Brothers of Legend (BROL-EN) Card Ratings

1. Cards not rated below were not new and/or had no drastic changes to how they were meant to be used.
2. Card gallery: https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Set_Card_Galleries:Brothers_of_Legend_(TCG-EN-1E)
                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN091 | Spell Card
Rank-Up Magic Argent Chaos Force
Normal Spell
Target 1 Rank 5 or higher Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number C" or "CXyz" monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using that target as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer its materials to the Summoned monster.) When a Rank 5 or higher Xyz Monster(s) is Special Summoned to your field while this card is in your GY (except during the Damage Step): You can add this card to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Rank-Up-Magic Argent Chaos Force" once per Duel.
(Ultra Rare)

Being once per Duel is unncessary becuase nothing it offers is worth using even once. It shouldn't be so restrained.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN087 | Link Monster
Relinquished Anima
DARK | Spellcaster-Type Link | ATK 0 | Link-1
Active Link Arrow(s):
Top
1 Level 1 monster, except a Token
You can target 1 face-up monster this card points to; equip that face-up monster to this card (max. 1). You can only use this effect of "Relinquished Anima" once per turn. This card gains ATK equal to that equipped monster's.
(Ultra Rare)

Konami tried to reinvent Relinquished but when you reinvent something that was already good, you tend to fail and Konami sure did.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN086 | Xyz Monster
Beatrice, Lady of the Eternal
LIGHT | Fairy-Type Xyz |
Rank 6 | ATK 2500 | DEF 2800

2 Level 6 monsters
You can also Xyz Summon this card by sending 1 "Burning Abyss" monster from your hand to the GY, then using 1 "Dante" monster you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.) If Summoned this way, the following effect cannot be activated this turn. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; send 1 card from your Deck to the GY. If this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card and sent to your GY: You can Special Summon 1 "Burning Abyss" monster from your Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions.
(Ultra Rare)

The only thing eternal is her lack of playability. She can only support a bad Deck and is otherwise hard to Summon.

                               Rating: 3 | BROL-EN080 | Effect Monster
Nibiru, the Primal Being
LIGHT | Rock | Level 11 | ATK 3000 | DEF 600
During the Main Phase, if your opponent Normal or Special Summoned 5 or more monsters this turn (Quick Effect): You can Tribute as many face-up monsters on the field as possible, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your hand, then Special Summon 1 "Primal Being Token" (Rock/LIGHT/Level 11/
ATK ?/DEF ?) to your opponent's field. (This Token's ATK/DEF become the combined original ATK/DEF of the Tributed monsters.) You can only use this effect of "Nibiru, the Primal Being" once per turn.
(Prismatic Secret Rare)

The effect is a really bad idea but at least it has 3000 ATK.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN079 | Effect Monster
The Phantom Knights of Ragged Gloves
DARK | Warrior | Level 3 | ATK 1000 | DEF 500
A DARK Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card on the field as material gains this effect.
● If it is Xyz Summoned: It gains 1000 ATK.
You can banish this card from your GY; send 1 "Phantom Knights" card from your Deck to the GY. You can only use each effect of "The Phantom Knights of Ragged Gloves" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

Slightly better than that Heroic Challenger monster that gave 800 ATK but apart from that, it's not really any better than the previous two cards.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN078 | Effect Monster
Edea the Heavenly Squire
LIGHT | Warrior | Level 1 | ATK 800 | DEF 1000
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 monster with 800 ATK/1000 DEF from your Deck in Defense Position, except "Edea the Heavenly Squire", also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn. If this card is sent to the GY: You can target 1 of your banished "Monarch" Spells/Traps; add it to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Edea the Heavenly Squire" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

No aiding in Tribute Summoning for this guy so no extra star for her either.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN077 | Effect Monster
Eidos the Underworld Squire
DARK | Spellcaster | Level 2 | ATK 800 | DEF 1000
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: During your Main Phase this turn, you can Tribute Summon 1 monster, in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 monster with 800 ATK/1000 DEF in your GY, except "Eidos the Underworld Squire"; Special Summon it in Defense Position, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Eidos the Underworld Squire" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

Not much you can do with this except apply its effect to get your stronger monster on the field and you cannot even get another copy of itself, which is lame because you won't be Tribute Summoning again that turn anyway.

