In an all Reptile deck, you might get some use with this, especially if you can power it up with Solidarity and it can be Special Summoned any time your opponent attacks.

It's like a mini Junk Synchron right down to the effect but that also hurts its playability.

Even Turret Warrior is better as he's Special Summoned and gets a boost from the Warrior you Tribute.

If your opponent's Life Points are at least 2000 higher than yours, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this monster on the field to that target. It gains 2000 ATK. Once per turn, while this card is equipped to a monster, when a Trap Card or Trap effect that was activated on your opponent's side of the field resolves, negate the effects of that card. You can only control 1 "ZW - Eagle Claw".

The next installment of the Utopia support that can be brought out through its effect but you won't likely have a Utopia monster out when you draw this.

It can bring out the previous card and brings its target's Xyz Materials onto the new monster but while it can target any Rank 4 Xyz Monster, the new monster likely won't have its entire effect available.

● Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy that monster, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK on the field.

To get the best out of him, he needs a Utopia monster as Xyz material and that's a shame, given what he can do elsewhere.
