Comments: Clearly Counter Counter must be a filler card since it is nowhere worthy enough or rare enough to be worth reprinting.

Comments: A good card but its activation requirements prevent its rating from rising higher.  
Dimensional Inversion

Activate only when a monster(s) you own is removed from play by an opponent's effect. Special Summon 1 of those monsters.

Comments: Unless your opponent uses Bottomless (or Torrential if Dimensional Fissure/Macro Cosmos is out) then I doubt you'll be using this card very often, if at all so don't bother.
Instant Fusion
Normal Spell
Pay 1000 Life Points. Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.) It cannot attack, and is destroyed during the End Phase. Only 1 "Instant Fusion" can be activated per turn.

Comments: This card probably also was reprinted for updated text and nothing more. I have a feeling there is more like this to come.  
Memory Crusher
DARK / Fiend / Level 3 / ATK 1000 / DEF 600
If this card successfully attacks directly, inflict 100 damage to your opponent for each card in their Extra Deck.

Comments: This guy hasn't crushed my memory. I know fully well that he's terrible and was most likely reprinted to update its text.  
Homunculus the Alchemic Being
LIGHT / Plant / Level 4 / ATK 1800 / DEF 1600
Once per turn, you can change the Attribute of this monster.

Comments: Even if you don't use his effect, his 1800 ATK will serve you well! 
Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast
DARK / Machine / Level 7 / ATK 2800 / DEF 2000
You can Normal Summon or Set this card without Tributing. If you do, its original ATK and DEF are halved.

Comments: Yes he combos well with Skill Drain but so do many other of the horrible monsters like him. He may have dual modes but he has no playability.
Life Absorbing Machine
Continuous Trap
During your Standby Phase, gain Life Points equal to half of the total Life Points you paid during your last turn.

Comments: If you happened to have paid big LPs for another card effect (in which case you were stupid) then you'll get half of that back but in most cases, it won't be much (and it takes a bit to actually get anything from this card) 
Shovel Crusher
EARTH / Machine / Level 3 / ATK 900 / DEF 1200
Armed with a pair of shovels, this monster will destroy anything that stands in its way.
Rating: 1
Comments: A 900 ATK monster that can "destroy anything that gets in its way"? That would certainly be the day but it won't be this one since he's clearly no match for virtually anything at all.
Doom Shaman
DARK / Spellcaster-Type Gemini / Level 6 / ATK 2400 / DEF 2000
This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:
● Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Fiend-Type monster from your hand or from either player's Graveyard. When this card is removed from the field, destroy all Fiend-Type monsters Special Summoned by this effect.

Comments: Normally worthy of 4 stars its effect is why it isn't getting a 4-star rating.
Dark World Dealings

Each player draws 1 card. Then each player discards 1 card.

Comments: Sure it can help Dark World decks out by bringing them out quickly but the drawing 1 card is situational since it could allow either player to gain an advantage over the other.  
Vanity's Fiend
DARK / Fiend / Level 6 / ATK 2400 / DEF 1200
This card cannot be Special Summoned. While this card is on the field, neither player can Special Summon monsters.
Rating: 3
Comments: Very high ATK is pretty good for one tribute! His effect keeps his rating from rising or falling.  
Spell Striker
EARTH / Warrior / Level 3 / ATK 600 / DEF 200
You can Special Summon this card by removing from play 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard. This card can attack your opponent directly. You take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card.
Rating: 3
Comments: For his stats, letting him attack directly, be Special Summoned and prevent you from attacking damage is pretty good! 
Fairy King Truesdale
WATER / Plant / Level 6 / ATK 2200 /  DEF 1500
While this card is in Defense Position, all Plant-Type monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF.

Comments: There are just some cards that shouldn't be reprinted and this one is one of them.  
Elemental Hero Ocean
WATER / Warrior / Level 4 / ATK 1500 / DEF 1200
Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can return 1 "Elemental Hero", "Destiny Hero" or "Evil Hero" monster from your side of the field or your Graveyard to its owner's hand.
Rating: 2
Comments: He needs protection to stay out after you summon him or there's little chance he'll be on your field at the end of your opponent's Battle Phase. His effects give him 2 stars.
Lonefire Blossom
FIRE / Plant / Level 3 / ATK 500 / DEF 1400
Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 face-up Plant-Type monster to Special Summon 1 Plant-Type monster from your Deck.

Comments: I guess it may have been made a Super Rare here because it can use itself to bring out more powerful Plant-Type monsters but I can do that for free just by tributing another monster.
Gladiator Beast Bestiari
WIND / Winged Beast / Level 4 / ATK 1500 / DEF 800
When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Gladiator Beast" monster, destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field. At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card attacked or was attacked, you can return it to the Deck to Special Summon 1 "Gladiator Beast" monster from your Deck, except "Gladiator Beast Bestiari".

Comments: It's because he's only workable in Gladiator Beast decks that his rating is only 1 star.

Comments: I'll admit that this card was worth being hard to get and should've been back in Flaming Eternity. Its effect can be activated almost anytime! 
Legendary Jujitsu Master
EARTH / Rock / Level 3 / ATK 1300 / DEF 1800
A monster that battles with this Defense Position card is returned to the top of its owner's Deck at the end of the Damage Step.

Comments: It can rid the field of an opponent's best monster or one that was hard to summon but its stats won't keep it out long.  
Voltic Kong
LIGHT / Beast / Level 4 / ATK 1800 / DEF 1000
When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, send 1 card from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard for each face-up LIGHT monster you control.

Comments: His ATK is decent but his effect isn't as great but there is potential in it, though.