                               Rating: 3 | BROL-EN069 | Fusion Monster
Evil HERO Malicious Bane
DARK | Fiend-Type Fusion | Level 8 | ATK 3000 | DEF 3000
1 "Evil HERO" monster + 1 Level 5 or higher monster
Must be Special Summoned with "Dark Fusion". Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. During your Main Phase: You can destroy all monsters your opponent controls with ATK less than or equal to this card's, also this card gains 200 ATK for each monster destroyed this way, also you cannot declare an attack for the rest of this turn, except with "HERO" monsters. You can only use this effect of "Evil HERO Malicious Bane" once per turn.
(Secret Rare)

Even with only 3000 ATK and DEF, that's likely going to be higher than most monsters your opponent will have out and it's pretty easy to bring out as a whole.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN068 | Effect Monster
Evil HERO Adusted Gold
LIGHT | Fiend | Level 4 | ATK 2100 | DEF 800
You can discard this card; add 1 "Dark Fusion", or 1 card that specifically lists "Dark Fusion" in its text, from your Deck to your hand, except "Evil HERO Adusted Gold". You can only use this effect of "Evil HERO Adusted Gold" once per turn. Cannot attack unless you control a Fusion Monster.
(Secret Rare)

At least Dark Calling has a viable search option but that's about all this is good for apart from maybe attacking with it.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN064 | Effect Monster
Performapal Kuribohble
DARK | Fiend | Level 1 | ATK 300 | DEF 200
When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, change the attack target to this card, and proceed to damage calculation. If you would take battle damage from that battle, you gain that much LP instead.
(Secret Rare)

I'd rather use Battle Fader or Draining Shield because their effects go further than this.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN063 | Effect Monster
Kuribohrn
LIGHT | Fiend | Level 1 | ATK 300 | DEF 200
At the end of the Battle Phase: You can discard this card, then target 1 monster in your GY that was destroyed by battle and sent there this turn; Special Summon it. When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can banish this card from your GY, then target any number of "Kuriboh" monsters in your GY; Special Summon them.
(Ultra Rare)

It's a very slow variant of Monster Reborn when Miracle's wake and other cards can quicly revive the monster.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN061 | Effect Monster
Astral Kuriboh
LIGHT | Fiend |
Level 1 | ATK 100 | DEF 100
You can reveal 1 "Number" Xyz Monster in your Extra Deck; Special Summon this card from your hand. If you do, this card's Level becomes the revealed monster's Rank, also while it is face-up in the Monster Zone, you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except "Number" Xyz Monsters. You can only use this effect of "Astral Kuriboh" once per turn. A "Number" Xyz Monster that was Summoned using this card on the field as material gains this effect.
● Cannot be destroyed by battle or your opponent's card effects.
(Secret Rare)

It's an instant Rank X Xyz Material but you'll need more than one to make it work.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN060 | Spell Card
Hyper Rank-Up-Magic Utopiforce
Normal Spell
Target 1 Rank 9 or lower "Utopia" Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon 1 Rank 10 or higher "Utopia" or "Utopic" Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck, by using that Xyz Monster you control as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer its materials to the Summoned monster.) If an Xyz Monster(s) is Special Summoned by the effect of a Rank 10 or higher "Utopia" or "Utopic" Xyz Monster, while this card is in your GY (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 of those Special Summoned monsters; attach this card to it as material. You can only use each effect of "Hyper Rank-Up-Magic Utopiforce" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

The names sound better than the effects and that's a serious letdown in the end.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN059 | Xyz Monster
Number 39: Utopia (2nd artwork)
LIGHT | Warrior-Type Xyz | Rank 4 | ATK 2500 | DEF 2000
2 Level 4 monsters
When a monster declares an attack: You can detach 1 material from this card; negate the attack. If this card is targeted for an attack, while it has no material: Destroy this card.
(Ultra Rare)

