You cannot use that Spell Card this turn. (Common) Rating: 1 Read my comments on SD10-EN020 for this card's comments. |
SD10-EN021 Spell Card Ancient Gear Factory Normal Spell Select 1 "Ancient Gear" monster in your hand (show the monster to your opponent). Remove from play "Ancient Gear" cards in your Graveyard whose total Levels are equal to double the selected card's. You don't have to Tribute when you Normal Summon the selected card this turn. (Common) Rating: 1 It makes summoning the Ancient Gear Monsters with tributes easier, it still counts as a Normal Summon so you may be better off Tribute Summoning the Monster instead so only use this in Crowler decks. |
SD10-EN020 Spell Card Ancient Gear Fist Equip Spell Equip only to an "Ancient Gear" monster. Destroy any monster that battles with it, at the end of the Damage Step. (Common) Rating: 1 See my comments on SD10-EN019 for this card's comments. |
SD10-EN019 Spell Card Ancient Gear Explosive Normal Spell Target 1 face-up "Ancient Gear" monster on your side of the field when you activate this card. Destroy the targeted monster and inflict damage equal to half its original ATK to your opponent. (Common) Rating: 1 It's not worth it. Use it only in a Crowler deck. |
SD10-EN018 Spell Card Ancient Gear Tank Equip Spell Equip only to an "Ancient Gear" monster. It gains 600 ATK. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, inflict 600 damage to your opponent. (Common) Rating: 3 Put the extra hurt on your opponent's LPs by giving it to Gear Golem or Gadjiltron Dragon/Chimera! |
SD10-EN017 Spell Card Ancient Gear Workshop Normal Spell Add 1 "Ancient Gear" monster from your Graveyard to your hand. (Common) Rating: 2 It's okay for bringing out Gadjiltron Dragon once more or to provide an extra defense but that's it. |
SD10-EN016 Effect Monster Ancient Gear Cannon EARTH | Machine | Level 2 | ATK 500 | DEF 500 By Tributing this card, inflict 500 damage to your opponent, and then neither player can activate Trap Cards during the Battle Phase of this turn. (Common) Rating: 1 He's no better than Ancient Gear with the exception of 400 more ATK. |
SD10-EN015 Effect Monster Ancient Gear EARTH | Machine | Level 2 | ATK 100 | DEF 800 While an "Ancient Gear" is face-up on your side of the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand in Attack Position. (Common) Rating: 1 Summoning him in Attack Position may be better than taking direct damage but still, 100 ATK is far from being able to destroy anything in battle except Thousand-Eyes Idol, Restrict, or Relinquished. |
SD10-EN014 Effect Monster Ancient Gear Soldier EARTH | Machine | Level 4 | ATK 1300 | DEF 1300 If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. (Common) Rating: 1 While he's safe from your opponent's Spell and Trap Cards when he attacks, he's no match for Whiptail Crow (1650 ATK) or Barrox (1380 ATK). Truly one of the worst of the Ancient Gear Monsters. |
SD10-EN013 Effect Monster Ancient Gear Beast EARTH | Machine | Level 6 | ATK 2000 | DEF 2000 This card cannot be Special Summoned. The effects of your opponent's monsters that this card destroys by battle are negated. If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. (Common) Rating: 2 2000 ATK and DEF isn't all bad for giving you a response-free attack with him but is no match for Level 4 Giant Orc at 2200 or Level 6 Summoned Skull. Don't use this outside Dr. Crowler decks. |
SD10-EN012 Effect Monster Ancient Gear Golem EARTH | Machine | Level 8 | ATK 3000 | DEF 3000 This card cannot be Special Summoned. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. (Common) Rating: 4 Boasting 3000 ATK and DEF is nice to start but possessing a trample effect is even nicer! The fact is, he can't be Special Summoned and that's why his rating is 4/5. |
SD10-EN011 Effect Monster Heavy Mech Support Platform DARK | Machine-Type Union | Level 3 | ATK 500 | DEF 500 Once per turn, if you control this monster on the field, you can equip it to a face-up Machine-Type monster on your side of the field as an Equip Card, OR unequip it and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. When equipped to a monster by this card's effect, that monster gains 500 ATK and DEF. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, this card is destroyed instead.) (Common) Rating: 1 500 ATK and DEF is just terrible and he doesn't hold any type of decent effect so don't use him outside Zane decks. |
