Comments: For the most part, horrible Monsters make horrible Fusion Monsters and this guy is no exception as Dark Ruler Ha Des has the better version of this effect and only needs himself to use it so use him instead.

Comments: IMO, this card is Ultra Rare because it gets an additional attack if there is another Monster on the opponent's field after its first attack as everything else would most likely bump it down to a Rare or Common.