Since it can't negate more than two attacks at the moment, it's stuck with 2 out of 5 stars.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN058 | Xyz Monster
ZS - Utopic Sage
LIGHT | Warrior-Type Xyz | Rank 4 | ATK 2000 | DEF 2500
2 Level 4 monsters
You can detach 2 materials from this card; Special Summon 1 "ZW -" or "ZS -" monster from your Deck, also for the rest of this turn, you can only attack with "Number" monsters, and you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck, except Xyz Monsters. You can only use this effect of "ZS - Utopic Sage" once per turn. If a "Utopia" or "Utopic" Xyz Monster(s) you control whose original Attribute is LIGHT would be destroyed by battle or card effect, except "ZS - Utopic Sage", you can banish this card from your field or GY instead.
(Secret Rare)

It's pretty much Number 39: Utopia as a ZS monster, but that changes nothing about its uses.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN057 | Xyz Monster
Number 99: Utopic Dragonar
LIGHT | Warrior-Type Xyz | Rank 12 | ATK 3000 | DEF 3000
3+ Level 12 monsters
(Quick Effect): You can detach 2 materials from this card; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number" monster that has a number between "1" and "100" in its name. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon.) The turn you activate this effect, other monsters you control cannot attack directly, also you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck, except Xyz Monsters. When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can change the ATK of the opponent's monster to 0. You can only use each effect of "Number 99: Utopia Dragonar" once per turn.
(Secret Rare)

100 Numbers available and very few of them are any good. We can also do better with the other effect too.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN056 | Trap Card
Numbers Protection
Counter Trap
When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated, while you control a "Number" Xyz Monster: Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. If a "Number" Xyz Monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect, while this card is in your GY: You can Set this card, but banish it when it leaves the field. You can only use 1 "Numbers Protection" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
(Ultra Rare)

It's not a bad card except for the last effect, which really hinders its uses.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN055 | Trap Card
The Deal of Destiny
Continuous Trap
Each time a card(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect, place 1 Emperor's Key Counter on this card (max. 1). If your opponent Special Summons a monster(s) from the Extra Deck (except during the Damage Step): You can remove 1 Emperor's Key Counter from this card; send 1 "The Door of Destiny" from your hand, Deck, or face-up field to the GY, Special Summon 1 LIGHT "Utopia" or "Utopic" Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck, and if you do, attach this card to it as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon.) You can only use this effect of "The Deal of Destiny" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

The Door of Destiny was bad enough. Now it's been copied and supports only the lame Utopia Xyz Monsters.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN054 | Spell Card
Zexal Field
Field Spell
Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to the activation of your cards and effects that target an Xyz Monster you control. During your Draw Phase, before you draw: You can place 1 "Shining Draw" from your Deck on top of your Deck. If an Xyz Monster(s) is Special Summoned to your field (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 of those monsters; attach 1 Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck or GY to that monster as material. You can only use this effect of "Zexal Field" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

Your Xyz Monsters get to keep whatever you're going to give them and this can also Xyz Summon higher Ranks easily.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN053 | Effect Monster
Astraltopia
LIGHT | Warrior | Level 4 | ATK 0 | DEF 0
If an Xyz Monster(s) is on the field: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can send 1 other card from your hand or field to the GY; add 1 "Xyz", "Onomat", "Zexal", or "Number" Spell/Trap, from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Astraltopia" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

The name makes it sound like a vast land of fun and freedom but you'll find nothing fun with this.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN052 | Trap Card
The Ice-Bound God
Normal Trap
If 2 or more WATER monsters are on the field: Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; that face-up monster cannot attack, also its effects are negated. If a Level 5 or higher WATER monster(s) is Normal or Special Summoned to your field, while this card is in your GY (except during the Damage
Step): You can Set this card, but banish it when it leaves the field. You can only use this effect of "The Ice-Bound God" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