SD10-EN010 Effect Monster Gear Golem the Moving Fortress EARTH | Machine | Level 4 | ATK 800 | DEF 2200 Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, by paying 800 Life Points, this card can attack your opponent directly this turn. (Common) Rating: 3 Having 2200 DEF at Level 4 makes him the highest DEF Monster with no drawback! His 800 ATK and lousy effect aren't too useful though. |
SD10-EN009 Effect Monster Cannon Soldier DARK | Machine | Level 4 | ATK 1400 | DEF 1300 By Tributing 1 monster, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. (Common) Rating: 1 This card is just terrible. Tributing a Monster isn't worth dealing a mere 500 damage to your opponent. Plus stats of (1400/1300) don't do it justice either. |
SD10-EN008 Effect Monster Yellow Gadget EARTH | Machine | Level 4 | ATK 1200 | DEF 1200 When you Normal Summon or Special Summon this card, you can add 1 "Green Gadget" from your Deck to your hand. (Common)s Rating: 2 The weakest of the 3 Gadgets but like the other two, it won't be taking out many Monsters with 1200 ATK or staying on the field long with 1200 DEF. |
SD10-EN007 Effect Monster Red Gadget EARTH | Machine | Level 4 | ATK 1300 | DEF 1500 When you Normal Summon or Special Summon this card, you can add 1 "Yellow Gadget" from your Deck to your hand. (Common) Rating: 2 Like Green Gadget this card isn't the strongest Level 4 Monster out there but there is some potential in him with Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon though. |
SD10-EN006 Effect Monster Green Gadget EARTH | Machine | Level 4 | ATK 1400 | DEF 600 When you Normal Summon or Special Summon this card, you can add 1 "Red Gadget" from your Deck to your hand. (Common) Rating: 2 One of Yugi's cards from his duel with Atem (Pharaoh). It doesn't exactly have the best stats ever at (1400/600) but it can be useful at times. |
SD10-EN005 Normal Monster Mechanicalchaser DARK | Machine | Level 4 | ATK 1850 | DEF 800 A hunter that relentlessly pursues its target by order of the Machine King. (Common) Rating: 3 1850 ATK is quite strong but the fact that it's not 1900 brings it down to 3/5. |
SD10-EN004 Effect Monster Boot-Up Soldier - Dread Dynamo EARTH | Machine | Level 4 | ATK 0 | DEF 2000 While you have a face-up 'Gadget' monster on your side of the field, this card gains 2000 ATK. (Common) Rating: 1 It has 2000 DEF and it can become 2000 ATK and DEF but that's if a Gadget Monster is face up on your side of the field. |
SD10-EN003 Effect Monster Ancient Gear Engineer EARTH | Machine | Level 5 | ATK 1500 | DEF 1500 Negate the effect of any Trap Card that targets this card, and destroy that Trap Card. If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. When this card attacks, destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on your opponent's side of the field at the end of the Damage Step. (Common) Rating: 2 The one tribute for stats of (1500/1500) are what bring this card's rating down. The other effects help it somewhat though. |
SD10-EN002 Effect Monster Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Chimera EARTH | Machine | Level 6 | ATK 2300 | DEF 1300 If you Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 of the following monsters, this card gains the appropriate effect: ● Green Gadget: This card gains 300 ATK. ● Red Gadget: If this card successfully attacks your opponent directly, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. ● Yellow Gadget: If this card destroys your opponent's monster by battle, inflict 700 damage to your opponent. (Common) Rating: 2 2300 ATK for 1 tribute is pretty bad when compared to Summoned Skull and the burn damage isn't amazing either. |
SD10-EN001 Effect Monster Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon EARTH | Machine | Level 8 | ATK 3000 | DEF 2000 If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. If you Tribute Summon this card by Tributing any of the following monster(s), this card gets the appropriate effect(s): ● "Green Gadget": When this card attacks with an ATK that is higher than the DEF of a Defense Position monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points. ● "Red Gadget": When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, inflict 400 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. ● "Yellow Gadget": When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, inflict 600 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. (Ultra Rare) Rating: 3 An interesting Monster. Tribute the right Gadget Monster for more damage! Still, the minimum burn damage isn't much these days. |