We already have plenty of cards that lock monsters from attacking that don't need anything else.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN051 | Spell Card
White Mirror
Normal Spell
Target 1 Level 4 or lower Fish monster in your GY; Special Summon it, then you can add 1 monster from your Deck to your hand with the same original name as that Special Summoned monster. You can only activate "White Mirror" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

It doesn't have to be a Normal Monster but Fish monsters are highly unsupported.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN050 | Spell Card
Hidden Fangs of Revenge
Quick-Play Spell
Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation. When a monster declares an attack: Destroy 2 Set cards you control, and if you do, negate that attack, then, if any Monster Cards were destroyed by this effect and sent to the GY, choose 1 and destroy as many monsters your opponent controls as possible with ATK less than or equal to that monster's DEF, then it becomes the End Phase. You can only activate 1 "Hidden Fangs of Revenge" per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

You're losing cards just for activating it and don't have any guarantee that you'll destroy anything else afterwards.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN049 | Effect Monster
Left-Hand Shark
WATER | Fish |
Level 3 | ATK 1300 | DEF 1500
If this card is Special Summoned from the GY: This card's Level becomes 4. You can only use each of the following effects of "Left-Hand Shark" once per turn. If you control "Right-Hand Shark", and this card is in your hand or GY: You can Special Summon this card, but banish it when it leaves the field. An Xyz Monster that was Summoned using only WATER monsters as material, including this card on the field, gains this effect.
● This card cannot be destroyed by card effects.
(Ultra Rare)

The other half to the shark duo in this set and it certainly helps but not by much.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN048 | Effect Monster
Right-Hand Shark
WATER | Fish |
Level 4 | ATK 1500 | DEF 1300
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Left-Hand Shark" from your Deck to your hand. If this card is in your GY and you control no monsters: You can Special Summon this card, but banish it when it leaves the field. An Xyz Monster that was Summoned using only WATER monsters as material, including this card on the field, gains this effect.
● This card cannot be destroyed by battle.
You can only use each effect of "Right-Hand Shark" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

Xyz Summoning is obviously the point of this because you really can't do much else.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN047 | Effect Monster
Altergeist Fijialert
WATER | Spellcaster |
Level 4 | ATK 1400 | DEF 1200
When an "Altergeist" Link Monster is Link Summoned to your field (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 other Link Monster on the field; Special Summon this card from your hand to your zone that target points to, also, for the rest of this turn, that monster is also treated as an "Altergeist" monster. You can only use this effect of "Altergeist Fijialert" once per turn.
(Secret Rare)

Since Altergeist Links are terrible, all this can do is be linked to a Link Monster on the field. It's more of a false alarm really.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN046 | Effect Monster
Altergeist Pookuerey
DARK | Spellcaster |
Level 1 | ATK 300 | DEF 100
If an "Altergeist" monster you control would be used as Link Material for an "Altergeist" monster, this card in your hand can also be used as material. You can only use this effect of "Altergeist Pookuery" once per turn. If an "Altergeist" Link Monster is Link Summoned to your field, while this card is in your GY (except during the Damage Step): You can add this card to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Altergeist Pookuery" once per Duel.
(Secret Rare)

It doesn't matter that it can be Link Material from the hand considering Altergeists are really bad at working together.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN045 | Link Monster
Altergeist Memorygant
DARK | Spellcaster-Type Link | ATK 2800 | Link-4
Active Link Arrow(s):
Left, Right, Bottom-Left and Bottom-Right
2+ "Altergeist" monsters
During the Battle Phase (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 other monster; this card gains ATK equal to that Tributed monster's ATK on the field. When this card destroys a monster by battle: You can destroy 1 monster your opponent controls, and if you do, this card can make a second attack in a row. If this card would be destroyed, you can banish 1 monster from your GY instead. You can only use each effect of "Altergeist Memorygant" once per turn.
(Secret Rare)

At least it keeps the ATK boost and you don't even need an Altergeist monster for any of the effects.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN044 | Spell Card
Appliancer Conversion
Quick-Play Spell
Banish as many "Appliancer" Link Monsters from your Main Monster Zone as possible, then you can Special Summon your banished "Appliancer" Link Monsters up to the number banished by this effect. During your Main Phase, if this card is in your GY, except the turn it was sent there: You can banish 1 other "Appliancer" Spell/Trap from your GY; add this card to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Appliancer Conversion" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

Appliancers are basically equal to faulty equipment when it goes wrong. They blow out the power and provide nothing useful.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN043 | Link Monster
Appliancer Propelion
WIND | Machine-Type Link | ATK 1200 | Link-1
Active Link Arrow(s):
Top
1 "Appliancer" monster
Cannot be used as Link Material the turn it is Link Summoned. This card can attack directly. Once per turn, during damage calculation, if your monster battles an opponent's monster, while this card is co-linked (Quick Effect): You can make that opponent's monster's ATK 0 during that damage calculation only. Once per turn, during damage calculation, if this monster that is not co-linked battles an opponent's monster (Quick Effect): You can make that opponent's monster's ATK 0 during that damage calculation only.
(Ultra Rare)

Why do we need this when we already have Wattgiraffe, which also locks the opponent from using other effects that turn?

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN042 | Trap Card
A.I.'s Show
Normal Trap
While you control a Link-3 or higher "@Ignister" monster in the Extra Monster Zone, when an opponent's monster declares an attack: Special Summon from your Extra Deck any number of non-Link Cyberse monster(s) with 2300 ATK, whose combined ATK is less than or equal to the attacking monster's ATK, then end the Battle Phase.
(Ultra Rare)

Want to end the Battle Phase with less work? Negate Attack and Battle Fader already surpass this by miles.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN041 | Spell Card
FA.I.ghting Spirit
Normal Spell
Target 1 "@Ignister" monster in your GY; Special Summon it. If an "@Ignister" monster(s) you control with 2300 or more ATK would be destroyed by card effect, you can banish this card from your GY instead. If this card is banished: You can activate this effect; your "@Ignister" monsters with 2300 or more ATK cannot be destroyed by battle this turn. You can only activate "FA.I.ghting Spirit" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

We actually have a card called Fighting Spirit and it gives an ATK boost to any monster.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN040 | Spell Card
Double Exposure
Continuous Spell
You can target 2 Level 6 or lower monsters with the same name on the field; their Levels are doubled. At the start of the Battle Phase: You can target 1 "Cipher" monster you control; choose 1 other face-up monster on the field, and its name becomes that "Cipher" monster's, until the End Phase. You can only use each effect of "Double Exposure" once per turn.
(Secret Rare)

This on the other hand can be quite useful, letting you Xyz Summon up to Rank 12 but they have to have the same name.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN039 | Spell Card
Cipher Interference
Continuous Spell
During damage calculation, if your "Cipher" monster battles, while another monster with its same name is on the field: You can double the ATK of your battling "Cipher" monster until the end of the Battle Phase. You can only use this effect of "Cipher Interference" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

It's more situational than Limiter Removal since most Ciphers are Machines anyway and weak ones at that.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN038 | Effect Monster
Cipher Biplane
LIGHT | Machine | Level 6 | ATK 1000 | DEF 1000
Once per turn: You can target 2 "Cipher" monsters you control; their Levels become 8 until the end of this turn. You can only use each of the following effects of "Cipher Biplane" once per turn. If a "Cipher" monster(s) is Normal or Special Summoned to your field (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to the GY: You can banish this card from your GY; add 1 "Cipher" monster from your Deck to your hand.
(Secret Rare)

Won't do a whole lot of good to make 2 of your Ciper monsters Level 8, but certain Rank 8s aren't that bad.

                               Rating: 2 | BROL-EN037 | Spell Card
Toy Parade
Normal Spell
(This card is always treated as a "Frightfur" card.)
Target 1 DARK monster you control Special Summoned from the Extra Deck; for the rest of this turn, you cannot declare attacks except with that monster, also each time that monster destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the GY, it can attack again in a row. If you control a Fairy monster, except the turn this card was sent to the GY: You can banish this card from your GY; add 1 Level 4 or lower DARK monster from your GY to your hand. You can only use 1 "Toy Parade" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
(Secret Rare)

I was surprised it's not restrained to Frightfurs, but good thing since it'd have easily gotten a 1/5.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN036 | Spell Card
Lyrilusc - Bird Strike
Normal Spell
If you control a "Lyrilusc" monster: Negate the effects of all face-up monsters your opponent currently controls, until the end of this turn. You can only activate 1 "Lyrilusc - Bird Strike" per turn.
(Secret Rare)

A bird strike on an airplane can be catastrophic but this will only hurt the poor birdy's beak.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN035 | Spell Card
Speedroid Scratch
Normal Spell
Send 1 "Speedroid" card from your hand to the GY; add 1 "Speedroid" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Speedroid Scratch" per turn.
(Secret Rare)

Speedroids can't even leave a scratch on the opponent but will certainly do more than that to themselves in a race.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN034 | Pendulum Monster
Starving Venemy Dragon
DARK | Dragon, Fusion and Pendulum |
Level 7 | ATK 2500 | DEF 2000 | Scale 1
Each time a card(s) is sent from the field to the GY, place 1 Venemy Counter on this card for each sent card. All monsters on the field, except DARK Dragon monsters, lose 200 ATK for each Venemy Counter on the field. Once per turn, you can reduce the battle damage you take to 0.
1 DARK monster + 1 Pendulum Monster

You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; until the End Phase, this card's name becomes that monster's original name and replace this effect with that monster's original effects, then, that monster loses 500 ATK/DEF, its effects are negated, also inflict 500 damage to your opponent. You can only use this effect of "Starving Venemy Dragon" once per turn. If this card in the Monster Zone is destroyed: You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone.
(Secret Rare)

The original is less work for more benefits. This dragon can keep starving until it dies.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN033 | Spell Card
Doll House
Field Spell
You can target 1 Normal Monster in your GY with 0 ATK or DEF, or, if you control "Princess Cologne", you can target 2 such monsters instead; Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck with the same name as each target, as a Level 6 DARK monster. You can only use this effect of "Doll House" once per turn. When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can attach 1 "Grandpa Demetto" you control to "Princess Cologne" you control as material, then end the Battle Phase.
(Ultra Rare)

A doll house with far more limitations than any to doll house children play with. Seems this one would be on a very low budget.

                               Rating: 1 | BROL-EN032 | Effect Monster
Grandpa Demetto
DARK | Spellcaster |
Level 1 | ATK 0 | DEF 0
You can detach 1 material from "Princess Cologne" you control; Special Summon up to 2 Normal Monsters with 0 ATK or DEF from your GY, each as a Level 8 DARK monster in Defense Position. If an Xyz Monster you control activates its effect by detaching a Normal Monster: You can target that Xyz Monster and 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy your opponent's monster, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to that Xyz Monster's Rank x 300. You can only use each effect of "Grandpa Demetto" once per turn.
(Secret Rare)

The monster looks rather insane so I feel you would be too if you decide this wacko is any use for your Deck.

Stealth Kragen Spawn
WATER | Aqua-Type Xyz |
Rank 4 | ATK 1900 | DEF 1500
2 Level 4 WATER monsters
Once per turn, during the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can destroy 1 WATER monster your opponent controls. If this card, Special Summoned by the effect of a "Number" Xyz Monster, is destroyed: You can Special Summon other "Stealth Kragen" monsters from your GY, up to the number of materials this card had, then you can attach up to 1 WATER monster from your GY to each of those Special Summoned monsters as material.
(Secret Rare)

It's no stronger than Number 4 and relies on 2 effects essentially tied to Number 4 for any benefits.

Number 4: Stealth Kragen
WATER | Aqua-Type Xyz |

2 Level 4 WATER monsters
All face-up monsters on the field become WATER. Once per turn, during the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can destroy 1 WATER monster your opponent controls, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK it had on the field. If this Xyz Summoned card is destroyed: You can Special Summon "Stealth Kragen Spawn(s)" from your Extra Deck, up to the number of materials this card had, then you can attach up to 1 WATER monster from your GY to each of those Special Summoned monsters as material.
(Secret Rare)

Not all that strong but relatively easy to bring out and has some okay effects too.

Silent Sea Nettle
WATER | Aqua |
Level 4 | ATK 800 | DEF 1300
If you control a WATER monster: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You cannot Special Summon monsters, except WATER monsters, the turn you activate this effect. You can banish this card from your GY, then target up to 3 WATER monsters in your GY; shuffle them into the Deck. You can only use each effect of "Silent Sea Nettle" once per turn.

The first of Chiron X's cards and it's certainly an improvement over Yuma's Zexal "Weapons" and support.

Zexal Catapult
Normal Spell
Special Summon 1 "ZW -" or "ZS -" monster from your hand, then, if you control a "Utopia" monster, you can make all monsters you currently control become all Level 4 or all Level 5. During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the GY: You can banish 1 "ZW -" or "ZS -" monster and this card from your GY, then target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy it. You can only use each effect of "Zexal Catapult" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

I hope it can send ZW and ZS monsters into deep space or a trash can because they aren't any good anywhere else.

Ultimate Leo Utopia Ray
LIGHT | Warrior-Type Xyz | Rank 5 | ATK 2500 | DEF 2000
3 Level 5 monsters
(This card is always treated as "Number C39: Utopia Ray".)
Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; equip 1 "ZW -" monster from your Deck or Extra Deck to this card as if it were equipped by that monster's effect. This effect's activation and effect cannot be negated. Once per turn, while this card is equipped with a "ZW -" Monster Card (Quick Effect): You can target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; negate its effects, and if you do, halve its ATK.
(Secret Rare)

They cloned Utopia Ray and gave it another name. Too bad they didn't make the effects or stats better.

ZW - Ouroboros Sage
DARK | Warrior |
Level 3 | ATK 600 | DEF 0
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 non-LIGHT "Number" monster from your GY, but negate its effects, and if you do, equip both this card and 1 "Utopia" monster you control to it, each as an Equip Spell that gives it 1700 ATK, also you can only declare one attack for the rest of this turn. When the monster equipped with this card by this card's effect declares an attack on your opponent's monster: You can double the attacking monster's ATK, but destroy it during the End Phase.
(Ultra Rare)

This is a Zexal Weapon of Self-Destruction all things considered. All benefits are negated by side-effects.

LIGHT | Beast | Level 4 | ATK 800 | DEF 1600
You can only control 1 "ZW - Sylphid Wing". You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this card from your hand or field to it. It gains 800 ATK. Once per turn, if a monster(s) is Special Summoned by your opponent's activated effect: You can make the equipped monster gain 1600 ATK. (This ATK gain remains even if this card leaves the field or the monster becomes unaffected by card effects.) If you activate the equipped monster's effect by detaching its material, you can send this card to the GY instead of 1 of those materials.
(Ultra Rare)

This would be good if we had any good Utopia members to use it on. Instead, it's another wasted card slot.

Target 1 Level 3 or lower WATER monster you control; Special Summon 1 monster with the same name from your Deck, but you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck while you control that face-up Special Summoned monster.

To activate this card you must control no monsters, and a Set Spell/Trap(s) you control must have been destroyed by card effect this turn. During the Main Phase, if exactly 1 monster with less ATK than your LP is Summoned and you have "Z-ONE" in your GY: Destroy that monster, and if you do, take 800 damage, then inflict 800 damage to your opponent.

Beyond horrible thanks to activation requirements and like other recent cards, it punishes you for doing so.

If the turn player Summons exactly 1 monster: Destroy it, and if you do, the controller of that monster Special Summons 1 "Mask Token" (Spellcaster/DARK/Level 1/ATK ?/DEF ?) to their field, which cannot attack directly, with ATK/DEF equal to what the destroyed monster had on the field. You can only use this effect of "Ecole de Zone" once per turn. If this face-up card leaves the field, destroy all "Mask Tokens" on the field.
(Secret Rare)

Void Expansion gives only you a free Token each turn, or you can use one of the many other options.

Once per turn, during your turn, when your opponent activates a Trap Card (Quick Effect): You can negate the activation, and if you do, Set that card. You can only use each of the following effects of "Centaur Mina" once per turn. During your Main Phase: You can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower monster from your hand or GY. If this card is sent to the GY as Synchro Material for a WIND Warrior monster: You can destroy 1 face-up monster on the field.
(Secret Rare)

Less strict materials, but it can only block 1 Trap per turn or Special Summon a weak monster. It's also quite weak on its own.

Noble Knight's Spearholder
LIGHT | Warrior | Level 2 | ATK 800 | DEF 400
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 Level 8 or lower monster you control; its name becomes "Fleur Synchron", also it is treated as a Tuner, until the End Phase. You can Tribute this card; add 1 Equip Spell from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Noble Knight's Spearholder" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

Such specific requirements just to treat it as a mediocre Tuner monster that probably can't be Synchro Material for much.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using this card you control and other monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Material.

It's perhaps the easist way to draw 2 cards for so little risk, but it requires 2 Winged Beasts with different names.

Ice Barrier
Normal Trap
When an attack is declared involving your opponent's monster: Change that opponent's monster's ATK to 0, negate its effects, also it cannot change its battle position. You can banish this card from your GY; send 1 Level 5 or higher WATER monster from your Deck to the GY, then, you can add 1 WATER monster from your GY to your hand, also, until the end of your next turn after this effect resolves, you cannot Special Summon monsters, except WATER monsters. You can only use this effect of "Ice Barrier" once per turn.

Riskier than using Reptilianne Medusa, but it's not all that bad since it costs you nothing to use the first effect.

Dragonroid
WIND | Machine |
Level 8 | ATK 2900 | DEF 1000
Once per turn, if this card is in your GY: You can make this card become a Dragon monster while in the GY, until the end of this turn. You can discard this card, then activate 1 of these effects;
● Add 1 non-WIND "roid" monster from your Deck to your hand.
● This turn, the activation of your cards and effects that include an effect that Fusion Summons a Fusion Monster cannot be negated, also your opponent cannot activate cards or effects when a monster is Fusion Summoned this way.
You can only use this effect of "Dragonroid" once per turn.

No point in Summoning it because there's no benefits, but only half the effects you get from discarding it are any good.

Banish 1 "Destiny HERO" monster from your GY; add to your hand or Special Summon 1 "Destiny HERO" monster from your GY. You can banish this card from your GY, then target 2 "Destiny HERO" monsters you control; choose 1 of those monsters, its ATK becomes the other monster's ATK, until the end of this turn.

Since most Destiny HERO monsters are weak, this'll let you revive something stronger but the other effect is not as useful.

D - Force
Continuous Spell
When this card is activated: You can add 1 "Destiny HERO - Plasma" from your Deck or GY to your hand. While you control "Destiny HERO - Plasma", apply the following effects.
● You cannot draw during the Draw Phase.
● Your opponent cannot target cards you control with card effects.
● Each "Destiny HERO - Plasma" you control gains 100 ATK for each monster in the GYs, cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects, also can make a second attack during each Battle Phase.
(Secret Rare)

Plasma is a worthy choice to support but this card is far more vulnerable than it was in the anime.

Penguin Sword
Equip Spell
Equip only to a "Penguin" monster. It gains 800 ATK. When the equipped monster inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can return 1 card your opponent controls to the hand. If a face-up card your opponent controls leaves the field by a "Penguin" card's effect and returns to the hand or is banished: Negate the activated effects and effects on the field of cards with that original name, until the end of the next turn. You can only use this effect of "Penguin Sword" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)

Most Penguin monsters are weak so an 800 ATK boost will do very little and besides, no one uses them.

Now the gang is all here, but as useful as they were in the anime, they were also situational too.
